In this paper, the beginning of the Serbian philosophy in the Byzantine era
of its history is considered through the ontological and logical concepts of
iskon, biti and slovo, which are set by translating the beginning of the
Gospel according to John ?? ???? ?? ? ????? ? as Iskoni b?as? Slovo, then
through translation of selected manuscripts from the Izbornika Velikago
kn'azja Svjatoslava Jaroslavica 1073 goda, and, in particular, through the
translation of the first part of John Damascus? writing ???? ???????,
?????????? ???????? (Poslani? Svjatago Jovana Damaskina).

Rapid developments are taking place in the field of neuroscience. As a result, ethical questions are increasingly being taken up in the field of brain research: Is there freedom of will? Are human beings free in their actions, or are their actions determined? In the following, the question of moral responsibility in criminals as well as the question of free will underlying this question are examined from an Islamic perspective[1] in an interdisciplinary manner.

Complementary and mutually reinforcing, political science and political philosophy lie at the heart of the study of governance. The concept of how government could or should operate in the abstract is the province of political philosophy, while political science concerns itself with the concrete. Readers will chronicle the history and development of both fields and introduces readers to the major thinkers-including Aristotle, Machiavelli, and Weber-whose works have informed the study of politics the world over

The article is devoted to the historical and philosophical analysis of the unique and paradigmatic role of the H.S. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the philosophical life of Ukraine for 75 years since its foundation. The authors outline its role in the process of institutionalizing philosophy in Ukraine from the time of the domination of the dogmas of Soviet Marxism to the introduction of current research traditions in modern Ukrainian philosophy. The continuity and peculiarities of the change of generations of researchers in the field of philosophy and the involvement of Ukrainian philosophical thought in the world intellectual discourse are studied. The article's authors reveal the gradual formation of the Kyiv philosophical tradition, the role of the Institute's leadership in the style and nature of scientific research of certain periods. Particular attention is paid to the institutionalization of new research areas at the Institute, such as political philosophy, philosophy of language and speech, which belong to the leading paradigm of modern philosophy. Attention is paid to the cooperation of the Institute with domestic scientific and educational institutions, its international relations. The status of the leading professional publications, which became significant both in Soviet times and during independence, is highlighted. Finally, the article notes the role and tasks of the Institute in modern social discourse, focuses on the values, the preservation of which is taken care of by representatives of the Institute. ; Статтю присвячено історико-філософському аналізу унікальної та парадигмальної ролі Інституту філософії імені Г.С. Досліджено спадкоємність та особливості зміни поколінь дослідників у царині філософії, а також долучення української філософської думки до світового інтелектуального дискурсу. Окрему увагу приділено інституціалізації нових напрямків досліджень в Інституті, таких як політична філософія, філософія мови та мовлення, що належать до провідної парадигми сучасної філософії. Автори статті розкривають поетапне становлення київської філософської традиції, роль керівництва Інституту в стилістиці та характері наукових досліджень певних періодів. Приділено увагу співпраці Інституту з вітчизняними науковими та освітніми закладами, його міжнародним зв'язкам. Виокремлено статус провідних фахових видань, які стали знаковими як за радянських часів, так і за часів Незалежності. Наостанок у статті відзначено роль та завдання Інституту в сучасному суспільному дискурсі, акцентовано увагу на цінностях, збереженням яких опікуються представники Інституту.

O artigo visa partir da filosofia dos valores de Nietzsche para pensar a educação desde a consideração de que a avaliação dos valores é fundamental para concepções e conteúdos educacionais. A exposição principia pela discussão com Thomas E. Hart e seu livro Nietzsche, cultura and education (Nietzsche, cultura e educação), visando apresentar aproximações e distanciamentos com a análise empreendida; e, posteriormente, propõe investigar a relação entre educação e filosofia dos valores, desde suas perspectivas e consequências.

The paper presents the findings of two studies on the current transformations of philosophy of history. The paper claims that those transformations outline a research field more appropriately defined as historical knowledge studies, and focused on the conditions of possibility, operation, structure, institutional praxis, critical potential and political relevance of our knowledge about history. The study provides an outline of the emergence of new problems and topics in philosophy of history based on an analysis of the contents of a prominent journal crucial to the development of the field, History and Theory, which has hosted many important debates on historical knowledge since the 1960s and whose editorial policy is recognised for its pluralism. This account of the transformation of the research field is supplemented by the findings of a study of the institutional localisation and geographic distribution of university courses in philosophy of history.

Movement of enlightendness connected the riched knowledges with a statements of the human rights on a own education, because of destroying of prejudges who stopped the social progress, but they are also manifesting as a powerful tools for the changing the everyday life. Modern epoch proclaimed a right on a education as a basic part of a human rights (also by the documents of UN), but inserted in them also so many interesess in realization, making troubles to that rights alone. Paedagogical libertinism, as a some reflexion of a revolutionary attentions, in a claim of a critical thinking was relativisating programmes and goals of the schools in such measure, that it request a education of the people on the streets, as a hippycs who haven't borders in them arbitrariness. It starts on a some physical economistic cutting of a teaching programmes, with a minimum of knowledge in a own education and a maximum in a sale and managing of a nature and human resources. Did the management was also a biggest wisdom who needly must investigating on the Universities? It, what is useful directly, is not the durative and undestroyable. Because it may stay a object of troubles, it is valid to come back on a Classic education, who takes solutions for the growing appetites and greeds by the clearness of his theories.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of axiological ideas lying in the foundation of the modern economic science in general and theory of finances in particular. The concept of homo economicus and its origins are considered. Concept of the "homo economicus" is used in the modern philosophic and methodologic literature on methodologic questions of economical science is used in two meanings. The first considers homo economicus only as a technical construct or model created in the form of certain hypotheses and suppositions set taken in their limit form as an idealization. The second takes it as a certain anthropologic type characterized with according values and behavior. It was demonstrated that the concept of homo economicus has a long before-history consisting in gradual break-up between economical theory and ethics. The homo economicus is a person who build his behavior through calculation of his profit. The latter is a form of his self-discipline that forms a new system of norms free from moral and other similar things. The new system of norms suppose no stable tenets and axioms as it takes place in ethics but remains rational and is based on probabilities calculations. The evolution of economical science is regarded as well as its division into political philosophy and proper economic theory in the end of the XIX century, the role of the growth principle, the growth in spite of anything that stood to the first place in the time of the Great Depression and goes on occupying this place till now. It is demonstrated that the essence of money consists in being a symbol and sign of debt obligations, that the capital is representation of their accumulated form and moving power that makes market economics to move. It is shown also that namely the ideas of capital as well as labour compound axiological foundation of modern economical ideas. The homo economicus or economical man, that means individualistic and egotistic psychotype oriented onto profit and satisfaction of his desires, becomes conceptual ideal.
