The obstacles that hindered the digital marketing involvement in rural India are gradually disappearing. The hypothesis that the e-commerce industry will develop a larger base in the rural India is becoming true with the declining prices of smartphones, higher amount of internet access with a high speed at diminishing rates and the actions of government as well as private associations spreading knowledge about the digital dynamics. This study seeks to identify the Digital Marketing expertise of rural banks in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India. The data depicting the aspiration of the rural banks of e-marketing modes along with the challenges that they handle in relation to the e-commerce are all giving a sign for the further research in this area.

Successful conservation in the United States relies on collective stewardship by millions of private landowners, challenging those agencies and nongovernment organizations tasked with engagement and outreach. Perennially limited resources compound this challenge, highlighting a deep need for efficient social marketing. In the following research, we test the efficacy of two social marketing strategies—microtargeting and normative appeals—through a randomized controlled trial of an integrated social marketing campaign targeting riparian landowners in the Pennsylvania portion of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. We used a microtargeting algorithm to predict landowners' likelihood of responding to a conservation outreach campaign to create treatment groups of high-likelihood prospects versus random prospects (i.e., no microtargeting). A normative appeal was also included as an experimental factor in the campaign communicating that forested riparian buffer investments were common among similar landowners. Among microtargeted landowners, we observed a 66% increase in response to a riparian restoration survey compared to the control group. Additionally, we found a significant influence of a normative message among random (nonmicrotargeted) prospects, increasing response by 23% over the control group. We conclude conservation outcomes may be more efficiently achieved by deploying these marketing techniques on a wider scale to a variety of conservation challenges.

Abstrak :Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Abepura dalam pencapaian target pembiayaan BSM Implan ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan marketing mix yaitu dengan cara bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: product, price, place, dan promotion. Untuk mengimplementasikan 4P ini dilakukan pemasaran yaitu silaturahmi ke instansi-instansi pemerintah, opentable (menawarkan secara langsung dengan nasabah), pemasaran dengan penawaran ke instansi yang sudah kerjasama dengan Bank Mandiri Syariah KCP Abepura, serta dengan penawaran kerjasama dengan instansi lain. Marketing Mix sebagai alat untuk pencapaian target pembiayaan BSM Implan maka sudah bisa dijadikan tolak ukur keberhasilan Markettng dalam memasarkan produk tersebut, ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya produk pembiayaan BSM Implan tiap tahunnya. Over the last decade, competition within the financial service market is increasingly stronger due to new entrants including mergers and acquisition. Consequently, in order to retain customers, customer satisfaction and loyalty becomes a fundamental issue for financial service marketing management and survival in competitive financial market. Data were collected through questionnaire method using the 5-point likert scale from 1200 respondents of the 20 local government area of Lagos state, Nigeria. Reliability test shows that data were significant at 0.73-082 levels. Regression and correlation tested and ANOVA, prove accepted. Results show that the variables are significant and have positive impact on both customer retention and loyalty in relation to customer relationship marketing in the MDBs industry. It also revealed that customer satisfaction, retention and trust influences customers loyalty in the market. Thus, it is necessary for MDBs to make their service delivery more effective to reduce dissonance and optimized their relationship with the existing clients through quick responds, politeness and favorably attention to customer's complaints. Also as part of their success story in customer relationship marketing, MDBs should continuously educate their customers of any new developments, policies and technical advancement to make transactions easy and seamless, imbibe customer service delivery culture and be involved in assisting customers in solving their problems.Keywords: relationship marketing, Customer satisfaction, Customer retention, loyalty, Banking Industry
