WOS: 000466965600004 ; Inclusive and differential cross-sections for the production of a top-quark pair in association with a photon are measured with proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.1fb-1, collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC in 2015 and 2016 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV. The measurements are performed in single-lepton and dilepton final states in a fiducial volume. Events with exactly one photon, one or two leptons, a channel-dependent minimum number of jets, and at least one b-jet are selected. Neural network algorithms are used to separate the signal from the backgrounds. The fiducial cross-sections are measured to be 521 +/- 9(stat.)+/- 41(sys.)fb and 69 +/- 3(stat.)+/- 4(sys.) fb for the single-lepton and dilepton channels, respectively. The differential cross-sections are measured as a function of photon transverse momentum, photon absolute pseudorapidity, and angular distance between the photon and its closest lepton in both channels, as well as azimuthal opening angle and absolute pseudorapidity difference between the two leptons in the dilepton channel. WOS: 000452763800001 ; PubMed: 30872955 ; Measurements of the azimuthal anisotropy in lead-lead collisions at v s NN = 5.02 TeV are presented using a data sample corresponding to 0.49 nb -1 integrated luminosity collected by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC in 2015. The recorded minimum-bias sample is enhanced by triggers for " ultra-central" collisions, providing an opportunity to perform detailed study of flow harmonics in the regime where the initial state is dominated by fluctuations. The anisotropy of the charged-particle azimuthal angle distributions is characterized by the Fourier coefficients, v2-v7, which are measured using the two-particle correlation, scalar-product and event-plane methods. The goal of the paper is to provide measurements of the differential as well as integrated flow harmonics vn over wide ranges of the transverse momentum, 0.5 < pT < 60 GeV, the pseudorapidity, |.| < 2.5, and the collision centrality 0-80%. Results from different methods are compared and discussed in the context of previous and recent measurements in Pb+ Pb collisions at v s NN = 2.76TeV and 5.02TeV. Investments in science, technology, and innovation activities are indicators of the development and competitiveness of countries. This study aims to describe and analyze the investments in science, technology, and innovation activities made by the governments of Colombia and Ecuador between 2010 and 2014, a period marked by the oil bonanza. For that purpose, we employed a quantitative and exploratory methodology that included a systematic review of official reports. During the period under study, both nations invested in master's and doctoral training, especially Ecuador, and Colombia experienced an increase in its bibliographic production. Colombia obtained 806 patents, while Ecuador registered 2,709. However, Colombia registered 2,674 industrial designs; and Ecuador, only 764. It was found that private investments in science, technology, and innovation activities are still low, and investment from other sectors can be improved. This type of study helps to reveal the approaches of investments that have been made and offers an opportunity to observe the way countries have focused their efforts on the generation of new knowledge. Future research should include impact assessments to evaluate the way these investments have helped countries to be more competitive and create new economic models. ; Las inversiones en actividades de ciencia, tecnología e innovación son indicadores de desarrollo y competitividad para los países. La presente investigación pretende describir y analizar las inversiones en actividades de ciencia, tecnología e innovación realizadas por Colombia y Ecuador entre 2010 y 2014, años marcados por la bonanza petrolera. Para ello se realizó una metodología de corte cuantitativa y exploratoria, por medio de una revisión documental y sistemática de informes oficiales, Durante el periodo estudiado se realizaron inversiones en maestría y doctorado para la formación de personal, especialmente en Ecuador, mientras que en Colombia la producción bibliográfica fue en aumento. Por otro lado, en Colombia solo se registraron un total de 806 patentes, frente a 2709 registradas del vecino país. Sin embargo, a Colombia se le concedieron un total de 2674 patentes en diseños industriales, mientras que, a Ecuador, solo le fueron concedidos 764. Asimismo, se identificó que la inversión privada en las actividades de ciencia, tecnología e innovación aún es baja y que se pueden fortalecer también las inversiones provenientes de otros sectores. Estos estudios ayudan a visibilizar los enfoques de las inversiones realizadas, y representan una oportunidad para observar cómo los países han concentrado sus esfuerzos hacia la generación de nuevo conocimiento. Se hacen necesarios estudios de impacto para evaluar cómo estas inversiones han apoyado a los países a ser más competitivos y a crear nuevos modelos económicos.

E El presente trabajo versa sobre la realización de una memoria de practicas que enmarca la labor llevada a cabo durante quince semanas (del 23/03/2015 al 29/06/2015) en la delegación en Marruecos de la Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz, una organización no gubernamental internacional que desarrolla proyectos de cooperación en 18 países de Magreb (Mauritania, Marruecos, Túnez) África Occidental (Guinea Bissau, Malí, Níger, Senegal), el Caribe (Cuba, Haití, República Dominicana), Oriente Medio (Líbano, Israel, Territorios Ocupados Palestinos), Centroamérica (El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua) y Sudamérica (Colombia). El trabajo de Asamblea en cuanto a la cooperación internacional, se centra en promover un desarrollo autónomo y democrático en los países empobrecidos, siempre girando en torno a la promoción del respeto al medio ambiente y la igualdad de genero. Para asegurar la sostenibilidad de los proyectos que lleva a cabo, trabaja con organizaciones locales, que se convierten en protagonistas de su propio desarrollo. La primera parte del documento consta un análisis de la institución: su origen, su historia, sus metas y logros y también sus funciones y programas. La segunda parte es un trabajo mas personal, la memoria en si, donde justifico el porque de la elección de la entidad y explico cuáles han sido mis funciones en ella, los programa en los que yo he participado, cómo ha sido esta intervención, qué tareas, aprendizajes y obstáculos he encontrado. Al final del trabajo expongo unas conclusiones donde se muestran los aspectos positivos y negativos de las tareas realizadas, algunas sugerencias de mejora y un análisis del contexto general de Marruecos. The work for Assembly concerning international cooperation focuses on promoting an independent and democratic development in poor countries, always revolving around the promotion of respect for the environment and gender equality. To ensure the sustainability of the projects carried out, it works with local organizations that become protagonists of their own development. On the other hand, it promotes awareness in Europe to encourage criticism, to fight for the need of a more fair society. The first part of the document contains an analysis of the institution: its origin, its history, its goals and achievements and also its functions and programs. The second part is a more personal work, the work carried out in the internships, where I justify the reason for the choice of the organization and explain what my role in it was, the program in which I participated, how was this intervention, tasks, learning and obstacles found. After this, I present the conclusions and give suggestions for improvement, positive and negative aspects of the tasks performed, and an analysis of the general context of Morocco. The work concludes with a personal assessment of my internship, where I explain what this three months meant for my professional path and what my feeling is at the end of my internship. This 17th Edition of To Walk the Earth In Safety summarizes the United States' CWD programs in 2017. CWD assistance provides the United States with a powerful and flexible tool to help partner countries manage their stockpiles of munitions, destroy excess small arms and light weapons (SA/LW) and clear explosive hazards such as landmines, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and UXO. Our assistance also helps countries destroy or enhance security of their man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) and their threat to civilian aviation, in addition to other weapons and munitions. The United States is committed to reducing these threats worldwide and is the leading financial supporter of CWD, providing more than $3.2 billion in assistance to more than 100 countries since 1993. This makes the United States the world's single largest financial supporter of CWD. The Department of State, Department of Defense, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) work together with foreign governments, private companies, and international and nongovernmental organizations to reduce excess SA/LW and conventional munitions stockpiles (including MANPADS), implement physical security and stockpile management (PSSM) best practices at conventional weapons storage sites, and carry out humanitarian mine action programs. The Department of State, through the Political-Military Affairs Bureau's Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA), manages CWD assistance and oversees programs in 47 countries in 2017. It also leads the U.S. Interagency MANPADS Task Force, which coordinates counter-MANPADS efforts by the Departments of State, Defense, Homeland Security, and other relevant stakeholders, and helps partner nations eliminate or better secure their MANPADS. The Department of Defense Humanitarian Demining Training Center (HDTC) trains deminers, ammunition handlers, and stockpile managers from partner countries. The Department of Defense Humanitarian Demining Research and Development Program (HD R&D) improves CWD technologies, enhancing the efficiency and safety of humanitarian demining operations around the world. USAID assists mine and UXO survivors, providing medical and rehabilitative care, through its Leahy War Victims Fund.

This case study examines the structural change in Lusatia caused by the system change from a centrally planned economy to a market economy over the investigation period 1990-2015. Large-scale de-industrialisation was a characterising factor, which also greatly affected the Lusatian lignite economy. The case study describes the historical structural change process and analyses the structural policies that were implemented as a reaction to this process. Its objective is to make this knowledge available for future structural change processes in other (coal) regions. For this purpose, the case study categorises the structural policy interventions as "preserving", "reactive" and "forward-looking" and evaluates their (intended) impact by using the dimensions "economy", "social welfare", "ecology" and "regional identity". The economic policy of the German federal government and the governments of the states involved has initiated various structural policy interventions over the course of time. For a long time, these interventions focussed on the economic region of "East Germany" as a whole and were not specific to Lusatia. Overall, the structural policy in Lusatia is considered as only modestly successful. In retrospect, the "Aufbau Ost" [reconstruction east; development of the East German states] policy (1990-1998) can be described as successful at least from an economic perspective. However, new structural patterns have developed, above all, in locations that were sufficiently attractive for external investors. In this respect, the structural policy was organised as an accompanying ("reactive") policy rather than as a (structure) forming policy. Today, Lusatia is still considered as being structurally weak. The analyses in this case study show that particularly in the early 1990s, the policy was concerned with cushioning the negative impact of the transformation-related structural change on the labour market. It was only towards the end of the 1990s that this "reactive" structural policy was replaced with a structural policy that focused more heavily on supporting the structural adaptation processes (hence making it forward-looking). This policy was based above all on stimulating innovation and still continues today. Using the impact dimensions developed by the project consortium, the structural policy interventions in Lusatia are primarily to be classified as serving the "economy" impact dimension and (at least until the end of the 1990s) as serving the "social welfare" impact dimension. This classification is also reflected in the societal discourse in the East German states and in Lusatia. The "ecology" impact dimension most likely played a part in the necessary renaturation measures in the areas affected by the closure of the lignite opencast mines or in the remediation of former industrial land. The "regional identity" did not play a part as an impact dimension in the structural policy programmes.

Предмет/тема. В условиях либерализации мировой экономики остается актуальным вопрос дополнительной защиты интересов национальных производителей. Антидемпинговые меры один из распространенных в мировой практике инструментов торговой политики. Цели/задачи. Целью исследования является выявление особенностей проведения антидемпингового расследования и применения антидемпинговых мер за рубежом и в России. Выделены основные этапы и возможные барьеры на пути проведения антидемпингового расследования, международные тенденции в применении антидемпинговых пошлин, дана оценка российской практики их использования. Результаты. Показано, с какими трудностями могут столкнуться российские компании при инициировании антидемпингового разбирательства, какие возможности существуют для оспаривания неправомерно введенных антидемпинговых пошлин. Как развитые, так и развивающиеся страны с динамичной экономикой прибегают к данному инструменту торговой политики, при этом существует тенденция к злоупотреблению в использовании антидемпинговых мер. Наблюдается увеличение количества обращений в орган по разрешению споров ВТО для оспаривания тех или иных элементов процедуры проведения антидемпинговых расследований, в том числе способа расчета нормальной цены и демпинговой маржи, которая различается в странах членах этой организации. Россия как член ВТО уже сделала попытку опротестовать так называемую методологию корректировки цены, применяемую в Европейском союзе. Выводы/значимость. В ходе развития интеграционных процессов и формирования Таможенного союза с участием РФ антидемпинговое регулирование перешло из ведения национальных органов власти на региональный уровень (по примеру ЕС). Это создает свои особенности при процедуре проведения расследования. Мониторинг зарубежного опыта позволит более результативно использовать данный инструмент торговой политики и защищать интересы отечественных предприятий на международных рынках. ; Importance Considering the global economic liberalization, it is still relevant to additionally protect and secure interests of national producers and manufacturers. Anti-dumping policies and remedies are one of the common tools in trade policy. Objectives The research aims at identifying the specificity of anti-dumping investigations abroad and in Russia. We point out main steps of and possible obstacles for anti-dumping investigations, global trends in enforcement of anti-dumping duties. The article evaluates the Russian practices in applying these measures. Results The article illustrates difficulties and challenges the Russian businesses may face in initiating an anti-dumping investigation, options they have in order to dispute illegitimately adopted anti-dumping duties. Both developed and dynamically developing economies resort to this trade policy tool, though there is a trend to anti-dumping abuses. WTO dispute resolution department experiences a continuing growth in the number of applications to initiate a dispute on some aspects of the anti-dumping investigation procedure, including the method for calculation of an adequate and normal price and dumping margin, which is different throughout WTO member States. Being a WTO member State, Russia has already attempted to appeal against the so called 'price adjustment methodology' applied in the EU. Conclusions and Relevance As integration processes continue and the Customs Union is being established, with the Russian Federation being one of the parties, national authorities transferred and assigned their anti-dumping responsibilities to the regional level, like it was done in the EU. It creates the specificity of the anti-dumping investigative procedure. Monitoring foreign expertise and practices will allow using this trade policy mechanism more effectively and protecting domestic business interests in the global market.

In this paper we examine gender differences in the pattern and level of employment, main characteristics of women's employment and their participation in political institutions, public policy and decision-making process. The analysis contains comparative view pointed out on gender differences in Serbia and European Union and assessment of anti-discrimination measures and active integrative approach to gender participation. The quantitative data derived from official gender sensitive statistics from EU and UN institutions, supplemented by qualitative findings of recent surveys. The evidence presented in the paper pointed out unfavorable position of women in the labor market, characterized by low economic activity, limited access to managerial position and prestige wages, high unemployment, poverty and vulnerability. The Serbian labor market is characterized by a downward rate of activity of women and a high unemployment rate, the latter being the crucial factor of unequal position. Activity of women at the labor market amounting to 54.6% in 2006 relative to the total female population of working age is very low. Economic activity of women is considerably beneath that of men which amounts to 72.7% active men as compared to the total male population of working age. Statistics and reports on the structure of the unemployed show that women are more affected by unemployment than men. It is 1.5 times higher than that of men of the same working age. The unemployment rate in Serbia is one of the highest in Europe, ranging from 21% to 30%, depending on the methodology of calculation. The position of unemployed women is determined by poor opportunities to contract full-time employment, low and irregular payment of unemployment benefits, poor chances for prequalification and professional retraining and a high probability of engagement on unpaid jobs at home or jobs in 'gray economy'. In the second part of the article the differences and similarities in patterns of political behavior of women in Serbia and European Union are examined, considering participation in governance, decision making and public policy. The analysis emphasizes that women are still under-represented in political system and its institutions in Serbia, more then in the most EU countries. Namely, the number of women in politics in Serbia was dramatically reduced in the course of the nineties due to strengthening of nationalistic politics, ethnic conflicts, economic sanctions and isolation of the country. Relative to the socialist period, when participation of women in parliaments was 17%, women completely disappeared from the political scene in this period. After the 1992 elections, only 4.0% women were elected into the Serbian parliament, and after the elections in 2000, of the 250 members of the Serbian parliament, only 27 (10.8%) were women. Finally, participation of women at the 2008 Parliamentary Elections doubled (20,4%) following the introduction of quota for the less represented gender in the Law on Election of Members of Parliament. Representation increased to 21.3% at the local level also. But, women are still underrepresented on leading positions in governing and decision making in public policy. There are three times less women among the legislators, state agencies officials, CEOs, directors and managers. .

This article considers international projects as a factor in building and developing transboundary tourism-and-recreation regions. The Karelian part of the Russian-Finnish border and the adjoining areas of Russia and Finland were the model site for the study. The research aims to measure the contribution of international projects run in 1990-2020 to transboundary region building in the Karelian borderlands. The analysis of 80 international municipal projects shows that they gave a boost to region building and development in the study area. Common trends and specific features of international projects carried out in Karelian municipalities have been identified in the context of transboundary tourism-and-recreation region building. The findings add to a comprehensive picture of how international tourism projects may forward the building and development of transboundary tourism-and-recreation regions. The results of the study can be used in research into international cooperation and tourism. The proposed approach may serve as a tool of a regional economic policy on tourism and thus broaden the scope of possible managerial decisions.

Amid the fire and fury of Michael Wolff's explosive account of the Trump presidency so far, readers hoping for greater insight into some of the international controversies of his first year in office were left wanting more than the few pages on the president's May 2017 visit to Saudi Arabia and Israel. Wolff suggests that the 'Trump Doctrine' boiled down to a transactional 'If you give us what we want, we'll give you what you want', and that Saudi Arabia had become a test case to put it into action. Yet beyond a few platitudes about the ties between Jared Kushner and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Wolff did not dwell on the runup to and the aftermath of the Riyadh Summit that Trump attended in May 2017. This is an omission because the outreach by officials from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the then-incoming administration provides a cautionary tale about the conduct of foreign policy in the Age of Trump.

New developments in feminist ecological economics and ecofeminist economics are contributing to the search for theories and policy approaches to move economies toward sustainability. This paper summa- rizes work by ecofeminists and feminist ecological economists which is relevant to the sustainability challenge and its implications for the discipline of economics. Both democracy and lower material throughputs are generally seen as basic principles of economic sustainability. Feminist theorists and feminist ecological econ- omists offer many important insights into the conundrum of how to make a democratic and equity-enhancing transition to an economy based on less material throughput. International audience ; Background: Public health is a multidisciplinary activity whose fields of action are acquiring an increasingly broad. The Service de santé des armées (SSA) has always had a culture of public health problems thanks to doctors specialized in the treatment of major diseases. Often involved in public health activities, health professionals nevertheless have a fragmented vision. The objective was to describe the social representations of public health of military healthcare workers.Method: The responders were doctors, nurses, veterinarians and pharmacists practicing in different areas of SSA (caregivers, administrators, policy makers) and were interviewed by telephone. A question of spontaneous evocation on the representations of public health in the army was asked. The overall lexical analysis was performed according to the method of rank-frequency. Categorical analysis was conducted to better understand the whole lexical field use.Results: There were 90 responders. The most salient terms were "prevention, epidemiological surveillance and vaccination". The categorical analysis showed that doctors used a lexical field primarily focused on diseases and risk behaviors, nurses on the specifics of military surveillance and policy makers about the cross-discipline.Conclusion: Public health in the army is mainly represented by epidemiological surveillance and prevention. Given the non-mentioned fields, a strengthening of communication on the current challenges of public health would probably improve adherence of healthcare professionals since public health takes on more and more importance in the development of the national health policy and management of health crises. ; Position du problème: La santé publique est une activité multidisciplinaire dont les champs d'action sont de plus en plus nombreux. Le Service de santé des armées (SSA) a toujours eu une culture de la santé publique grâce notamment aux médecins des grandes endémies. Souvent impliqués dans des activités de santé publique les professionnels de santé en ont pourtant une vision parcellaire. L'objectif était de décrire les représentations sociales de la santé publique des professionnels de santé militaires.Méthode: Les répondants étaient des médecins, infirmiers, vétérinaires et pharmaciens exerçant dans les différents domaines du SSA (soignants, administratifs, décideurs) et ont été interrogés par téléphone. Une question d'évocations spontanées portant sur les représentations de la santé publique dans les armées leur a été posée. L'analyse lexicale globale a été effectuée selon la méthode des rang-fréquence. Une analyse catégorielle a été réalisée pour mieux appréhender l'ensemble du champ lexical utilisé.Résultats: Le nombre de répondants a été de 90. Les termes les plus saillants étaient « prévention, surveillance épidémiologique et vaccination ». L'analyse catégorielle a montré que les médecins des forces avaient un champ lexical principalement axé sur les maladies et les conduites à risque, les infirmiers sur les spécificités de la surveillance militaire et les décideurs sur la politique de santé et l'organisation des systèmes.Conclusion: L'image de la santé publique dans les armées est représentée essentiellement par la surveillance et la prévention. Compte tenu des champs d'activités non évoqués, un renforcement de la communication sur les défis actuels et la valorisation des activités de la santé publique permettrait sans doute d'améliorer l'adhésion des acteurs à leur mission de santé publique, au moment où elle revêt une importance majeure dans le développement des politiques de santé et dans la gestion des crises sanitaires.

En el presente artículo se aborda el estudio de los Modelos Asociativos de Producción de Vivienda en el marco de los distintos tipos de política pública que han tenido lugar en Colombia desde la segunda mitad del siglo XX; enfatizando el análisis en determinar si el actual Sistema Nacional de Vivienda, previsto en la Ley 3 de 1991, responde adecuadamente al deber constitucional de: "promover formas asociativas de ejecución de programas de vivienda" que prevé el artículo 51 de la Carta Política Colombiana. Desde una perspectiva histórica se analizan los aspectos generales de la Política Higienista de la década del treinta; de la Política Intervencionista e Institucionalización de la Acción del Estado propia de las décadas del cuarenta, cincuenta y sesenta; del tránsito hacia el modelo de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda en los años setenta y de la apertura al modelo de desarrollo de mercado en la política de Vivienda de Interés Social en la que incursiona Colombia desde la década del noventa; lo anterior al observar la trayectoria que los modelos asociativos de vivienda han tenido en cada una de las mencionadas etapas.AbstractThis paper deals with the study of Associative Models of Housing Production in the context of different types of public policy that have taken place in Colombia since the second half of the twentieth century, emphasizing the analysis to determine whether the current National housing, under the Act 3 of 1991, responds appropriately to constitutional duty "to promote associative forms of housing program implementation" provided for in Article 51 of the Colombian Constitution. RésuméDans cet article, l'étude des modèles de production associatifs du logement sous différents types de politiques publiques qui ont eu lieu en Colombie depuis la seconde moitié du XXe siècle est discutée; soulignant l'analyse visant à déterminer si le système actuel de logement national, prévu par la loi 3 de 1991, reflète adéquatement le devoir constitutionnel de «promouvoir des formes associatives de la mise en oeuvre des programmes de logement" prévues à l'article 51 de la Constitution colombienne. Dans une perspective historique les aspects généraux de la trentaine hygiéniste politique sont analysés; Interventionnelle et de l'action politique Institutionnalisation propre État des années quarante, cinquante et soixante; la transition vers le modèle de la sociétés d'épargne et de logement dans les années soixante-dix et l'ouverture du modèle de développement du marché dans la politique de logement social dans lequel pénètre Colombie depuis les années nonante; l'observation de la associatif modèles de chemin d'accès ci-dessus présente un logement dans chacune desdites étapes.

Das öffentliche Bild von Subsahara-Afrika wird von Krisen, Kriegen, Krankheiten, Korruption und Katastrophen bestimmt. Die katastrophalen Zustände werden für massive Migrationsbewegungen in der Gegenwart und Zukunft verantwortlich gemacht. Dieses negative öffentliche Bild steht in starkem Kontrast zu zahlreichen positiven Entwicklungen, die in der Öffentlichkeit kaum bekannt sind.
Viele sozioökonomische Indikatoren weisen unisono in eine positive Richtung: Lebenserwartung und Einkommen sind signifikant gestiegen, der Anteil der Armen ist gesunken. Bei Bildung und den Entwicklungschancen von Frauen gibt es Verbesserungen. In vielen Staaten gibt es hohes Wirtschaftswachstum.
Auch in der Politik sind Fortschritte nachweisbar: Die Zahl der Kriegstoten hat sich deutlich verringert, noch nie fanden so viele friedliche Machtwechsel statt. Präsidenten auf Lebenszeit, Militärdiktaturen und dominante Parteiensysteme sind auf dem Rückzug. Die politische Repräsentation von Frauen macht Fortschritte.
Regionalorganisationen tragen offenbar zur Durchsetzung demokratischer Normen und zum Frieden bei. Besonders nicht verfassungsmäßige Machtwechsel werden nicht mehr akzeptiert.
Die Berichterstattung führt zur fehlenden Aufmerksamkeit für Fortschritte: positive Entwicklungen sind langsam und langfristig, während negative Ereignisse fortlaufend für Aufmerksamkeit sorgen. Ohne das "Big Picture" und die "longue durée" ist der Wandel leicht zu übersehen. Allerdings sind Trends umkehrbar und zahlreiche Probleme bestehen fort. Relativ besser heißt nicht absolut gut.
Die Entwicklungen in Afrika sind als Chance zu begreifen. Politik und Wissenschaft sollten die Negativorientierung hinterfragen, die Trends überprüfen sowie die "Treiber" von positiven Entwicklungen identifizieren. Verstärkt sollten lange Zeiträume betrachtet werden. Die Erkenntnisse sind direkte Anknüpfungspunkte für Afrikapolitik und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit.
