Abstract

The preserved Statute of the Island of Brač was brought up in the year 1305 and was valid, at least partially, until the fall of the Venetian Republic in 1797.This book contains an ample introductory legal-historic study of the Brač Statute, the original Latin text of the Statute and its translation into the Croatian language.
