Abstract

The article investigates innovative orientation of the higher military education system as an integrated set of two concepts - innovation policy and innovation activity. The principles of external and internal military-educational innovation policy are determined. The principles and functions of military-educational innovation activity are substantiated. It is shown that the driving force and the source of innovative development of the military- educational process are its inherent contradictions. The factors that promote search and implementation of innovations in higher military educational establishments as well as approaches to evaluation of the effectiveness of innovation activity are considered. ; У статті досліджується інноваційна спрямованість системи підготовки військових фахівців з вищою освітою як інтегрована сукупність двох понять - інноваційної політики та інноваційної діяльності. Визначаються принципи зовнішньої та внутрішньої інноваційної військово-освітньої політики. Обґрунтовуються принципи та функції інноваційної військово-освітньої діяльності. Показується, що рушійною силою, джерелом інноваційного розвитку військово-освітнього процесу є притаманні йому суперечності. Розглядаються чинники, що сприяють пошуку та впровадженню інновацій у вищих військових навчальних закладах, підходи до оцінювання ефективності інноваційної діяльності.
