The saleability of urban road pricing

Abstract

The key issues concerning road pricing are now well understood, and they must be addressed at local level if the policy is to be saleable.This means that objections to pricing need to be addressed at local level.Experience abroad suggests that equity and the use of the resulting cash flow are likely to be the most significant points that would need to be addressed.
