A PALAVRA É UM TIRO, NÃO VOLTA ATRÁS : HISTÓRIA DE VIDA E PRIVAÇÃO DE LIBERDADE

Abstract

O texto sistematiza aspectos alienantes e os transformadores presentes na história de vida de um sujeito privado de liberdade. Partimos de um referencial de justiça que é restaurativa e busca afastar a dualidade a respeito do conceito de sujeito bom e sujeito mau. Nesta concepção é necessário escutar, de forma empática, a narrativa do sujeito, ouvir sua história e significados construídos em sua narrativa. O método utilizado para a realização da entrevista narrativa, foi o método autobiográfico, seguindo as suas etapas: elaboração de questões orientadoras, gravação da narrativa e, posteriormente, sua transcrição. A narrativa analisada nos fez pensar nas possibilidades de vida que giram em torno desse sujeito e nas inúmeras reflexões a respeito do que vivenciou em seu percurso de vida durante esse tempo de encarceramento. Além disso, foi possível identificar algumas narrativas que permitiram auxiliá-lo na reparação de danos, em especial, no que se refere aos aspectos que envolvem a família, a amizade e a sociedade.The text systematizes the alienating and transforming aspects present in the life story of a person deprived of their liberty. We start from a framework of restorative justice that seeks to dispel the duality of the concept of the good guy and the bad guy. In this conception, it is necessary to listen empathically to the subject's narrative, to hear their story and the meanings constructed in their narrative. The method used to carry out the narrative interview was the autobiographical method, following its stages: drawing up guiding questions, recording the narrative and then transcribing it. The narrative analyzed made us think about the possibilities of life that revolve around this subject and the countless reflections on what he experienced during his time in prison. In addition, it was possible to identify some narratives that helped him repair the damage, especially with regard to aspects involving family, friendship and society.
