Abstract

In recent years, the construction industry has been operating in an extremes conditions: rapidly developing countries and rapidly growing populations are simultaneously reducing natural resources, increasing natural disasters, increasing the impact of human activities on climate change. Construction activities in one region affect the environment and populations around the world. Buildings are among the objects that consume most natural resources and therefore have a significant impact on the environment. Buildings are also a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, which contribute to climate change. The research results showed that respondents prefer the higher-class buildings and this means that they prefer green office buildings instead of traditional construction buildings. The research results are showing that nowadays renewable energy sources are still not often used in office buildings. Only several options are implemented and used but not all possibilities analysed and developed. According to research results it could be stated that governmental institutions are not paying attention to green office buildings construction. Such situation means that the governmental initiatives are still very passive and more detailed development programs should be prepared and approved. Most of government and local municipalities documents are outlining the importance of environmental aspects, but still most of actions are not implemented. Summarizing it can be stated that now is a good opportunity to strengthen market position in this field, develop new products and also new technologies and implement them into overall green buildings market. In order to make sustainable construction a matter of course, not an exception, it is necessary to clearly define this concept (policy level: harmonization). In other words, green construction ideas can only be universally accepted if all those involved in the construction sector have a common understanding of what it is and how it can be implemented. ; Pastaraisiais metais statybos pramonė veikia ekstremaliomis sąlygomis: sparčiai besivystančios šalys ir sparčiai auganti populiacija tuo pat metu mažina gamtos išteklius, didina stichines nelaimes, didina žmogaus veiklos poveikį klimato pokyčiams. Statyba viename regione daro įtaką aplinkai ir viso pasaulio gyventojams. Pastatai yra tie objektai, kurie sunaudoja daugiausiai gamtos išteklių, todėl daro didelį poveikį aplinkai. Pastatai taip pat daro didelę įtaką šiltnamio efektui sukeliančiam dujų išmetimą, kurie prisideda prie klimato kaitos. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad respondentai renkasi aukštesnės klasės pastatus, o tai reiškia, kad jie renkasi ekologiškus biurų pastatus, o ne tradicinius statybinius pastatus. Tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad šiais laikais biuro pastatuose atsinaujinančios energijos šaltiniai vis dar nėra dažnai naudojami. Įdiegtos ir naudojamos tik kelios galimybės, bet ne visos galimybės išanalizuotos ir išplėtotos. Remiantis tyrimų rezultatais, galima teigti, kad vyriausybinės institucijos nekreipia dėmesio į ekologiškų biurų pastatų statybą. Tokia padėtis reiškia, kad vyriausybės iniciatyvos vis dar yra labai pasyvios, todėl turėtų būti parengtos ir patvirtintos išsamesnės tvarių biuro pastatų plėtros programos. Daugelyje vyriausybės ir vietos savivaldybių dokumentų pabrėžiama aplinkosaugos aspektų svarba, tačiau dauguma veiksmų vis dar neįgyvendinti. Apibendrinant galima teigti, kad dabar yra gera proga sustiprinti šios srities pozicijas rinkoje, kurti naujus produktus, taip pat naujas technologijas ir jas įdiegti bendroje ekologiškų pastatų rinkoje. Norint, kad tvari statyba būtų savaime suprantamas dalykas, o ne išimtis, būtina aiškiai apibrėžti šią sąvoką (politikos lygis: suderinimas). Kitaip tariant, ekologiškos statybos idėjos gali būti visuotinai priimtos tik tuo atveju, jei visi statybų sektoriuje dalyvaujantys asmenys turi bendrą supratimą, kas tai yra ir kaip jis gali būti įgyvendinamas. ; Ekonomikos ir vadybos fakultetas
