The purpose of the study is to systematize the opportunities and limitations of the implementation of this type of management measures for organizations operating in international markets, characterized by different levels of business processes digitalization. The article substantiates in detail the theses on systematization of opportunities and limitations of innovation management in an international organization, identifies the root causes of their emergence in the process of implementation of innovation projects. It is demonstrated that the results of the study can be applied in the practice of innovation management.
Attempts to create a more inclusive discipline and profession have been commended by many and derided by some. While these attempts have pushed for change, particularly with regards to more equal representation of gender and race among faculty, policies aimed at creating a more inclusive environment are often tokenistic, administrative and bureaucratic, and fail to address structural and institutional practices and norms. Moreover, the administrative and bureaucratic policies put into place are generally targeted at a single categorical group, failing to take into account the manner in which identities are intersecting and overlapping. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion often gets driven by Human Resources and Marketing rather than owned by the wider university. This forum draws from a variety of contributions that focus on describing the lived realities of institutional racism, its intersections with other forms of discrimination, and strategies for change. In putting together this forum, we do not aim to create a checklist of practical steps. Instead, we hope to signpost and make visible the successes and failures of previous challenges and future possibilities that must be taken by both faculty and administrations.

This is a conference paper. ; Due to complex projects and diverse risks, schedule delay has always been one of the major problems in high-speed rail construction. Chinese infrastructure companies are the main force of the international market after the Chinese government implemented the One Belt and One Road initiative (OBOR). Currently, more than 10 international engineer-procure-construct high-speed rail (IEPCHSR) projects are being considered or undertaken overseas by Chinese companies. However, delay has severe consequences for the progress of most IEPCHSR projects. The aim of this study is to identify the significant delay factors for IEPCHSR projects. This study was conducted as an exploratory study through literature review and semi-structured interview with seven managers from Chinese IEPCHSR related companies. Result reveals that some delay factors concluded from general international infrastructure projects are also applicable in IEPCHSR projects. In the engineering phase, inappropriate management in design management, inefficient land acquisition, design changes and lack of EPC subsidiary contract management for HSR projects are likely to cause delays. In the procurement phase, improper procurement prepared, under-estimated procurement price, unreliable agency, inefficient logistics in equipment and labour are leading causes. In the construction phase, the significant delay factors are improper construction task planning, inexperienced site supervision, ineffective technical standard management and ineffective continuous progress payment. Further study will analyse their interrelationships with Chinese construction companies using a questionnaire survey and structural equation modelling (SEM) technique. The result from this study should enable the Chinese HSR practitioners to gain a better understanding of the inter-relationships between the different potential delay factors.

"This article is an overview of the international strategic context in the next 20 years, designed to guide the work of international security organizations in achieving/consolidating regional and global security. The analysis is based on the work of international organizations as sound judgments on different alternative strategies that focus on the challenges of the most likely future themes. According to the assessment, the period up to 2040 will be a period of transition, characterized by instability, both in the relations between states and in the relations between groups within states. The world is likely to continue to face the reality of a changing climate, rapid population growth, resource scarcity, resurgence of ideologies, and above all, shifts in global power from West to East. No state, group or individual can face these challenges in isolation, only collective responses will be adequate. Therefore, the struggle to establish an effective system of global governance capable of meeting these challenges will continue to be a central theme of the age. Globalization, global inequality, climate change and technological innovation will affect the lives of everyone on the planet. There will be a constant tension between greater interdependence between states, groups and individuals, and increased competition between them. Dependence on complex global systems, such as global supply chains for resources, is likely to increase the risk of systemic problems."

UN peacekeeping became a flagship activity of the liberal international order (LIO) in the post-Cold War era, characterized by globalization, liberal norms and western leadership. Western states' diminished support for LIO UN peacekeeping has left it increasingly open to challenge, but significant changes are only likely if a strong group of states coalesces around an alternative model of UN peacekeeping. This article highlights African actors and China as well positioned to play pivotal roles in such a coalition. African states, who host the preponderance of UN missions and furnish almost half of the UN's uniformed peacekeepers, support globalized UN peacekeeping, show relatively weak support for the most liberal peacebuilding principles and assert the need for African-led solutions to continental crises. China's influence reflects its P5 status, financial and personnel contributions to UN peacekeeping and engagement with regional actors, notably in Africa. Aspiring to global leadership and a 'new world order', China endorses globalized UN peacekeeping but proposes a non-liberal (and non-western led) notion of 'developmental peace' to guide it. The complementarities between African and Chinese priorities raise the possibility of a profound challenge to LIO peacekeeping. Rather than heralding deglobalization, however, this challenge illustrates that post-LIO international institutions may instead be characterized by deliberalization and dewesternization.
