Abstract

As dimensões convergentes das artes e das culturas apresentam interesses para o campo da antropologia desde meados da década de 1950. Também lidas como formas de ilustrar uma comprovação fundamental da cognição de todas as populações, estas discussões em questão desvelaram posicionamentos muitas vezes divergentes, mas componentes e contextuais as nossas distintas formas de encarar mundos. Com o intuito de traçar, longe de um colecionismo de materiais heterogêneos, uma descrição analítica e reflexão interpretativa, o presente artigo busca refletir sobre os encadeamentos teóricos e antropológicos a partir do Culturalismo Boasiano, da Escola Francesa de Sociologia, da Estrutural Funcionalista, da Escola de Cultura e Personalidade, do Estruturalismo Levi-Straussiano e da Interpretativista de Clifford Geertz. Com um aporte teórico de autores em seus respectivos textos originários de diálogos com o universo das artes, este estudo visa expor um olhar sobre clássicos que podem ajudar a entender nosso presente assimétrico, prenhe de traduções e vozes submersas.Palavras-chave: Arte. In order to draw, away from a hoarding of heterogeneous materials, an analytical description and interpretive reflection, this article aims to reflect on the theoretical and anthropological threads from the Boasian Culturalism, the French School of Sociology, the Structural Functionalism, the School Culture and Personality, the Lévi-Straussian structuralism and Clifford Geertz's Interpretive approach. With a theoretical contribution of authors in their original texts of dialogues with the universe of the arts, this study aims to expose a look at classics that can help us understand our asymmetric present, filled with translations and submerged voices.
