Abstract
The author presents the results of a sociological poll as for the economic expediency to activate the state's policy concerning the guarantee for a high-quality education during the life which is one of the purposes for Ukraine according to the Millennium Declaration of the UNO. It is shown that the education during the life can be an important factor of Ukraine's socio-economic growth.
