Al-Qaedaism in the Context of Civil War: The Nexus Between Terrorism and Support

Abstract

This study explores how opposing ideological work, intended as a counterterrorism strategy decodes and defuses al-Qaeda's role in the current radicalization process in conflict and non-conflict areas. In this context it promotes to theological counterterrorism paradigm for current fundamental terror threats.
