Ingénierie d'une méthode pour évaluer l'impact d'un SI sur la démocratie d'une organisation

International audience ; The multidisciplinary research group "Information System and Democracy" (SI2D) is working in the field of computer ethics. For three years, we have been analyzing in depth the links between information systems (IS) and democracy in organizations for three years. Today, we propose an operational tool: a method for evaluating the Influence of ISon Democracy in Organizations (ISIDOR), which is the subject of this paper. This method is structured by a complete referential within the framework of methods engineering. It is articulated around four axes: paradigms, models, implementation process and support tools. In this paper, we present our referential and thedifferent elements composing the method. We illustrate it with examples applied to one of the dimensions that the SI2D group has retained to define democracy in organizations: the existence and guarantee of access to plural views of the world through the organization's IS. ; Le groupe de recherche pluridisciplinaire « Système d'information et démocratie » (SI2D) inscrit ses travaux dans le domaine de l'éthique informatique. Pendant trois ans, il a analysé en profondeur les liens entre système d'information numérique et démocratie dans les organisations. SI2D propose aujourd'hui un outil opérationnel : une méthode d'évaluation de l'Influence des Systèmes d'Information sur la Démocratie dans les Organisations (ISIDOR), qui est l'objet de ce texte. Cette méthode, structurée par un référentiel complet s'inscrivant dans le cadre de l'ingénierie des méthodes, s'articule autour de quatre axes : les paradigmes, les modèles, le processus de mise en œuvre et les outils supports. Dans ce texte, nous présentons le référentiel d'ingénierie des méthodes retenu, et également les différents éléments composant la méthode.
