The international context -- 1. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has exposed asymmetries in the different countries' capacity to respond to the crisis -- 2. After the world economy suffered its worst downturn for decades in 2020 (-3.2 %), growth of almost 6% is expected for 2021 -- 3.
