It is increasingly more interesting to the bank managers to understand what is important to customers when it comes to Internet banking, and especially banking conducted by the customers themselves. Corporate customers and Internet banking have been studied very modestly in the past, especially the decision-making factors that drive customers to go online. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence corporate customer's adoption of Internet banking services in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. The hypotheses are empirically evaluated by the use of Trade Finance customers of an East African bank that serves as a target sample. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the primary basis for the study. The information gathered from former studies that are mainly concentrating on private customers, acts as a foundation for the development of an extension of TAM that is suitable for corporate customers. The study involves 137 respondents from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. Due to the quantitative nature of the study, the results are analysed with statistical measures which include the use of SPSS in order to carry out regression analysis. Silvance O. In March 2020, the World Health Organization declared Pandemic status due to the spread of the new Coronavirus Sars-Cov-2, which causes the Covid-19 disease. The responses from each state was different, and in the United States, Donald Trump chose to follow the characteristics that elected him, such as denial and the dissemination of Fake News on the internet, impacting the population's attitudes and taking the country to a high number of deaths from the disease. In this paper we will briefly analyze Trump's election and his government's management of the pandemic, making use of Machiavelli's concepts of virtù and fortune to weave our analyses. ; Em marzo de 2020, la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el estado de pandemia debido a la propagación del nuevo coronavirus Sars-Cov-2, que causa la enfermedad Covid-19. By many measures, Americans have become increasingly polarized in recent decades. We study the role of the Internet and social media in explaining this trend. We find that polarization has increased the most among the demographic groups least likely to use the Internet and social media, suggesting that the role of these factors is limited.

It has however, also transformed the behavior of the criminal element within that society. These new opportunities come saddled with unprecedented threats. Ranging from attacks on the system; unauthorized access, denial of service, malware to data breaches; that affect the integrity and confidentiality of data as well as child pornography, hate speech, cyber bullying, theft, fraud etc. This paper's objective is to come up with a theory for internet regulatory policy. By taking into consideration the unique challenges posed to legislation, the different models of laws and incorporating the merits of various philosophies. This theory is aimed at guiding the creation of effective cyber legislation and guiding any new developments as it is clear that innovations in the cyberspace will always outpace the law-making process. Legal provisions should provide assurance to users, empowerment to law enforcement agencies and deterrence to criminals. If neither of these is achieved then the entire undertaking becomes worthless
