AbstractInsurgency and other security challenges have intensified across Nigeria with a resultant displacement of over a million people from over 100,000 households who depend on interventions from government and non-governmental organizations for survival since 2009. We conducted the study to determine the level of involvement of the displaced persons in planning, implementation and review of these interventions, and the effect of the participation on satisfaction with the interventions among camp dwellers in selected camps in Borno, Nigeria. A total of 278 internally displaced persons (IDPs) across 9 IDP camps were surveyed using an interviewer-administered questionnaire. Data was collected using Android-based Open Data Kit (ODK), exported into Microsoft Excel, and analyzed with SPSS version 21. Out of the 278 respondents, 143 (51.4%) were male, 82 (29.5%) respondents were within the age bracket of 26-35 years and above (mean age 38.9±12.3), over 78% were married, and 29.9% were involved in trading before their displacement. Among the respondents, 256 (92.1%) had benefitted from at least one intervention during their stay in the IDP camps. Over 96% of the beneficiaries were female, compared to 87.4% of males, which was statistically significant (p<0.05). All the respondents within the age group 26-35 years and above 45 years old who had received information about the interventions were satisfied, and this finding was statistically significant (p<0.05). Overall, 91.5% of respondents who had benefitted from previous interventions would like to be involved in all the intervention stages (planning, implementation, and review). In comparison, 100% of IDPs who benefitted from previous interventions would like to be involved in the implementation, and 96.8% of them would like to be involved in planning the proposed interventions. To ensure maximum coverage, and that optimum benefit is derived from development projects, beneficiaries should be involved in all stages of the project cycle.

Abstract
Objective
Humanitarian-specific psychological distress following deployment can elude detection using contemporary measures of trauma-related stress. This study assesses the unidimensional structure and convergent validity of the Post-deployment Altruistic Identity Disruption Questionnaire (PostAID/Q), an 18-item questionnaire underpinned by the construct Altruistic Identity/Disruption (AI/AID).
Method
Humanitarian aid personnel (N=108) completed an online web survey, inclusive of the Moral Injury Questionnaire (MIQ), Posttraumatic Distress Disorder Checklist (PCL-5), Psychological Well-Being Posttraumatic Changes Questionnaire (PWB-PTCQ) and Social Provisions Scale (SPS).
Results
A confirmatory factor analysis suggested a single factor structure providing further support for the conception of AI/AID as a unidimensional construct. Convergent validity was demonstrated through (1) utility for predicting a posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) diagnosis assessed by the PCL-5, and (2) moral injury assessed by the MIQ. The PostAID/Q was further moderately and negatively associated with the availability of social support (assessed by the SPS) and lower self-reports of psychological well-being post trauma (assessed by the PWB-PCTQ). Finally, the PostAID/Q demonstrated evidence of incremental validity in predicting humanitarian specific psychological distress over and above the PCL-5. Specifically, the PostAID/Q predicted increased moral injury on the MIQ, and decreased psychological well-being post trauma.
Conclusions
The PostAID/Q can assist in identifying humanitarian specific psychological responses post deployment guiding support for personnel, over and above more traditional measures of posttraumatic stress.

AbstractThe professional nature and professionalisation of the street‐level delivery of activation policies have received increasing attention in academic debate. The study reported in this article contributes to this debate in two ways. The first way is to elaborate a multidimensional conceptualisation of practising professionalism in activation work, distinguishing eight dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge use, innovation, accountability, client‐centred practice, collaboration and methodical work. The second way is to have developed and test a questionnaire for studying professional practice in activation work. Two models were compared in the study. The first model hypothesised that professional practice is a construct capturing all eight dimensions. The second model hypothesised that the eight dimensions reflect a knowledge‐oriented and a service‐oriented aspect of professional practice. The models were tested using data from a survey among Dutch activation workers. Both provided acceptable fits with our data. What model researchers consider most appropriate will depend on the focus of their research.Key Practitioner Message• This article helps practitioners in discussing and developing the professionalisation of the frontline delivery of activation policies.

Cultivation Right are rights to exploit land which is directly controlled by the state for agricultural, fishery or livestock companies for a period of time. One of the reasons for the removal of the cultivation right was because it was neglected. cultivation rights is one of the land rights that can be used as collateral for debt and encumbered with mortgage rights. The write-off of the mortgage rights because the write-off of land rights that are encumbered with a security right does not cause the guaranteed debt to be written off. In practice, the abolition of the cultivation right which is being subject to mortgage rights due to a decision to determine abandoned land creates confusion regarding the repayment of debts between the debtor (PT. Karatau Limo Sajati) and the creditor (PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk.) And the difficulty of utilizing the former cultivation right object which is has been designated as abandoned land. The problems in this research are 1) how is the process of controlling cultivation right as an object of abandoned land in Solok Regency ? 2) what is the position of the mortgage rights above the cutivation rights which has been designated as abandoned land in Solok Regency ? 3) how is the utilization of the ex-cultivation rights land on which a mortgage has been imposed after it has been designated as abandoned land in Solok Regency ? The approach method used is juridical empirical, the nature of the research is descriptive analytical, the research data used is in the form of primary data, namely through interviews with sources and literature study to obtain secondary data. The data is processed systematically and analytically. The results showed that 1) the control process of PT. Karatau Limo Sajati as an abandoned land object which is carried out by means of inventory, identification and research, warnings, the proposal to determine abandoned land and the determination of abandoned land can actually be canceled through a lawsuit to the PTUN based on the weaknesses in the warning process. 2) the position of the mortgage over the cultivation rights which has been designated as abandoned land has been abolished, but the abolition of the mortgage because the termination of the land title does not cause the guaranteed debt to be canceled and subsequently the debtor's debt repayment is regulated in Articles 1131 and 1132 of the KUH Perdata. 3) The utilization of the ex-cultivation rights land on which a mortgage is imposed after it is designated as abandoned land is subject to a delay from BPN RI.

The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. The position of the copy notary deed, which originally could be used as perfect evidence, becomes imperfect because the copy of the deed doesn't sound the same as the original deed, so that the copy of the deed doesn't meet the formal and material requirements of the deed making procedure. This can result in the copy of the deed being declared null and void. The legal implication of an agreement where a copy of the notary deed doesn't sound the same as the minimum deed, namely: the agreement can also be declared null and void as long as there is an agreement from the parties to cancel it because it results in losses for the parties and contains elements of error and fraud.

Social networks string everyone together. In the world affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, residents left their houses less often and maintained their connections online. Preparing for longer periods at home, some customers stockpiled supplies, the most discussed of which being toilet paper. When internet users came across videos of empty store shelves and people boasting about the amount of toilet paper they obtained, public contempt exploded over these supposed "panicked buyers." From February to May of 2020, patterns of reaction against panic buying matched the description of a moral panic as presented by sociologist Stanley Cohen. The media is an agent of contagions in a social network. During COVID-19, news headlines often detailed shortages of supplies around the world. Meanwhile, social media became a platform for videos of stockpiling consumers, like those who built thrones out of toilet paper boxes. These behaviors from the media further escalated a small issue of temporary toilet paper shortage to almost a national emergency, while drawing attention away from shortages of crucial medical supplies and test kits.

Historical areas are one of the alternative tourism destinations in Semarang City. The most attractive and popular spot is the Semarang Old City, which is presently being prepared to become a World Heritage based on the beauty, authenticity and environmental attraction of the colonial buildings as well as the fascinating history of the area. However, most millennials prefer more recreational activities such as taking pictures, riding bicycles, sightseeing and enjoying the culinary surroundings without showing any interest in the history of the Old City. The potential importance of these millennials to the tourism market of this area requires the accommodation of their ever-changing needs. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to study young people's perspectives and preferences towards historical tourist destinations such as the Old City. This involved the application of the qualitative method to examine the characteristics, preferences and motivations of millennials travelling in historic tourism areas through observation and interview millennials. The findings of this study were expected to be used in setting up some strategies to overcome the inherent problems of historic site tourism and also to satisfy the needs of the tourists, especially the millennials.
