O objetivo do trabalho foi realizar uma pesquisa bibliométrica sobre ciclismo e o ambiente construído das áreas urbanas dentre os artigos encontrados na base de dados Web of Science a fim de se levantar informações sobre os principais trabalhos relacionados a estes temas sobre mobilidade urbana. Encontrou-se 849 trabalhos, publicados entre 1998 e 2021, envolvendo 2.263 autores e 178 fontes. Os principais autores sobre os temas são dos E.U.A., China, Canadá, Austrália e Bélgica. Observou-se que a maioria dos trabalhos mais relevantes sobre o assunto possuem em comum a relação entre os temas saúde, atividade física, ciclismo, transporte e ambiente urbano. Quanto aos periódicos mais relevantes, destaca-se o "Transportation Research Record" como o mais relevante dentro dos temas analisados. Observa-se que o assunto, apesar de emergente, não tem sido publicado por periódicos indexados da América Latina, com a exceção da Revista "Eure- Latinoamericana De Estudios Urbano Regionales" que registrou produção científica.

One of the most important terrains of the European search for new ways in politics between the two world wars was the debate on the reorganization and tasks of the state and, within it, of the economy and society. This topic dominated academic discourse in the 1920s and 1930s. The thinkers who sought answers—economists, philosophers, historians, sociologists, and ecclesiastics—could build on the work of early predecessors, reaching back as far as Thomas Aquinas's "organic view of society," later embodied in the economic and political theory of Jesuit solidarism. The common feature of the theories that emerged in the interwar period was that they approached the construction of the state not from the point of view of the individual, but from that of social groups. Vid Mihelics, a prominent exponent of these ideas in Hungary, devoted his journalistic, scientific, and political activities to the Hungarian Catholic revival. His interests focused on social issues and related teachings of the Church. His writings sought solutions through the ideas of Christian humanism, which for him was "the inalienable essence of true Europeanism." Comments are made on P. E. Temu's work (see SA 0202/I4503). Temu concludes that African social scientists demonstrate "poor over-all performance," which he attributes to "a serious lack of appreciation of the history of social sciences in Africa." Historically, African social scientists adapted themselves to Western notions of SR without challenging or reformulating them; a large majority possess "captive minds," as described by S. H. Alatas. Freeing these minds to encourage social scientists to develop creative alternative solutions to those proposed by Western thinkers for social problems, is a task that should be undertaken by institutions of higher learning. While Temu's solution of removing linguistic barriers between African nations is worthy, there is a need to go beyond this solution to find positive "bridging" methods. Another solution, the creation of national social science councils, may lead to their development as status-conferring bodies; regional councils would be preferable. His recommendation for removal of methodological & terminological barriers in social science is welcome; a center similar to the U of Michigan's Center for Research on Utilization of Scientific Knowledge might further such an objective. However, because of the role played by African governments in the development of U's & because of their perceptions of social realities, no radical change is likely to take place in African social science in the 1970's. The process of electrochemical processing of the VNZh type heavy tungsten alloy (wt. %: 80 W, 16 Ni, 4 Fe) under the action of direct and alternating current of industrial frequency in an ammonia-alkaline solution has been investigated. It was found, that the process is accompanied by the transition of tungsten from the alloy to the solution and the formation of a microdispersed powder, based on iron and nickel.
