Mansard PLC – A Case Study in Recovery
In: Journal of Property Finance, Band 2, Heft 1
Abstract
Introduces Mansard, a well‐established construction company that
has become increasingly involved in both property development and
property investment. Notes that during 1990 its activities had been
unable to sustain an adequate cash flow and increasing borrowing had to
be viewed against falling asset values. Examines various means of
improving the company′s position. Suggests a package of measures aimed
at saving the company and setting it up with a long‐term future.
