Coreia do Norte: anarquia e poder nuclear
In: Relações internacionais: R:I, Heft 10, S. 85-105
Abstract
North Korea has seen the increase of its insecurity when the Cold War's bipolar stability was replaced by a multipolar system where the USA plays a predominant role within the structure of power. The incompatibility between the structure of power & Pyongyang, prolonged by the reform incapability demonstrated by Kim long-Il's regime & aggravated by George W. Bush policy, conditioned the North Koreans to develop nuclear weapons as a survival guarantee. The continuation of the agent-structure incompatibility should prevent North Korea from surrendering its nuclear capacity in the near future. References. Adapted from the source document.
