In this paper is given an empirical analysis of the sources and the citing
quality in the example of the Matica Srpska Social Science Quarterly in 2010.
After the methodological notes, in the first part of the paper was considered
the structure of citings, according to the informal classification (books,
newspaper articles, proceedings papers, statistical sources and so on). Then,
due to its importance, the citing structure of newspaper articles has been
presented separately. In the second part of the paper special attention was
drawn to the quality and reliability of citings in analyzed articles, where
numerous flaws and deficiencies were pointed out. Those flaws relativize
significantly the construction and use of the appropriate indicators for
further scientometric analysis.

An implicit element of many theories of constitutional enforcement is the degree to which those subject to constitutional law can agree on what its provisions mean (call this constitutional interpretability). Unfortunately, there is little evidence on baseline levels of constitutional interpretability or the variance therein. This article seeks to fill this gap in the literature, by assessing the effect of contextual, textual and interpreter characteristics on the interpretability of constitutional documents. Constitutions are found to vary in their degree of interpretability. Surprisingly, however, the most important determinants of variance are not contextual (for example, era, language or culture), but textual. This result emphasizes the important role that constitutional drafters play in the implementation of their product. (British Journal of Political Science/ FUB)

In terms of solidifying the economic foundations of competition policy, Canadian merger law is much further advanced than merger law in any other jurisdiction. This article evaluates the developments in the Canadian law and draws both positive and negative lessons for integrating economic principles into merger law generally. The balancing weights test adopted in Canadian law for incorporating efficiencies into merger assessment has firm support in economics. But the implementation of this test has run into problems. A sharp wedge remains in Canada between the law and the economics of merger evaluation.
This research was conducted to analyse the political politics of bureaucratic reform. The politics of law in reforming government bureaucracy is actually useful for making improvements so that it becomes a public servant and realizing good governance. The problem with corruption, collusion and nepotism in the bureaucracy, is not because the legal umbrella in Indonesia is not strong but subjectively every state civil servant or civil servant does not yet have the full characteristics as in the prophetic concept. Through normative juridical research methods, this study tries to explore prophetic concepts to realize good governance. The results showed that it was hoped that this prophetic concept could become its future social ideals and as a guidebook for each ASN and PNS in its soul in carrying out its public service duties. Prophetic focuses on principles of behavior that originate from religious values. So that all executive, legislative and judicial branches can make moral ethics universally from the prophetic concept in providing services to the community in order to realize good governance

In the Spanish context, Sports Sciences education is evolving to emphasize competency-based learning, crucial for adapting to the dynamic global landscape and labor market. This opinion article highlights the shift towards integrating generic and specific competencies, essential for automation and artificial intelligence, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8's focus on sustainable economic growth and employment. Despite the recognized importance of these competencies for economic sustainability and job readiness, the literature on this framework, particularly within the context of physical activity and Sports Sciences in Spain, remains underexplored. This paper is structured to first address the current state of the problem, followed by a conceptualization of competencies, including types of competencies. It then analyzes professional competencies within the realm of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences in Spain, moving towards the implementation and evaluation of these competencies in the classroom setting. By bridging the gap between educational outcomes and market demands, this work calls for ongoing research and pedagogical innovation to equip future professionals with the necessary skills for success. This approach not only prepares students for the future labor market but also contributes to the broader economic and sustainable development goals envisioned by SDG 8.
