The development of Free Сossacks movement in Katerinoslav province 1917−1918 ; РОЗВИТОК ВІЛЬНОГО КОЗАЦТВА В КАТЕРИНОСЛАВСЬКІЙ ГУБЕРНІЇ (1917 − 1918 рр.)

Abstract

In article the development of Free Сossacks movement is researched in Katerinoslav province in 1917 – 1918. Premises, reasons, social base and nature of the Cossack movement are considered. The author elucidates the process of arising, formation and development of these organizations, as well as their ligaments with Odesa Ukrainian Military Council and section of Free Cossacks attached to it. Especial attention is payed to armed conflicts detween the Free Cossacks and Red Guard. ; У статті досліджується розвиток Вільного козацтва на Катеринославщині у 1917 - 1918 рр. Розглядаються передумови, причини, соціальна база та характер козацького руху. Автор з'ясовує процес виникнення, становлення та розвитку даних організацій, а також їх зв'язок з Одеською Українською військовою радою та секцією Вільного козацтва при ній. Особливу увагу було звернено на збройне протистояння вільних козаків та червоногвардійців.
