Abstract

"Even prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, global healthcare services faced the need to reshape healthcare delivery models in order to meet escalating demand, whilst maintaining quality of care and equity of access. What are the key factors that enable these critical changes to be delivered at scale and pace, and within the constraints of limited resources? The authors are academics and practitioners who have extensive expertise in healthcare innovation research and practice.
