In the USSR today all five million students in institutions of higher education study social sciences. Social sciences are included throughout the higher education process & include: the political history of the USSR, philosophy, political economy, & scientific communism. Social sciences are taught more intensively in humanities institutions than in ordinary colleges. Social science curricula typically are based upon equal combination of lectures & seminars followed ultimately by state examinations in scientific communism. Soviet universities & institutes usually have four special social science chairs-these entail more than 32,000 teachers. All teachers of social sciences improve their qualifications once every five years. Modified AA.

International audience ; Criminology today is riddled with much controversy, either because of its institutionalization, because of its development as part of a thriving security market or as loans that were made in very recent criminal laws. Criminology was approached in a picaresque and colorful way or as a way to address a real criminological phenomenon to be analyzed. In any case, this "social science" raises questions that are real problems for society. In focusing on the genesis of this knowledge, we would like here to show precisely the sociological dimension of these writings, close to anthropology, practiced mainly by doctors, some jurists interested in the social scope and the impact of their work on the possible transformations of the world. Abstract This paper introduces key current themes in social sciences of energy that look beyond conventional concerns with energy consumers. Close, detailed studies of energy practices at all levels can offer insights into the ways that energy systems are enmeshed in social, legal, cultural, economic and political frameworks that pre-empt expectations about energy production, distribution and consumption. By bringing a sociological and anthropological focus onto the energy industries themselves, social sciences can offer new theoretical perspectives, reveal the political relations that accompany energy flows, and offer new ways to think about the potentials for current and future energy systems.

C-OAR-SE is a rationally rather than empirically-based theory and procedure. It can be used for designing mea
