Abstract

According to the author, not only Soviet people but also many foreigners fell victim to Stalin's criminal policy of massive reprisals in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. After a brief look at the Chinese in the USSR, he (the author) discusses Chinese victims of Stalinist repression. Soviet-Chinese relations are briefly mentioned. (DÜI-Sen)
