Abstract

Introduction: Military transition to civilian life and vocation is a strong demand of many demobilized servicemen and civilian society as a whole, so as it promotes productive inclusion of demobilized military members in interpersonal interaction within peaceful society, provides a sense of financial security for themselves and their families, and creates preconditions for reducing alcoholism and other behavioral disorders. Due to the fact that a war is traumatic for the mental and physical health of man, vocational readaptation of ex-serviceman has certain features. In this regard, the return of demobilized servicemen to a peaceful vocation should take into account their military experience, current psychological and physical health. Purpose: to investigate the scenario forecasting of the future in the unemployed demobilized military members. Methods: focus group with further analysis according to ground theory, inductive analysis and modeling. Originality: The scenario forecasting of future of demobilized servicemen was investigated for the first time. According to the results of the research, it was compiled a model of vocational readaptation of demobilized military members. It was found that actual social and psychological condition of veteran directly affects his vision of future. The research findings can be helpful in creating of rehabilitation programs for veterans to support them in their way of social and psychological readaptation and professional reintegration. Conclusion: It is established that the actual social and psychological condition of demobilized serviceman creates conditions for the formation of scenario forecasting of future. There were identified the following scenarios: "afghan-chernobyl", "avoidance of readaptation", "fear of change of authorities" and "active dissatisfaction with the government". Each of these scenarios is characterized by destructive expectations, which are based on social devaluation, social and psychological maladaptation, mistrust and active dissatisfaction with the government. The vector of professional reintegration is mentioned only in the second scenario "avoidance of readaptation", according to which it is forecasted the return to military service under the contract of demobilized servicemen. Prospects for further research include a series of in-depth interviews with vocationally reintegrated demobilized servicemen to deepen the understanding of the vocational reintegration content. ; Статья посвящается особенностям профессиональной реадаптации демобилизованных военнослужащих АТО/ООС с акцентом на сценарное прогнозирование будущего.
