В статье рассматривается вопрос о понятии и видах косметологических услуг, поднято ряд проблем правового регулирования в обозначенной отрасли, анализируется судебная практика, возникающая в связи с отсутствием четкой регламентации складывающихся в этом секторе медицины отношений. Охарактеризован субъектный состав договорных конструкций в косметологической отрасли, раскрыты основные требования, предъявляемые законодателем к исполнителю медицинской услуги. Автором изучены вопросы соотношения понятий «косметологические» и «косметические» услуги», в ходе исследования выстроена система нормативных актов, применяемых в названной отрасли медицины и сделан обобщающий вывод о необходимости дополнительного, более детального правового регулирования, выявлена спорность и неоднозначность ряда законоположений. ; The article considers the question of the concept and types of cosmetic services, raises a number of problems of legal regulation in the designated industry, analyzes the judicial practice arising from the lack of clear regulation of relations developing in this sector of medicine. The article describes the subject structure of contractual structures in the cosmetology industry, reveals the main requirements imposed by the legislator to the executor of medical services. The author studied the correlation of the terms «cosmetic» and «cosmetic services», the study built a system of normative acts applicable in the field of medicine and made a General conclusion on the need for additional, more detailed legal regulation in this part, identified the controversy and ambiguity of some regulations.

Proceeding from doctrinal and legislative definitions of entrepreneurial activity, which are presented in the article, the author carried out the analysis of ratio of the concepts mediation and representation. Based on a wide range of scientific and educational literature analysis, regulation provisions, similarities and differences of the activity types, named above are emphasized in the article as well as these categories relation to business area is defined. The institute of mediation is considered broadly and narrowly in legal and economic terms. The content and types of mediation institute are revealed. The distinctive features of mediation and representation included in the law are shown. Special attention is paid to a current situation with a united approach formation to core business activity understanding. ; С опорой на доктринальные и законодательное определения предпринимательской деятельности в представленной статье автором проведен анализ соотношения понятий посредничество и представительство. C опорой на анализ широкого круга научной и учебной литературы, положения нормативных правовых актов в статье выделены сходные черты и различия названных видов деятельности, а также определено отношение данных категорий к сфере предпринимательской деятельности. Институт посредничества рассматривается в широком и узком смысле, с юридической и экономической точек зрения. Раскрываются содержание института представительства и его виды. Показаны отличительные черты посредничества и представительства, закрепленные в законодательстве. Отдельное внимание уделено современной ситуации с формированием единого подхода к пониманию сущности предпринимательской деятельности.

This paper represents summary of development of geographical and cartographical knowledge of Serbian authors about Serbia and Balkan. Important maps in the Serbian language are presented with a brief overview of their content, context and methodology. The main directions, stages of development and the most important cartographers and cartographic works in the Serbian language from the end of the XVII century to the creation of the Yugoslav state in the first quarter of the XX century are discussed. During this period, great historical and geopolitical changes took place in the Balkan Peninsula, such as revolutions, uprisings and wars, awakening the national consciousness of the Balkan peoples and the creation of nation-states. The development of Serbian cartography and geography in this period ranged from national romanticism, through descriptive and inventorying of geographical material, to explicit and applied scientific geography and cartography, which began with the establishment of two institutions at the end of the 19th century - the Geographical Section of the Serbian Army General Staff (today the Military Geographical Institute) and the Geographic institutes at the Big School (today's Faculty of Geography, University of Belgrade). The author traces the development of cartography through the evolution of content and the interpretation of the context of maps.

In this research work, Author focus on the analysis the need to establish a new format for trade-political relations between European Union and People Republic of China. What indicates the importance and innovativeness of the research is the presentation of the technical progress especially in China, the growth of economic ties with the European Union and the benefits resulting from liberalised of the China foreign trade policy under WTO. Realistic point is important trends in the trade regime between EU and China. Their commercial relations are too important to become hostage to political grandstanding or airy rhetoric by politicians performing for domestic galleries. Europe is China's largest export market, and China now ranks second on Europe's list of key trading partners. Trade with China dwarfs any other trade relation Europe has with emerging Asia. Disturbing this relationship would have ramifications for sales, growth and employment. The Chinese government is less concerned today about Western criticisms of China's autocratic system, but the Chinese people have grown more nationalistic and represent a potentially greater threat to commercial relations. Commercial interests in autocratic regimes cause political dilemmas. The main aim of the paper is the presentation the need to establish a new format for trade political relations between European Union and China.

© The Author(s), 2019. Technological advancement and personalized health information has led to an increase in people using and responding to wearable technology in the last decade. These changes are often perceived to be beneficial, providing greater information and insights about health for users, organizations and healthcare and government. However, to date, understanding the antecedents of its adoption is limited. Seeking to address this gap, this cross-sectional study examined what factors influence users' adoption intention of healthcare wearable technology. We used self-administrated online survey to explore adoption intentions of healthcare wearable devices in 171 adults residing in Hong Kong. We analyzed the data by Partial least squares – structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that perceived convenience and perceived irreplaceability are key predictors of perceived useful ness, which in turn strengthens users' adoption intention. Additionally, the results also reveal that health belief is one of the key predictors of adoption intention. This paper contributes to the extant literature by providing understanding of how to strengthen users' intention to adopt healthcare wearable technology. This includes the strengthening of perceived convenience and perceived irreplaceability to enhance the perceived usefulness, incorporating the extensive communication in the area of healthcare messages, which is useful in strengthening consumers' adoption intention in healthcare wearable technology.

Context The educational process which has no end or is called lifelong learning, Islam offers an integrative framework for achieving sustainable knowledge management and a holistic, integrated and balanced learning organization. This study aims to describe the concept of the global discourse 'lifelong learning' facts and role perceptions to be played in the 21st century in two western and Islamic perspectives. the conclusions of this study are: 1) In the western level lifelong learning is limited to utopia in the negotiation of the realization of education and political rationality from the institutional redesign which will be a site for contestation of different views on the meaning and application in global discourse whose application is influenced by the dynamics of the present , so that sometimes it loses the source of ideas and alternative practices that are strong and durable because they tend to be obscured by the author of a lifetime education itself. 2) Lifelong education from an Islamic perspective takes into account three dimensions of education in a holistic, integrated and balanced manner, each concept has a different focus area but remains in a holistic, integrated and balanced framework, Tarbiyah focuses on care and care in various stages of human development . Ta'dhib focuses on the ethical dimension on character development to produce highly moral individuals. Ta'lim pay attention to how knowledge is taught and learned.

The purpose of this study was to examine player monitoring approaches used by basketball practitioners with a specific focus on the use of microsensors. An online survey was disseminated to basketball practitioners via international basketball-related organisations and social media channels. Multiple response, Likert-scale level of agreement, and open-ended questions captured data regarding if, and how player monitoring was performed, as well as barriers and facilitators to player monitoring, with an emphasis on the use of microsensors. Forty-four basketball practitioners completed the survey. Twenty-seven respondents (61%) implement player monitoring and thirteen (30%) use microsensors. Despite implementing player monitoring, over 85% of practitioners modify training based on their own observation. Respondents not currently monitoring players (39%) would commence monitoring if the tools or equipment were provided. 74% of respondents agree that microsensors are expensive. Only 56% of practitioners who use microsensors feel they have support for using the technology and analysing/interpreting the data. These findings suggest a low uptake of microsensors for player monitoring in basketball. Coaches and practitioners perceive player monitoring approaches to be cost-prohibitive and appear unsure of how player monitoring data should be used to optimise training outcomes for players. ; This research was supported under the Commonwealth Government's Research Training Program. The coming of the mobile phone camera has transformed photography. This article explores this transformation through a case study of photography in Eastleigh, a Nairobi estate that is home to many thousand Somalis, both Kenyan Somalis and refugees from Somalia. It is a trade hub for East Africa, a social and economic hub for the global Somali diaspora, and a place regarded as suspect in a country where Somalis have long been marginalized. This article examines Eastleigh as photographic subject and setting, comparing the ubiquity of mobile phone photography there with seldom-practised more traditional forms of photography that are often treated with suspicion in an estate subject to securitized government policy and negative press. It shows how mobile phone photography helps people in the estate communicate visually with the wider Somali diaspora through social media, and how it helps people sell their goods, using as a case study a particular archive of images sent through WhatsApp to the author by Mohaa, a friend of his and a trader in the estate. The article also adds a political dimension to recent anthropological theorizing on mobile photography, showing how, in Eastleigh, Somalis have used photography and social media to take control of the way in which the estate is represented visually, and to demand from the state better services and better treatment.

The goal of this study is revealing the stylistic elements found in the novel entitled Sirkus Pohon by Andrea Hirata, preceding by describing the relationship between structural elements. The research method is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis based on structural theoretical concepts and stylistics. The results of the study shows that the structural elements in the novel Sirkus Pohon have a relationship between one to other element namely title, theme, character, conflict, and setting. All these five elements form the wholeness of the story. In the field of stylistics, the aesthetics of the story can be obtained from the language potentiality namely diction, sentence style and figurative language. The figurative language created by the writer are metaphor, sentence style, and personification. The potential language used by Andrea Hirata cannot be separated from the sociocultural context and also the sleight of the writer. The writer presents an intellectual figure, whereas the contextual society is a traditional and poor. It twitters people of Malay in the inland Belitung who still innocence but full of intrigue. In this novel, the appearance of pomegranates is related to the problems of love, traditional beliefs, the revival of the traveling circus, and political issues. The author expresses the traditional beliefs contradicting to the author's logic or intellect.

The author refers to the analysis of the creative work and its fundamentals of one of the most extraordinary thinkers of the first half of the twentieth century − Dmitry Merezhkovsky. One of Russia's most readable philosophers of the intellectual space in the given period, he was at the same time the most secluded artist. The article focuses on such deeply personal features of Merezhkovsky as restraint, isolation, loneliness internal and external detachment, along with expressed social and political activity which clearly ran in parallel. Particularly noteworthy are the opinions of D.S. Merezhkovsky from his contemporaries (L.Shestov, N.Berdyaev, V.Rozanov, B.Zaytsev) and representatives of the so-called circle of close associates (Z.Gippius, V.Bryusov) each of which, in their own manner, essentially display Merezhkovsky's notable features as a thinker and hermit. ; Автор звертається до аналізу творчості і її основ одного із найнепересічніших мислителів першої половини ХХ століття Дмитра Мережковського. Один із найчитабельніших філософів російського інтелектуального простору зазначеного періоду, одночасно і найзакритіший митець. У статті акцентується увага на таких глибоко особистісних рисах Мережковського як замкненість, внутрішня самотність і зовнішня відчуженість при паралельній яскраво вираженій соціально-політичній активності. На особливу увагу заслуговують відгуки про Д, с.Мережковського його сучасників (Л.Шестова, М.Бердяєва, В.Розанова, Б.Зайцева) і людей так званого близького кола (З.Гіпіус, В.Брюсова), які, кожен по своєму, обов'язково вказують на його помітні риси як мислителя- самітника.

This article analyzes media responses to a 2010 Greenpeace China report titled Swimming in Poison. Among other alarming data, the report states that fish from collection points along the Yangtze River showed elevated levels of harmful "environmental hormones" (huanjing jisu), also referred to as endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs). Scholars have critiqued EDC science and activism for its heteronormative pathologizing of intersexuality, nonreproductive sexual activity, and impaired fertility, drawing attention to the "sex panic" at work in EDC discourse. This article shows that such sex panic is neither necessary nor universal in anxieties surrounding EDCs. Unlike media responses to EDC events in Europe and North America, Chinese news articles that followed the report did not focus on anxieties surrounding sexual transgression. Instead, media reactions focused on food safety, industrial capitalism, and the ecological scope of pollution. Based on this analysis, the author argues that the disruptive quality and analytic potential of China's environmental hormones has less to do with a defense of sexual purity or bodily integrity, and more to do with acknowledging the depths to which human and nonhuman bodies in today's China are suffused with the sometimes toxic social, economic, political, and chemical environments in which people eat, grow, and live. The purpose of this study is to illustrate how industrial policy can support health policy through the construction of technological and innovation capabilities. This paper provides insights on this topic by examining the Brazilian ability to make patented antiretroviral (ARV) drugs universally accessible to people living with HIV/AIDS in the country. The Brazilian case study demonstrates the crucial role of industrial policy in making the use of compulsory licensing in price negotiations with pharmaceutical multinational corporations to improve the access to patented ARV drugs. The evidence presented in this paper supports that it is indeed possible to achieve synergies between industrial and health policy in order to improve the access to medicines and promote accumulation of technological capabilities in pharmaceuticals. Several policy instruments and initiatives, both horizontal and vertical, were implemented to support the industrial dimension of the successful Brazilian health strategy. These initiatives include direct support to capacity building, public procurement, and institutional changes. Furthermore, industrial policy initiatives can contribute to success of health programmes either immediately or with a time lag. Finally, the lessons learned from the Brazilian experience are re-specified and its relevance to other less developed countries, particularly those deprived of industrial capabilities, is discussed. © 2019, © 2019 The Author(s). The book offers a glimpse back in time to a Middle Sepik society, the Iatmul, first investigated by the anthropologist Gregory Bateson in the late 1920s while the feminist anthropologist Margaret Mead worked on sex roles among the neighbouring Tchambuli (Chambri) people. The author lived in the Iatmul village of Kararau in 1972/3 where she studied women's lives, works, and knowledge in detail. She revisited the Sepik in 2015 and 2017. The book, the translation of a 1977 publication in German, is complemented by two chapters dealing with the life of the Iatmul in the 2010s. It presents rich quantitative and qualitative data on subsistence economy, marriage, and women's knowledge concerning myths and rituals. Besides, life histories and in-depth interviews convey deep insights into women's experiences and feelings, especially regarding their varied relationships with men in the early 1970s. Since then, Iatmul culture has changed in many respects, especially as far as the economy, religion, knowledge, and the relationship between men and women are concerned. In her afterword, the anthropologist Christiane Falck highlights some of the major topics raised in the book from a 2018 perspective, based on her own fieldwork which she commenced in 2012. Thus, the book provides the reader with detailed information about gendered lives in this riverine village of the 1970s and an understanding of the cultural processes and dynamics that have taken place since.

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the concept of Industry 4.0. Rapid technological progress raises society's fears of how the labour market changes in the era of the digital revolution. More and more activities are performed by machines. As a result, the role of the worker in the digital revolution era is changing and the skills that no machine is able to provide are becoming particularly valuable. The high potential of automation technology has fuelled debate and research by academics, entrepreneurs and politicians. The article presents the idea of Industry 4.0 and the concept of competences. In addition, an important aspect of this study is the notion of automation technologies and their impact on human work. The employee's key competences in the market of the future also constitute an essential element. The article uses both Polish and foreign literature. The data included in the reports presenting the realities of the Polish economy was also important.The main purpose of the article is to identify the competences of the employee of the future. Moreover, the author attempts to answer the question what the impact of the potential of automation technology on the future labour market is, based on industry reports. The data published in the report "Shoulder to shoulder with robots. Tapping the potential of automation in Poland" created by McKinsey & Company.

Zgodnie z Ustawą zasadniczą Niemiec, to Bundestag sprawuje parlamentarną kontrolę nad europejską polityką Niemiec. Każdorazowo rząd musi informować o swoich zamierzeniach posłów. Ustawy kompetencyjne z 2009 r. wzmocniły dodatkowo parlamentarną kontrolę, uzależniając podjęcie każdej kluczowej dla losów Niemiec decyzji w Unii Europejskiej od zgody deputowanych. W opinii autora ogranicza to możliwości do działania rządu Merkel w UE, ale też nie paraliżuje jego inicjatyw. Bundestag zachowywał się odpowiedzialnie i zgodnie z wolą rządu w okresie kryzysu finansowego strefy euro, gdzie wymagana była zgoda na finansową pomoc dla Grecji, ustanowienie Europejskiego Mechanizmu Stabilności i unię bankową. ; Pursuant to the German constitution, the Bundestag exercises parliamentary control over the government's European policy. In its activities in the European Union the government must take account of the Bundestag's proposals. The 2009 Competencies Laws strengthened the parliament's position in European government policy, making any major decision on EU matters practically dependent on the consent of the Bundestag. According to the author, although this severely restricted Chancellor Merkel's freedom of action, it did not paralyze the government's European initiatives. The German Parliament behaved responsibly, especially during the fi­nancial crisis in the eurozone, allowing financial support for Greece, the establishment of the European Stability Mechanism and the establishment of the Banking Union.
