This system is extraordinary for the presence of two sets of multiple images at different redshifts, which provide the opportunity to obtain more information at the cost of increased modelling complexity with respect to previously analysed systems. We perform detailed modelling of the mass distribution for this lens system using three band Hubble Space Telescope imaging. We combine the measured time delays, line-of-sight central velocity dispersion of the deflector, and statistically constrained external convergence with our lens models to estimate two cosmological distances. We measure the 'effective' time-delay distance corresponding to the redshifts of the deflector and the lensed quasar DΔ t eff=3382-115+146 Mpc and the angular diameter distance to the deflector Dd = 1711-280+376 Mpc, with covariance between the two distances. From these constraints on the cosmological distances, we infer the Hubble constant H0= 74.2-3.0+2.7 km s-1 Mpc-1 assuming a flat ΛCDM cosmology and a uniform prior for ωm as \Omega m ∼ \mathcal {U(0.05, 0.5). This measurement gives the most precise constraint on H0 to date from a single lens. Our measurement is consistent with that obtained from the previous sample of six lenses analysed by the H0 Lenses in COSMOGRAIL's Wellspring (H0LiCOW) collaboration. This article is devoted to the certain aspects of protection of liberty of thought, conscience and religion in the meaning of Art. 9 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. We have studied the complexity of the key concepts interpretation, the essence of which is guaranteed by the Convention, due to the lack of extensive practice of the European Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Court. It is noted that for a long time in a significant number of complaints the Convention body has come to the conclusion that the issues raised in the complaints, might be considered through the prism or Art. 10, as they concerned freedom of expression, or fell within the limits of Art. 11 of the Convention, which guarantees freedom of assembly and association. At the same time, the values protected by Art. 9 are related to those ones, which are provided in Art. 8 and demand the respect for privacy. It is also closely linked to the right of parents to provide such education and training as it is consistent with their religious and ideological beliefs, as guaranteed by Art. 2 of the First Protocol to the Convention.This article illustrates the fact that the conventional understanding of these complex, deep and multifaceted concepts at the present stage is formed with the development of the case law of the European Human Rights Court, which in its activities is guided by the principle of effective and dynamic interpretation of conventions and other related principles, which ensures the protective mechanism effectiveness. As the time is extended, the Court case-law has developed an approach that allows to assess the views that the petitioners plan to benefit from the protection of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Such views in the meaning of Art. 9 must, first of all, be to some extent "convincing, serious, holistic and meaningful" and, secondly, be "compatible with human dignity".Taking into consideration the compiled content of the right guaranteed by Art. 9, viz. that it contains two aspects such as forum internum (internal) and forum externum (external), the article notes that regulation can be involved only in the case of forum externum. As long as liberty of thought, conscience and religion remains within a human being, this right is considered to be absolute. The state has a negative obligation not to interfere in such a right.In the framework of this article, the author considers it appropriate to state the position of the European Union on the attitude and ways to effectively address these issues. As the subject of international law and one of the most influential international organizations based on the values of human dignity, freedom, equality and respect for human rights (Art. 2 of the Treaty on European Union), the EU advocates for their real protection, which requires the development of specific legal instruments.Therefore, both the EU internal and international activities are based on the principles that underlie its creation. It is the foreign policy aspect of the EU human rights activities that is the subject of our article that is reflected in the "European Union Guiding Principles on the Promotion and Protection of Religious Freedom or Belief".The article draws a number of conclusions. First of all, the right of liberty of thought, conscience and religion is one of the key principle of a democratic society and the value in European cultural and historical heritage. The issue of violation of the right to freedom of religion or belief is interrelated with freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association. The issues of combating various forms of discrimination are not set aside. Additionally, the right, guaranteed by Art. 9, is a fundamental right and one of the democratic society foundations and the value in the law of the European Union. Moreover, the EU identifies problematic issues in the field of protection of liberty of conscience and religion as those ones that require particular attention, and the EU makes efforts to address them not only within its borders, but as well as in the foreign policy relations and initiatives ; Статья посвящена отдельным аспектам защиты свободы мысли, совести и религии в понимании ст. 9 Конвенции о защите прав человека и основных свобод. Исследована сложность толкования ключевых понятий, сущность которых гарантируется Конвенцией. Показано, что конвенциональное понимание этих сложных, глубоких и многогранных понятий на современном этапе формируется с развитием судебной практики Европейского суда по правам человека. Учитывая составленное содержание права, гарантируется ст. 9 Конвенции, а именно то, что оно включает в себя два аспекта - forum internum (внутренний) и forum externum (внешний), в статье отмечено, что регулирование может быть задействовано только в случае forum externum. Пока свобода мысли, совести и религии остается внутри человека, такое право является абсолютным. На государство возложено отрицательное обязательство относительно невмешательства в такое право. Враховуючи складений зміст права, що гарантується ст. 9 Конвенції, а саме те, що воно містить у собі два аспекти – forum internum (внутрішній) і forum externum (зовнішній), у статті наголошено, що регулювання може бути задіяним тільки у випадку forum externum. Допоки свобода думки, совісті і релігії залишається всередині людини, таке право є абсолютним. На державу покладено негативний обов'язок щодо невтручання в таке право. Наведено позицію Європейського Союзу щодо розглядуваних проблем і шляхів ефективного їх вирішення

From the economic and legal point of view the author made generalization and formation of the view on the development of the national accounting of intangible assets (IA) under the influence of changes in the European Union as a condition for advancement to the neo-economy. It is considered essentially the national standard — Provision (Standard) of Accounting 8 «Intangible assets» in comparison with the analogous international accounting standard of IAS 38 «Intangible assets». It is noted that, in contrast to the domestic standard, IAS 38 describes the procedure for analyzing compliance of IA with the criteria of an asset as an intangible resource. It is taken into account that in the course of the operation of the IA the enterprise may incur costs: related to the improvement (modernization) of such assets; aimed at supporting the IA facility in a serviceable condition.It is stated that an asset is identifiable if it: (a) can be separated, that is, it can be separated or separated from the entity and sold, transferred, licensed, leased or exchanged individually or in conjunction with a related contract, an identified asset or liability, whether or not the entity intends to do so, or b) arises as a result of contractual or other legal rights, whether or not they may be transferred or separated from the entity or from other rights and obligations. It is stated that an entity controls the asset if it is empowered to obtain future economic benefits coming from the primary resource and restrict others from accessing those benefits.It is noted that the use of intellectual property rights in the production process may reduce future production costs rather than increase future revenues. The ability of an entity to control the future economic benefits of IA is largely based on the legal rights that can be assured through litigation. Legislative requirements have been createdto align Ukrainian accounting standards with EU law and update the procedure for applying the International Financial Reporting System, which is also related to IA, especially for large companies. The introduction of digital finances and digital accounting can make significant changes. The applying of International Financial ReportingStandards in European countries supports to ensure compliance with the rules of national legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting. ; С экономико-правовых позиций осуществлено обобщение и формирование взгляда на развитие национального бухгалтерского учета нематериальных активов (НА) под влиянием изменений в Европейском Союзе как условие продвижения к неоэкономике. Рассматривается по сути национальный стандарт П (С) БУ 8 «Нематериальные активы» в сравнении с аналогом международным стандартом бухгалтерского учета МСБУ 38 «Нематериальные активы». Отмечено, что в отличие от отечественного стандарта, в МСБУ 38 описывается процедура анализа соответствия НА критериям актива в качестве нематериального ресурса. Учитывается, что в процессе эксплуатации НА у предприятия могут быть расходы: связанные с совершенствованием (модернизацией) таких активов; направленные на поддержание объекта НА в состоянии, пригодном для эксплуатации. Отмечено, что актив является идентифицированным, если он: a) может быть отделен, то есть его можно отделить или отделить от предприятия и продать, передать, лицензировать, сдать в аренду или обменять индивидуально или вместе со связанным с ним контрактом, идентифицированным активом или обязательством, независимо от того, имеет ли намерение субъект хозяйствования сделать это, или б) является результатом договорных или других юридических прав, независимо от того, могут ли они быть переданы или отделены от субъекта хозяйствования или от других прав и обязательств. Отмечено, что предприятие контролирует актив, если он имеет полномочия получать будущие экономические выгоды, поступающие от основного ресурса, и ограничивать доступ других к этим выгодам. Отмечено, что использование интеллектуальной собственности в производственном процессе может уменьшить будущие производственные затраты, а не увеличить будущие доходы. Способность субъекта хозяйствования контролировать будущие экономические выгоды от НА в основном исходит из юридических прав, которые можно обеспечить в судебном порядке. Созданные законодательные требования по приведению украинских норм бухгалтерского учета в соответствие с законодательством ЕС и обновления порядка применения Международной системы финансовой отчетности, что также связано с НА, особенно для крупных компаний. Содержательное наполнение изменений может внести внедрение диджитал-финансов и диджитал-бухгалтерии. Применение Международных стандартов финансовой отчетности в европейских странах способствует обеспечению соответствия норм национального законодательства Украины в сфере бухгалтерского учета. ; З економіко-правових позицій здійснено узагальнення та формування погляду на розвиток національного бухгалтерського обліку нематеріальних активів (НА) під впливом змін у Європейському Союзі як умови просування до неоекономіки.Розглядається за суттю національний стандарт П(С)БО 8 «Нематеріальні активи» в порівнянні з аналогом — міжнародним стандартом бухгалтерського обліку МСБО 38 «Нематеріальні активи». Ураховується, що у процесі експлуатації НА у підприємства можуть бути витрати: пов'язані з удосконаленням (модернізацією) таких активів; спрямовані на підтримку об'єкта НА у стані, придатному для експлуатації. Зазначено, що актив є ідентифікованим, якщо він: a) може бути відокремлений, тобто його можна відокремити або відділити від суб'єкта господарювання і продати, передати, ліцензувати, здати в оренду або обміняти індивідуально або разом з пов'язаним із ним контрактом, ідентифікованим активом чи зобов'язанням, незалежно від того, чи має суб'єкт господарювання намір зробити це, або б) виникає внаслідок договірних або інших юридичних прав, незалежно від того, чи можуть вони бути передані або відокремлені від суб'єкта господарювання або ж від інших прав і зобов'язань. Зазначено, що суб'єкт господарювання контролює актив, якщо він має повноваження отримувати майбутні економічні вигоди, що надходять від основного ресурсу, та обмежувати доступ інших до цих вигод. Зазначено, що використання права інтелектуальної власності у виробичому процесі може зменшити майбутні виробничі витрати, а не збільшити майбутні доходи. Здатність суб'єкта господарювання контролювати майбутні економічні вигоди від НА здебільшого виходить із юридичних прав, які можна забезпечити у судовому порядку. Створені законодавчі вимоги щодо приведення українських норм бухгалтерського обліку у відповідність до законодавства ЄС та оновлення порядку застосування Міжнародної системи фінансової звітності, що також пов'язано з НА, особливо для великих компаній. Змістове наповнення змін може внести впровадження діджитал-фінансів і діджитал-бухгалтерії. Застосування Міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності в європейських країнах сприяє забезпеченню відповідності норм національного законодавства України у сфері бухгалтерського обліку.

The position of Indonesia which is located at the confluence of three plates (Eurasia, Indies Australia, and the Pacific) causes the formation of a series of volcanoes in some parts of the country and causes the formation of geothermal energy sources around the volcano. Geothermal energy is the energy of natural resources in the form of hot water or steam formed in a reservoir inside the earth through heating of subsurface water by igneous rocks (Team Pertamina, 2010). This geothermal energy can be used directly for drying agricultural production, tourism, and household needs or indirectly as a driver of electricity-generating turbines.In this study focused in East Java, the author discusses geothermal potential by using geoelectric methods in the never-ending area of fire to contribute manifestation information as one of the answers to the community and government which is expected to provide an idea of how large geothermal potential is using the geoelectric method in the fire area has never been extinguished by Pamekasan Madura. the distance between the 5-meter electrode. The subsurface layer 2 has a low resistivity of 75.5 Ωm–112 Ωm. the resistivity value of this layer is a reservoir carrier with a depth of 2.5–67.5 meters below the soil surface. WOS: 000494939000011 ; A search for the production of three massive vector bosons in proton-proton collisions is performed using data at root s = 13 TeV recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in the years 2015-2017, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 79.8 fb(-1). Events with two same-sign leptons l (electrons or muons) and at least two reconstructed jets are selected to search for WWW -> l nu l nu qq. Events with three leptons without any same-flavour opposite-sign lepton pairs are used to search for WWW > l nu l nu l nu, while events with three leptons and at least one same-flavour opposite-sign lepton pair and one or more reconstructed jets are used to search for WWZ -> l nu qqll. Finally, events with four leptons are analysed to search for WWZ > l nu l nu ll and WZZ > qqllll. Evidence for the joint production of three massive vector bosons is observed with a significance of 4.1 standard deviations, where the expectation is 3.1 standard deviations. (C) 2019 The Author(s). Background Nutritional interventions to prevent stunting of infants and young children are most often applied in rural areas in low-and middle-income countries (LMIC). Few interventions are focused on urban slums. The literature needs a systematic assessment, as infants and children living in slums are at high risk of stunting. Urban slums are complex environments in terms of biological, social, and political variables and the outcomes of nutritional interventions need to be assessed in relation to these variables. For the purposes of this review, we followed the UN-Habitat 2004 definitions for low-income informal settlements or slums as lacking one or more indicators of basic services or infrastructure. Objectives To assess the impact of nutritional interventions to reduce stunting in infants and children under five years old in urban slums from LMIC and the effect of nutritional interventions on other nutritional (wasting and underweight) and non-nutritional outcomes (socioeconomic, health and developmental) in addition to stunting. Search methods The review used a sensitive search strategy of electronic databases, bibliographies of articles, conference proceedings, websites, grey literature, and contact with experts and authors published from 1990. We searched 32 databases, in English and non-English languages (MEDLINE, CENTRAL, Web of Science, Ovid MEDLINE, etc). We performed the initial literature search from November 2015 to January 2016, and conducted top up searches in March 2017 and in August 2018. Selection criteria Research designs included randomised (including cluster-randomised) trials, quasi-randomised trials, non-randomised controlled trials, controlled before-and-after studies, pre-and postintervention, interrupted time series (ITS), and historically controlled studies among infants and children from LMIC, from birth to 59 months, living in urban slums. The interventions included were nutrition-specific or maternal education. The primary outcomes were length or height expressed in cm or length-for-age (LFA)/height-for-age (HFA) z-scores, and birth weight in grams or presence/absence of low birth weight (LBW). Data collection and analysis We screened and then retrieved titles and abstracts as full text if potentially eligible for inclusion. Working independently, one review author screened all titles and abstracts and extracted data on the selected population, intervention, comparison, and outcome parameters and two other authors assessed half each. We calculated mean selection difference (MD) and 95% confidence intervals (CI). We performed intervention-level meta-analyses to estimate pooled measures of effect, or narrative synthesis when meta-analyses were not possible. We used P less than 0.05 to assess statistical significance and intervention outcomes were also considered for their biological/ health importance. Where effect sizes were small and statistically insignificant, we concluded there was 'unclear effect'. Main results The systematic review included 15 studies, of which 14 were randomised controlled trials (RCTs). The interventions took place in recognised slums or poor urban or periurban areas. The study locations were mainly Bangladesh, India, and Peru. The participants included 9261 infants and children and 3664 pregnant women. There were no dietary intervention studies. All the studies identified were nutrient supplementation and educational interventions. The interventions included zinc supplementation in pregnant women (three studies), micronutrient or macronutrient supplementation in children (eight studies), nutrition education for pregnant women (two studies), and nutrition systems strengthening targeting children (two studies) intervention. Six interventions were adapted to the urban context and seven targeted household, community, or 'service delivery' via systems strengthening. The primary review outcomes were available from seven studies for LFA/HFA, four for LBW, and nine for length. The studies had overall high risk of bias for 11 studies and only four RCTs had moderate risk of bias. Overall, the evidence was complex to report, with a wide range of outcome measures reported. Consequently, only eight study findings were reported in meta-analyses and seven in a narrative form. The certainty of evidence was very low to moderate overall. None of the studies reported differential impacts of interventions relevant to equity issues. Zinc supplementation of pregnant women on LBW or length (versus supplementation without zinc or placebo) (three RCTs) There was no evidence of an effect on LBW (MD-36.13 g, 95% CI-83.61 to 11.35), with moderate-certainty evidence, or no evidence of an effect or unclear effect on length with low-to moderate-certainty evidence. Micronutrient or macronutrient supplementation in children (versus no intervention or placebo) (eight RCTs) There was no evidence of an effect or unclear effect of nutrient supplementation of children on HFA for studies in the meta-analysis with low-certainty evidence (MD-0.02, 95% CI-0.06 to 0.02), and inconclusive effect on length for studies reported in a narrative form with very low-to moderate-certainty evidence. Nutrition education for pregnant women (versus standard care or no intervention) (two RCTs) There was a positive impact on LBW of education interventions in pregnant women, with low-certainty evidence (MD 478.44g, 95% CI 423.55 to 533.32). Nutrition systems strengthening interventions targeting children (compared with no intervention, standard care) (one RCT and one controlled before-and-after study) There were inconclusive results on HFA, with very low-to low-certainty evidence, and a positive influence on length at 18 months, with low-certainty evidence. Authors' conclusions All the nutritional interventions reviewed had the potential to decrease stunting, based on evidence from outside of slum contexts; however, there was no evidence of an effect of the interventions included in this review (very low-to moderate-certainty evidence). Challenges linked to urban slum programming (high mobility, lack of social services, and high loss of follow-up) should be taken into account when nutrition-specific interventions are proposed to address LBW and stunting in such environments. More evidence is needed of the effects of multi-sectorial interventions, combining nutrition-specific and sensitive methods and programmes, as well as the effects of 'up-stream' practices and policies of governmental, non-governmental organisations, and the business sector on nutrition-related outcomes such as stunting.

From the economic and legal point of view the author made generalization and formation of the view on the development of the national accounting of intangible assets (IA) under the influence of changes in the European Union as a condition for advancement to the neo-economy. It is considered essentially the national standard — Provision (Standard) of Accounting 8 «Intangible assets» in comparison with the analogous international accounting standard of IAS 38 «Intangible assets». It is noted that, in contrast to the domestic standard, IAS 38 describes the procedure for analyzing compliance of IA with the criteria of an asset as an intangible resource. It is taken into account that in the course of the operation of the IA the enterprise may incur costs: related to the improvement (modernization) of such assets; aimed at supporting the IA facility in a serviceable condition.It is stated that an asset is identifiable if it: (a) can be separated, that is, it can be separated or separated from the entity and sold, transferred, licensed, leased or exchanged individually or in conjunction with a related contract, an identified asset or liability, whether or not the entity intends to do so, or b) arises as a result of contractual or other legal rights, whether or not they may be transferred or separated from the entity or from other rights and obligations. It is stated that an entity controls the asset if it is empowered to obtain future economic benefits coming from the primary resource and restrict others from accessing those benefits.It is noted that the use of intellectual property rights in the production process may reduce future production costs rather than increase future revenues. The ability of an entity to control the future economic benefits of IA is largely based on the legal rights that can be assured through litigation. Legislative requirements have been createdto align Ukrainian accounting standards with EU law and update the procedure for applying the International Financial Reporting System, which is also related to IA, especially for large companies. The introduction of digital finances and digital accounting can make significant changes. The applying of International Financial ReportingStandards in European countries supports to ensure compliance with the rules of national legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting. ; С экономико-правовых позиций осуществлено обобщение и формирование взгляда на развитие национального бухгалтерского учета нематериальных активов (НА) под влиянием изменений в Европейском Союзе как условие продвижения к неоэкономике. Рассматривается по сути национальный стандарт П (С) БУ 8 «Нематериальные активы» в сравнении с аналогом международным стандартом бухгалтерского учета МСБУ 38 «Нематериальные активы». Отмечено, что в отличие от отечественного стандарта, в МСБУ 38 описывается процедура анализа соответствия НА критериям актива в качестве нематериального ресурса. Учитывается, что в процессе эксплуатации НА у предприятия могут быть расходы: связанные с совершенствованием (модернизацией) таких активов; направленные на поддержание объекта НА в состоянии, пригодном для эксплуатации. Содержательное наполнение изменений может внести внедрение диджитал-финансов и диджитал-бухгалтерии. Зазначено, що суб'єкт господарювання контролює актив, якщо він має повноваження отримувати майбутні економічні вигоди, що надходять від основного ресурсу, та обмежувати доступ інших до цих вигод. Зазначено, що використання права інтелектуальної власності у виробичому процесі може зменшити майбутні виробничі витрати, а не збільшити майбутні доходи. Здатність суб'єкта господарювання контролювати майбутні економічні вигоди від НА здебільшого виходить із юридичних прав, які можна забезпечити у судовому порядку. Створені законодавчі вимоги щодо приведення українських норм бухгалтерського обліку у відповідність до законодавства ЄС та оновлення порядку застосування Міжнародної системи фінансової звітності, що також пов'язано з НА, особливо для великих компаній. Змістове наповнення змін може внести впровадження діджитал-фінансів і діджитал-бухгалтерії. Застосування Міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності в європейських країнах сприяє забезпеченню відповідності норм національного законодавства України у сфері бухгалтерського обліку.

The position of Indonesia which is located at the confluence of three plates (Eurasia, Indies Australia, and the Pacific) causes the formation of a series of volcanoes in some parts of the country and causes the formation of geothermal energy sources around the volcano. Geothermal energy is the energy of natural resources in the form of hot water or steam formed in a reservoir inside the earth through heating of subsurface water by igneous rocks (Team Pertamina, 2010). This geothermal energy can be used directly for drying agricultural production, tourism, and household needs or indirectly as a driver of electricity-generating turbines.In this study focused in East Java, the author discusses geothermal potential by using geoelectric methods in the never-ending area of fire to contribute manifestation information as one of the answers to the community and government which is expected to provide an idea of how large geothermal potential is using the geoelectric method in the fire area has never been extinguished by Pamekasan Madura. the distance between the 5-meter electrode. 2-s2.0-85063267754 ; A search for the pair production of heavy fermionic partners of the top quark with charge 5/3 (X 5/3 ) is performed in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC. The data sample analyzed corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb ?1 . The X 5/3 quark is assumed always to decay into a top quark and a W boson. Both the right-handed and left-handed X 5/3 couplings to the W boson are considered. Final states with either a pair of same-sign leptons or a single lepton are studied. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected standard model background. WOS: 000457165400062 ; Correlations of two flow harmonics v(n) and v(m) via three- and four-particle cumulants are measured in 13 TeV pp, 5.02 TeV p+Pb, and 2.76 TeV peripheral Pb+Pb collisions with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The goal is to understand the multi-particle nature of the long-range collective phenomenon in these collision systems. The large non-flow background from dijet production present in the standard cumulant method is suppressed using a method of subevent cumulants involving two, three and four subevents separated in pseudorapidity. The results show a negative correlation between v(2) and v(3) and a positive correlation between v(2) and v(4) for all collision systems and over the full multiplicity range. However, the magnitudes of the correlations are found to depend on the event multiplicity, the choice of transverse momentum range and collision system. The relative correlation strength, obtained by normalisation of the cumulants with the from a two-particle correlation analysis, is similar in the three collision systems and depends weakly on the event multiplicity and transverse momentum. These results based on the subevent methods provide strong evidence of a similar long-range multi-particle collectivity in pp, p+Pb and peripheral Pb+Pb collisions. (C) 2019 The Author. Based on the theoretical developments of the corruption phenomenon and its varieties, as well as data from international rating agencies for measuring corruption in the countries of the World, an analysis of the impact of political corruption and its modern manifestations on the political process of the postSoviet countries and Ukraine in particular has been carried out. The study showed the importance of the corruption component in the political processes of the countries of this group, as well as the significant differences between them in the level of the influence of corruption on the content and nature of political events. The author singles out a group of Baltic countries, for which the anti-corruption component is identical to the European standards for the political process implementation, as it is evidenced by the high rates of the Corruption Perception Index. Success in the fight against political corruption, these countries have reached in the process of preparing for accession to the EU, in particular by holding lustration, introducing a mixed form of financing political parties, introducing e-democracy tools, the maturity of civil society, political will of politicians, etc. At the same time Estonia, which has the highest anti-corruption rating, is not without manifestations of political corruption. Its manifestations such as nepotism and favoritism require further action to eliminate their influence on the political process.It was found that the opposite attitude to the corruption component is observed in Asian countries, where political corruption is firmly intertwined with the economic one and does not just influence the political process, but forms its content. It is substantiated that the fight against corruption in such states should begin with the reform of the power system and the formation of a civil society. It was emphasized that Ukraine has its own unique scenario of fighting political corruption, which combines the democratic patterns of European countries, in particular, institutionally follows the path of the Baltic countries, and Asian traditions of exercising power, where types of political corruption are traditional instruments of exercising power in society. It is proved that for further democratization of the political process in Ukraine, it is advisable to strengthen the anti-corruption component by introducing mechanisms to eliminate party corruption, improve the process of financing political parties and their political advertising, electoral corruption, popularize e-democracy tools, prevent manifestations of political nepotism, favoritism, etc. ; Опираясь на теоретические разработки феномена коррупции и ее разновидностей, а также на данные международных рейтинговых агентств по измерению коррупции в странах мира, осуществлен анализ влияния политической коррупции и ее современных проявлений на политический процесс стран постсоветского пространства и Украины в частности. Проведенное исследование показало значимость коррупционной компоненты в политических процессах стран этой группы, а также наличие значительных различий между ними по уровню влияния коррупции на содержание и характер политических событий. Автором выделяется группа балтийских стран, для которых антикоррупционная компонента идентична европейским стандартам осуществления политического процесса, что подтверждается высокими показателями Индекса восприятия коррупции. Успехов в борьбе с политической коррупцией эти страны достигли в процессе подготовки к вступлению в ЕС, в частности путем проведения люстрации, введения смешанной формы финансирования политических партий, внедрения инструментов электронной демократии, зрелостью гражданского общества, политической воли политиков и др. При этом даже Эстония, которая имеет самый высокий рейтинг антикоррупционности, не лишена проявлений политической коррупции. Такие ее проявления, как непотизм и фаворитизм требуют дальнейших действий по устранению их влияния на политический процесс. Выяснено, что противоположное отношение к коррупционной компоненте наблюдается в странах Азии, где политическая коррупция прочно срослась с экономической и не просто влияет на политический процесс, а формирует его содержание. Обосновано, что борьба с коррупцией в таких государствах должна начинаться с реформы системы власти и формирования гражданского общества. Подчеркнуто, что Украина имеет свой уникальный сценарий борьбы с политической коррупцией, который сочетает в себе демократические образцы европейских стран, в частности институционально повторяет путь стран Балтии, и азиатские традиции осуществления власти, где разновидности политической коррупции являются традиционными инструментами осуществления власти в обществе. Доказано, что для дальнейшей демократизации политического процесса в Украине целесообразно усилить антикоррупционную составляющую через внедрение механизмов устранения партийной коррупции, усовершенствования процесса финансирования политических партий и их политической рекламы, электоральной коррупции, популяризации инструментов электронной демократии, предотвращения проявлений политического непотизма, фаворитизма и др. ; Спираючись на теоретичні розробки феномену корупції та її різновидів, а також на дані міжнародних рейтингових агентств з виміру корупції в країнах світу, здійснено аналіз впливу політичної корупції та її сучасних проявів на політичний процес країн пострадянського простору та України зокрема. Проведене дослідження засвідчило вагомість корупційної компоненти в політичних процесах країн цієї групи, а також наявність значних відмінностей між ними за рівнем впливу корупції на зміст та характер політичних подій. Автором виокремлюється група балтійських країн, для яких антикорупційна компонента дорівнює європейським стандартам здійснення політичного процесу, що підтверджується високими показниками Індексу сприйняття корупції. Успіхів у боротьбі з політичною корупцією ці країни досягли через намагання вступити до ЄС шляхом проведення люстрації, введення змішаної форми фінансування політичних партій, запровадження інструментів електронної демократії, зрілістю громадянського суспільства, політичній волі політиків тощо. При цьому навіть Естонія, яка має найвищий рейтинг антикорупційності, не позбавлена проявів політичної корупції. Такі її прояви, як непотизм, фаворитизм тощо потребують подальших дій щодо усунення їх впливовості на політичний процес. З'ясовано, що протилежне ставлення до корупційної компоненти спостерігається в країнах азійської групи, де політична корупція міцно зрослася з економічною та не просто впливає на політичний процес, а формує його зміст. Обґрунтовується теза про те, що боротьба з корупцією в таких державах має починатися з реформи системи влади та формування громадянського суспільства. Підкреслено, що Україна має свій унікальний сценарій боротьби з політичною корупцією, який поєднує в собі демократичні зразки європейських країн, зокрема інституційно повторює шлях країн Балтії, та азійські традиції здійснення влади, де різновиди політичної корупції є традиційними інструментами здійснення влади в суспільстві. Доведено, що для подальшої демократизації політичного процесу доцільно посилити антикорупційну складову шляхом запровадження механізмів усунення партійної корупції шляхом удосконалення процесу фінансування політичних партій та їх політичної реклами, електоральної корупції шляхом поширення інструментів е-демократії, унеможливлення проявів політичного непотизму, фаворитизму тощо.

The purpose of this article is to analyze and highlight the views of the prominent Polish historian, one of the founders of the Krakow historical school, Jozef Szujski, on the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks at the beginning of the seventeenth century, expressed in the second volume of «The History of Poland in Recent Studies», published in 1862, as well the perception of Tsetsora and Khotyn events, published in an article under the same name, printed in 1877. The main task of the author is to determine how Jozef Szujski estimated the importance of the Ukrainian Cossacks for the historical development of the Commonwealth at the beginning of the seventeenth century, and how he assessed and described the events under Tsetsora in 1620 and Khotin in 1621, which place was assigned to the Ukrainian Cossacks and their prominent representative – Hetman P. Konashevich-Sagaidachny. The methodology of the research is based on the general scientific principles of systematicity, reliability, historicism, logic. Biographical, comparative-historical, and comparative-textual methods were used for profound analysis of the scholar's scientific work. The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the scientific work of the outstanding representative of the Krakow School of History, Jozef Szujski, was analyzed for the first time through the prism of his views on the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks from 1619 to 1621 and in the general context of the history of the Commonwealth. The specificity of the Cossack perception as well as its reflection in the synthetic and specialized work of the scientist is highlighted. Conclusions. The analysis of «History of Poland .» suggests that Jozef Szujski concentrated, first of all, on the socio-political side of historical events, which is characteristic of the Krakow historical school, but, unlike M. Bobzhinsky, he devoted considerable attention to military aspects of history and the Commonwealth. It was important for the historian to comprehensively describe the history of his own state through the prism of international relations, internal social-political processes and military actions as the agents of these processes. On the one hand, the Cossacks received a negative assessment due to unlawful, unauthorized military actions that damaged diplomatic relations with the Ottoman Empire in a difficult time for the Commonwealth. On the other hand, the historian noted the assistance of the Ukrainian Cossacks in the defense of the Commonwealth, although he emphasized on the negative features and the disastrous consequences of their assistance to the state, which is particularly clearly reflected in the course of the battle at Khotyn. An analysis of the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks in the events of the Tsetsora battle and Khotyn War in the brochure under the same name makes it possible to state that Jozef Szujski paid much less attention to this issue, comparing it with the «History of Poland .», his statements were more carefull, without expressing controversial remarks regarding their role and significance in the battle, he added new small details related to the Cossack subject and made new judgments. However, information on Cossack topics in general, unfortunately, is not enough. One can assume that the interpretation of events by Jozef Szujski changed, first of all, given the patriotic and educational purpose of this work, the new socio-political processes in the Krakow historical environment, and the final departure of the historian from the romantic views of J. Levelel, which took place in the 70-ies of the 19th century. ; Метою даної статті є аналіз й висвітлення поглядів видатного польського історика, одного із фундаторів краківської історичної школи – Ю. Шуйського на історію українського козацтва початку XVII ст., виражених у другому томі «Історії Польщі за останніми дослідженнями», виданої в 1862 р., а також безпосередньо подіям під Цецорою та Хотином в однойменній розвідці, надрукованій у 1877 р. Головне завдання автора – визначити, як Ю. Шуйський розглядав значення українських козаків для історичного розвитку І Речі Посполитої початку XVII ст., як оцінював та описував події під Цецорою 1620 р. та Хотином 1621 р., яке місце в них відводив українському козацтву та його видатному представнику – гетьману П. Конашевичу-Сагайдачному. Методологія дослідження ґрунтуються на загальних наукових принципах: системності, достовірності, історизму, логічності. Для глибокого аналізу наукового доробку вченого застосовувалися біографічні, порівняльно-історичні, та порівняльно-текстологічні методи. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що вперше проаналізовано науковий доробок видатного представника краківської історичної школи Ю.Шуйського крізь призму його поглядів на історію української козаччини 1619 – 1621 рр. в контексті історії І Речі Посполитої. Відображено специфіку сприйняття козацтва й висвітлено її відображення у синтетичній та спеціалізованій праці вченого. Висновки. Проведений аналіз «Історії Польщі.» дозволяє стверджувати, що Ю. Шуйський зосередився в ній, в першу чергу, на суспільно-політичній стороні історичних подій, що характерно для краківської історичної школи, але, на відміну від М. Бобжинського, значну увагу присвятив військовим аспектам історії І Речі Посполитої. Для історика було важливим всесторонньо описати історію власної держави крізь призму міжнародних стосунків, внутрішніх суспільно-політичних процесів та військових дій як виразників цих процесів. З одного боку, негативну оцінку козацтво отримало через незаконні, несанкціоновані військові дії, що шкодили дипломатичним стосункам з Османською імперією в складний для Речі Посполитої час. This search uses 36.1 fb(-1) of data collected by the ATLAS detector in proton-proton collisions with a centre-of-mass energy of root s = 13 TeV at the LHC. No significant deviation from the Standard Model prediction is observed and the results are expressed as upper limits on the W' -> t (b) over bar production cross-section times branching ratio as a function of the W'-boson mass. These limits exclude W' bosons with right-handed couplings with masses below 3.0 TeV and W' bosons with left-handed couplings with masses below 2.9 TeV, at the 95% confidence level.
