Abstract

The article deals with the evolution of the French environmental policy since the beginning of the 1970's. A socio-historical analysis studies how environmental inspectors cope with technical expert evaluations & controls of industrial installations. Therefore, our paper develops a new approach between political sciences & labor sociology to reconsider the canonic question of change in public policies. Adapted from the source document.
