Religion, ethnicity and politics in Uganda
The objective of this book is to account for political institutional instability in Uganda with special emphasis on the dynamic relationships between specific interest groups (religious groups, trade unions, students/youth, ethnic groups) and the formal political institutions. The author has chosen the period from 1962 to 1971 for examination because the politics during this period set precedents for institution-building processes in Uganda. (DÜI-Hff)
