The Sumatra-Andaman earthquake with a magnitude of 9.3, and the subsequent destructive tsunami which caused more than 225 000 fatalities in the region of the Indian Ocean, happened on 26 December 2004. Less than one month later, the United Nations (UN) World Conference on Disaster Reduction took place in Kobe, Japan to commemorate the 1995 Kobe earthquake. The importance of preparedness and awareness on regional, national and community levels with respect to natural disasters was discussed during this meeting, and resulted in the approval of the Hyogo Declaration on Disaster Reduction. Based on this declaration the UN mandated the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) of UNESCO (United Nations Education, Science and Cultural Organization), taking note of its over 40 years of successful coordination of the Pacific Tsunami Warning System (PTWC), to take on the international coordination of national early-warning efforts for the Indian Ocean and to guide the process of setting up a Regional Tsunami Early Warning System for the Indian Ocean.

People nowadays try to improve their English competency in many ways. Accordingly, enhancing English proficiency by studying abroad is considered the most effective strategy. However, learning a second language which is not your mother tongue always gives you a lot of challenges. Therefore, to achieve the best outcome in exploring any new language, particular English, this requires language learners to have high motivation, a clear goal, and to be aware of its importance. This is because there is no success without effort or determination; trying is hard but giving up is too easy. This paper aims at exploring into motivation, especially discussing its impacts on language learning to figure out how important it is to international students in Australia. This paper is to help increase international students' awareness of the importance of motivation, an indicator of success. The results have shown that motivation has both positive and negative impacts on studying English language.
The article examines in detail an international treaty as a basis for the recognition and enforcement of foreign interim measures, in addition, the author came to the conclusion that the Economic Procedural Legislation of Uzbekistan in chapter 33 of the EPC RU regulates proceedings in cases of recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and arbitrations, however, such foreign judicial acts as interim measures in any form are not regulated. In addition, the recently adopted legislation on international commercial arbitration - LRU 674 of February 16, 2021, despite the fact that its norms contain the regulation of interim measures in terms of prescribing interim measures and contains a reference to the execution of interim measures adopted by arbitration by state courts, does not provide for enforcement. This lies in the fact that, as mentioned earlier, the procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan does not contain norms regulating the mechanism for the execution of foreign interim measures. Thus, it is necessary to provide for changes in the procedural legislation, since the new law provided for the relevance of the recognition and enforcement of foreign judicial acts, however, the current procedural legislation has not yet been brought into line.

Transitionaljustice mechanisms and the International Criminal Tribunal for the FormerYugoslavia (ICTY) have had only a limited success in overcoming ethnic divisionsin Bosnia-Herzegovina. Rather than elaborating upon the role of local politicalelites in perpetuating ethnic divisions, we examine ordinary peoples' popularperceptions of war and its aftermath. In our view, the idea that elites havecomplete control over the broader narratives about the past is misplaced. Weargue that transitional justice and peace mechanisms supported by externalactors are always interpreted on the ground in context-specific ways, creatingdifferent citizens' experiences, "memories" of the war, and their respectivehopes and disappointments in regards to the relationship between peace andjustice in Bosnia. We suggest that analyses of the post-conflict developments inBosnia-Herzegovina must take into account what gives the narratives ofexclusion their power, and what are the objective political, social andeconomic constraints that continue to provide a fertile ground for theirwidespread support.
