"This volume documents a sustained conversation between two of the most important American philosophers of the twentieth century and at the same time pays homage to an enduring intellectual friendship.". - "In 1922, Charles Hartshorne, then an aspiring young philosopher, wrote to Edgar Sheffield Brightman, a preeminent philosopher of religion and one of the most prolific members of the Boston School of Personalism.
