Abstract

This text surveys IP and innovation policies in Africa's past and present, providing frameworks and measures that will help Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in Africa. Its objective is to facilitate technological learning, accelerate absorption and adaptation fit to an African context, and catapult African LDCs down the road of innovation.
