Abstract

In February, the eighth round of negotiations went on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) to end. Regulations and standards, inter alia, in terms of energy and raw materials, investor protection and the reduction of inches were among other topic. In particular with respect to privacy issues and rights the agreement is seen critical, especially critics point to democracy dividend dangerous content, such as in connection with the so-called 'regulatory cooperation' or the 'regulatory cooperation'. In the body thus designated legislative proposals should be brought without the involvement of national parliaments in close consultation with advocacy groups on the way.
