Abstract

The article deals with the issues raised with the creation and operating of the penal military units in the Armed Forces of the Third Reich, the system of involvement of the Wehrmacht servicemen, employees, soldiers and officers of SS to disciplinary and criminal responsibility, the availability of various types of judicial and extrajudicial authorities. Particular attention is paid to the forms, types and methods used to execute their decisions, including those sentenced to death. ; В статье рассматриваются вопросы связанные с появлением и функционированием в вооруженных силах Третьего рейха штрафных формирований, системы привлечения военнослужащих Вермахта, сотрудников, солдат и офицеров СС к дисциплинарной и уголовной ответственности, наличия различного рода судебных и внесудебных инстанций. Определенное внимание уделено формам, видам и методам приведения в исполнение их решений, в том числе приговоренным к высшей мере наказания.
