The article describes the experience of Germany and Austria in implementing international standards to ensure the protection of criminological and criminal justice. In preparing this article, a set of general and specific scientific research methods was used to define special subjects authorized to perform such criminological activities, the peculiarities of their interaction with the police and other law enforcement agencies, to reveal the content of legislative mandates on the organization and functioning of the Court Security Services and their counterparts, as well as that of the legislation on criminal liability for crimes against justice. On the basis of the research results, perspectives were formulated for improving the activities of the Court Security Service of Ukraine, its interaction with the National Police and other entities of the state and non-state sector in providing criminological protection of justice, as well as the Ukrainian legislation on criminal liability for crimes against justice, taking into account the experience of Germany and Austria in the implementation of internationally recognized standards in this area.

This study aims to find out application and effectiveness of Law no. 30 of 1999 on the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) of South Jakarta, especially regarding the mechanism of its implementation of arbitral tribunal elections and their impact on settlement of arbitration dispute on the institution, and to know the obstacles that hinder the success of arbitration. This research is normative juridicial with the approach of legislation and analytical approach. Data collection techniques are field studies through interviews with related parties. Research data consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by direct interviews using structured interview guidelines. Meanwhile,, the secondary data obtained by reviewing documents and literature related to the object of research. Then such data is obtained and is analyzed qualitatively by explaining the problems as discussed in the thesis. From the results of the study, what can be concludedthat: (1) measures the election and appointment of arbitrators is proven effective due to its large impact on the settlement of the dispute so that it can be done more quickly than the general courts. (2) Based on the authority of the arbitrators, an effortto implement Law No. 30 of 1999 has been well implemented as stipulated in the regulation, but there are still factors that hinder the success of arbitration to BANI which come from the parties, arbitrator's inability, high cost of arbitration and public knowledge about unpopular arbitration institution.

This article presents the transformations experienced by Colombian law due to the so-called neoconstitutionalism, from a perspective that seeks to draw both its positive and problematic aspects. In essence they are four: first, an order of values projected on the entire legal system and that, somehow, "materialize" social life and the objective requirements of human dignity. Second, an innovative legal and institutional strength of the Constitution, with direct application of its rules. Third, a revitalization of juridical interpretation, which requires further rational coordinates. Finally, the emergence of new problems related with the legitimacy of the arguments of constitutional decisions. Within this context, it attempts to show the essential guidelines to support a proposal for a graduate academic education in Constitutional Law, highlighting the importance of organizing such proposal from the coordinates of practical reasoning and interpretation. In this sense, the text is part of the theoretical justification for a Master in Constitutional Law, vis a vis the legal and political situation in Colombia. ; En este artículo de reflexión se exponen las transformaciones que ha sufrido el Derecho colombiano a causa del denominado "neoconstitucionalismo", desde una perspectiva que intenta extraer tanto los aspectos positivos como problemáticos del mismo. Son ellos, básicamente: un orden valorativo que se proyecta sobre todo el ordenamiento jurídico y que, de algún modo, "materializa" la vida social y las exigencias objetivas de la dignidad humana; una novedosa fuerza jurídica e institucional de la Constitución, con aplicación directa de sus normas; una revitalización de la interpretación del Derecho, que exige nuevas coordenadas racionales; la aparición de nuevos problemas relacionados con la legitimidad en la argumentación de las decisiones constitucionales.
