Legal Aspects of Representativeness of Social Partners In this study are analysed international, European Union, foreign countries and Lithuanian laws regulating the right of social partners to represent their members and the legal requirements for representativeness of social partners. The mentioned legal acts are analysed in order to present the definition of social partners, to reveal the legal concepts of the representativeness of social partners at international and European Union level and to identify the models of representativeness of social partners. In the first part of the study the historical overview of social partnership in labour law and the concept of social partners operating at international, European Union and national level are presented in order to provide the definition of social partners which is needed for further research. In the second part of the study it is examined the concepts of representativeness of social partners in international and European Union labour law, and on the basis of foreign countries legislation, it is distinguished the main models of representation of social partners and provided a detailed analysis of these models. In the third part of the study it is examined the influence of social partners on the European Union and Lithuanian legislation in determining the extent to which the social partners' representativity criteria have been precisely identified or implied, with the involvement of social partners in legislatives processes and suggestions are made to improve the existing regime in Lithuania. The results of the research show that the analysis of international, European Union, foreign countries and Lithuanian legislation allows to present the concept of social partners, to distinguish two legal concepts of representativeness of social partners and to present four different models of representation of social partners. According to the research carried out, it was found that the criteria of representativeness of the social partners clearly established in the Lithuanian legislation would help to answer the problematic issues arising from the lack of the criteria of representativeness of social partners which are not enshrined in Lithuanian laws.

The article covers the findings of the comparative combined neuropsychological and logopedic study of 150 comprehensive school children studying in the third grade. Some of the children experienced persistent difficulties in acquiring orthography skills. To determine to what extent spelling errors are attributed to ill-formed morphofunctional cerebral systems the authors ado­pted several forms of statistical analysis. It was discovered that a number of aspects of brain function, as well as the range of functional indicators correlating with spelling errors, differ in children with higher and lower level of orthography (spelling) competence, difference being especially evident in boys. All types of spelling errors demonstrated correlation with decreased level of program activity organization.

Introduction. In the past few decades there has been a revolution in computing and communications, and all indications are that technological progress and use of information technology will continue at a rapid pace. Informational technologies (IT) affect all of the social processes in the societyboth globally and for each separately taken country and region. Nowadays we are talking about informational society and "global village", in which the main problems and tasks are ways for the acquisition, storage, processing and dissemination of information, and also its accumulation and systematization. Now information is resource and commodity. The result of this is the creation and development not only of new industries, new jobs, new science, but also until recently extinction of traditional occupations and industries classic.Purpose of the article is to describe some issues in the field how the information technologies influence humans, their existence and social processes. What is their role for human development? Is it a new revolution? Theory keeps arguing about heading to "informational" or "network" society, and the effect from global transformations to human civilization. Results. Many people say that technologies have direct influence to the public relations. The newest trends in these systems, their role of the adolescents and how internet changes peoples` mentality has been researched for years. On one side we can see the negative consequence – people think that all the entertainments, access to information and technology improvement could lead to increase crisis in communication. Another negative results of the technology, is the total loss of privacy and private space, as well as the permanent digital connection with the working place. Concerns are each and every aspect of our life will be monitored and recorded from the Government, conglomerates and even – banks. Conclusions. As it became clear, decade after decade the technology and technological innovations are becoming more and more popular among researchers. It can be summarized that there are two main opinions, on the completely opposite ends – first one is the positive – the technology brings joy and happiness, and the other one – the negative – that technology will destroy the mankind. They are dozens of researches, thoughts, developments and expectations. We are aware of the interest of the impact of technology upon life. Researching the influential mechanism and impact of new technology upon society, culture and values, became invariable part of scientific knowledge. As an addition of the above, it can be summarized that the past time and space oriented limits today are being overcome. Working with network communication environment is an everyday practice now.
