Abstract

В книге А.А. Роменского рассмотрены основные проблемы русско-византийских отношений в период Крещения Руси. Проанализирована политика киевских князей Ярополка и Владимира в отношении Византии. Изучены причины, ход и итоги гражданских войн в Византии 979–989 годов, а также Корсунский поход князя Владимира. Особое внимание автор уделяет заключению русско-византийского союза в 988 году, обстоятельствам крещения князя и его брака с византийской принцессой Анной, ходу становления церковной организации на Руси. In his book A.A. Romensky discusses the main issues of Russian-Byzantine relations during the Baptism of Rus, analyses the Byzantium policy of Kiev princes Yaropolk and Vladimir and studies the reasons, the course and results of the civil wars in Byzantium of 979-989, as well as the Korsun expedition of Prince Vladimir. The author pays special attention to the conclusion of the Russian-Byzantine Union in 988, the circumstances of the prince baptism and his marriage to the Byzantine princess Anna, and formation of the church organization in Ancient Russia. ; Khapaev V.
