O presente artigo tem como temática a economia verde e a responsabilidade socioambiental das organizações, fundamentada numa revisão literária. Diante da utilização dos recursos naturais desde os primórdios, e de forma pujante a partir da Revolução Industrial, alguns impactos sociais, econômicos e ambientais foram sendo identificados, sendo necessário uma tomada de decisão com vistas a recuperar ou no mínimo amenizar a degradação do meio ambiente por intermédio de uma responsabilidade das empresas e com o uso da economia verde. Trazendo como objetivo principal apresentar os desafios de implantar a economia verde nas organizações que desenvolvem um trabalho com responsabilidade socioambiental. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados para esta pesquisa foram uma revisão literária, com abordagem qualitativa, sendo uma pesquisa descritiva do tipo bibliográfica. Os resultados apontaram que existem alguns desafios que se apresentam para a implantação da economia verde nas organizações, entretanto, apesar dos desafios para a implantação da economia verde é extremamente relevante que a organização se mantenha responsável para com o meio ambiente e a sociedade.

Seismic cultural and political shifts are under way in the Arab Gulf monarchies. The political upheavals and transitions that have swept through the Arab world over the last 2 years have not toppled the Arab Gulf rulers, but did not leave them untouched, either. For the first time in its modern history the entire Balkan Peninsula has the opportunity to co-exist under one security and developmental umbrella combining NATO and the European Union (EU). Unfortunately, European and American leaders have been unable to complete such a unique historic vision, while the progress of several Western Balkan countries continues to be undermined by a plethora of political, social, economic, ethnic, and national disputes. This case answers a preliminary question addressed to the ECJ concenring the application or non-application of Directive 85/577/EEC on the protection of purchasers in the case of contracts negotiated away from business premises when the purchase concerns rights in immovable property on a time-share basis. According to the ECJ, the fact that time-share contracts are included in the provisions of a specific Directive (94/47/EC) does not exclude that a contract, containing an element of time-sharing, may at the same time pertain to the range of application of Directive 85/577/EEC, where the premises for the application in this last case are satisfied. The author is annotating the case from an italian perspective and also discusses the validity of the compensation clause in the case of renunciation and some other questions relative to the right of renunciation.
