The article discusses the idea of educating the younger generation, youth in the works of Eastern thinkers, educational scientists like Abdarauf Fitrat, Abdullah Avlani Jadid of Turkestan, including educational reform at the present stage of Uzbekistan. The author paid attention to the relevance of the study of political and legal doctrines, works of thinkers of the East, which has an important role in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and high legal culture. The study revealed that the family and the social environment of communication have a great influence on the formation of civil positions in young people. The role of mahallas, educational institutions, and the media is noted. The youth of Uzbekistan is characterized by a high degree of patriotism, which is expressed in love for the Motherland, selfless service and readiness to protect it. The results of the study show that in the system of life values of young people today, one of the main priorities is education. This is expressed in the desire of young Uzbeks to constantly raise the level of education. This is indicated by the overwhelming majority of students in schools, colleges and lyceums, every second young man and girl with a higher education, with secondary and specialized secondary education, university students. n general, long-term studies of the dynamics of life values, morality and social attitudes of young people in Uzbekistan show that in the years of independence, young Uzbeks form new priorities in the system of values, interests and social norms. This is an active life position, autonomy, purposefulness, social mobility, which is reflected in their national self-awareness and sustainably positive social well-being.

In the development of this article, a reflection of ethical and moral education is made through a historical trajectory that brings together several aspects that support the direction and make sense of these categories aimed at social action. as a strategy of great importance in academic processes. The contemporary generation of Korean soldiers has faced greater difficulties than its predecessors in adjusting mentally to military life. Prominent problems include relationship conflicts, perceived incompatibility with military culture, depression, internet addiction, violence, and extreme cases have resulted in suicide. Hence, the military authorities have realized the critical importance of counseling for soldiers, and have implemented a number of counter-measures. Military counseling concerns activities both within and outside the armed forces aimed at solving the psychological problems of soldiers. Due to technical and personal limitations within the armed forces, collaboration with civilian groups is essential. The Korean Association of Counseling Professionals (KACP) conducted counseling education for about 1,000 primary officers in 2006. Encouragingly, not only was the response from senior officers very positive, but also the rate of soldiers' committing suicide was reduced following the implementation of the program. The principles of this program are elaborated though four stages- 1) 'Epoché in phenomenology' which concerns opening the mind and removing mental bias, 2) 'Approach', 3)'Collective problem-solving' and 4) 'Changing the mind.' The authors call this the '4 stages of counseling program (EAST-C model).

The Confucian philosophy of the Xian Qin period was born in a historical condition and the requirements of the tumultuous spring-autumn society. That upheaval has posed philosophers the question, how to stabilize society? To answer this question, the Confucian philosophers of the Xian Qin period were united by focusing on people. Standing on the position of dialectical materialistic worldview, thoroughly grasping the specific historical perspective, human issues and cultivation methods have been paid special attention by the philosophers of Xian Qin Confucian. In their philosophical views, the philosophers of the Xian Qin period pay special attention to the unity between politics and morality in the view of people. In this article, the author will focus on clarifying this issue.

In this paper, we will investigate the re-emergence of Confucianism in contemporary China as a complex intersection of political, cultural, educational and popular perspectives. This resurgence is neither a kind of Chinese Neoclassicism nor a nostalgic backwardness, instead it is the emblem of the new China's identity. Confucius and Confucianism, violently despised as the remains of feudalism since the May Fourth Movement and during Maoism, are nowadays a fertile source for the fulfilment of "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" (zhongguo tese shehui zhuyi 中国特色社会主义) on both the educational and political levels. We carry out the investigation in three steps: 1. The political rehabilitation of Confucianism as part of the "Chinese dream" (zhongguo meng 中国梦); 2. The common social perception of Confucianism and tradition as a shared and unavoidable background; 3. The definition of two possible Confucianisms (namely New Confucianism and Political Confucianism) and their possible influences on Chinese society and moral education. Our conclusions will deal with Chinese cultural soft power, and the shaping of a new Confucian identity based on both modernity and tradition.

У статті розглянуто питання, що стосуються проблеми організації процесу морального виховання в кадетських корпусах Російської Імперії, які діяли на територіях українських губерній у ХІХ – на початку ХХ сторіччя. Показано основні етапи становлення й розвитку системи морального виховання кадетів, наведено основні зв'язки морального виховання з духовним, естетичним тощо й вимоги, які висувалися до організації виховного процесу. Показано основні форми виховної діяльності, спрямовані на розвиток моральних почуттів вихованців кадетських корпусів, майбутніх офіцерів. ; The questions concerning the problem of moral education in the cadet corps of the Russian Empire, which operated in Ukrainian provinces in the nineteenth – early twentieth century are discussed. The following main stages of formation and development of the moral education of cadets which are the main links of moral education with spiritual, aesthetic and others, which are presented in the organization of the educational process, are revealed. The following basic forms of educational activities which are aimed at the development of moral qualities of students of cadet corps, future officers, are characterized. Moral education has always played a special role in the life of the corps, that were essential qualities of high intelligence, aesthetic culture, and unshakable adherence of the Code of honor. Officers usually had an excellent education, intellect, possessed leisure skills, clearly expressed their thoughts, could dance well. These qualities are naturally laid in the family, but they were fixed and developed in military schools and cadet corps in the process of purposeful moral education. In the moral education of cadets leading role was accounted for by immediate superiors and teachers. It is thought that they must be not only highly educated, but also highly moral, encouraged, sincerely love children they care for, be willing to put their own soul for their students. Students of cadet corps were the pride of the nation and the embodiment of national identity and national soul. Staying continuously in the walls of the buildings imposes an indelible imprint on the students, creates a cultural and educational environment from the early days of military service, forms a system of values, character and personality as future officers, brings them the ability to moral reflection, the supreme goal of education. The author concludes that moral education was an integral part of education. At the heart of it was religion, with its concepts of good and evil, on the basis of which were formed the basic moral traits with maintaining a firm authorized order, productive spending of free time, constant control and discipline. A special place in the moral education of the cadets was paid to the development of a sense of honor.

The article highlights the importance of the social and humanitarian disciplines, related to the spiritual and moral aspects of a young person's life to face the challenge of preserving the individual's integrity and spiritual growth in modern conditions of stressful, emotional, and psychological overload. It is impossible to implement it in practice without introducing new and improving existing paradigms of spiritual and moral upbringing in educational institutions, which is carried out precisely in the process of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines. The problem of spiritual and moral education of the individual has always been one of the relevant ones, and in the current conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, russia's military aggression and Ukraine's struggle for peace, and the European values of democracy, it acquires special importance. After all, in the process of radical socio-political, economic, and cultural reforms of society, the challenge of increasing the role of future specialists training concerning the demands of modern social development and humanization of the educational process generally requires scientists and teachers' significant attention. The article outlines the main ideals and educational guidelines of Ukrainian society, as they embody the real revival and further development of the Ukrainian nation. The authors emphasize the fact that instability and inconsistency of the moral atmosphere in Ukrainian society resulted in the spiritual and moral education of the young generation becoming particularly acute. This process encourages the revival of tradition and the search for innovative means of spiritual and moral education for Ukrainian youth. The key conditions regarding the importance of spiritual and moral education of future specialists are given.
