WOS:000466802100055 ; Differential Higgs boson (H) production cross sections are sensitive probes for physics beyond the standard model. New physics may contribute in the gluon-gluon fusion loop, the dominant Higgs boson production mechanism at the LHC, and manifest itself through deviations from the distributions predicted by the standard model. Combined spectra for the H -> gamma gamma, H -> ZZ, and H -> b (b) over bar decay channels and the inclusive Higgs boson production cross section are presented, based on proton-proton collision data recorded with the CMS detector at root s = 13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb(-1). The transverse momentum spectrum is used to place limits on the Higgs boson couplings to the top, bottom, and charm quarks, as well as its direct coupling to the gluon field. No significant deviations from the standard model are observed in any differential distribution. The measured total cross section is 61.1 +/- 6.0 (stat) +/- 3.7 (syst) pb, and the precision of the measurement of the differential cross section of the Higgs boson transverse momentum is improved by about 15% with respect to the H -> gamma gamma channel alone. WOS:000462321800018 ; Measurements of the production of the standard model Higgs boson decaying to a W boson pair are reported. The W+ W- candidates are selected in events with an oppositely charged lepton pair, large missing transverse momentum, and various numbers of jets. To select Higgs bosons produced via vector boson fusion and associated production with a W or Z boson, events with two jets or three or four leptons are also selected. The event sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb(-1), collected in pp collisions at root s = 13 TeV by the CMS detector at the LHC during 2016. Combining all channels, the observed cross section times branching fraction is 1.28(-0.17)(+0.18) times the standard model prediction for the Higgs boson with a mass of 125.09 GeV. This is the first observation of the Higgs boson decay to W boson pairs by the CMS experiment. (c) 2019 The Author(s). WOS:000462321800025 ; A measurement of the elliptic flow (v(2)) of prompt J/psi mesons in high-multiplicity pPbcollisions is reported using data collected by the CMS experiment at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy root s(NN)= 8.16 TeV. Prompt J/psi mesons decaying into two muons are reconstructed in the rapidity region in the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame (y(cm)), corresponding to either -2.86 < y(cm) < -1.86 or 0.94 < y(cm)< 1.94. The average v(2) result from the two rapidity ranges is reported over the transverse momentum (p(T)) range from 0.2 to 10 GeV. Positive v(2) values are observed for the prompt J/psi meson, as extracted from long-range two-particle correlations with charged hadrons, for 2 < p(T) < 8 GeV. The prompt J/psi results are compared with previous CMS measurements of elliptic flow for open charm mesons (D-0) and strange hadrons. From these measurements, constraints can be obtained on the collective dynamics of charm quarks produced in high-multiplicity events arising from small systems. (c) 2019 The Author(s). La mención específica a las mujeres en la literatura académica en materia de relaciones laborales ha sido vicaria, principalmente a través de sus esposos, padres o hermanos, en términos generales y salvo excepciones, como actores secundarios. Esta falta de agencia atribuida social e históricamente hacia las mujeres se mantiene aún hoy. En el movimiento del sindical en España son muy escasas las mujeres visibles en posiciones de poder. Este hecho genera consecuencias negativas para el bienestar de las mujeres y sus derechos laborales, al no estar suficientemente representadas en los espacios de negociación colectiva. Así, es previsible que la situación de precariedad de las mujeres en el mercado laboral no mejore si no se dan unas condiciones más igualitarias en cuanto a la presencia y la toma de decisiones a nivel sindical. El objetivo principal de esta tesis es la visibilización, puesta en valor y el análisis de la participación de las mujeres en el mundo sindical, así como la recuperación y reivindicación del papel desarrollado por las mujeres en el movimiento obrero desde el tardofranquismo hasta la actualidad. El ámbito territorial en el que se desarrolla la investigación es el Marco de Jerez. Su representatividad, desde el punto de vista histórico y geográfico, de las dinámicas sociales, económicas y políticas ocurridas en el contexto nacional, hacen que el análisis del sindicalismo en el Marco de Jerez haya sido objeto de estudio previo en cuanto al movimiento sindical, por su industria bodeguera y producción industrial, así como su densa red de estructuras sindicales autónomas desde el periodo de clandestinidad en los años sesenta (Foweraker, 1991). Las referencias teóricas que sustentan el análisis de esta investigación doctoral se basan fundamentalmente en cuatro enfoques conceptuales que, tomados en conjunto, contribuyen a explicar la desigualdad de las mujeres en la sociedad y las organizaciones en general, y en el sindicalismo en particular. Se toma como autora preeminente a Joan Acker y el concepto de regímenes de desigualdad (Acker 2006b; Healy, Tatli, Ipek et al., 2018). Otros conceptos también perfilan el análisis teórico: la intereseccionalidad como teoría e instrumento mismo de análisis iniciado por Creenshaw (Davis, 2008; Nash 2008; Hebson y Holgate, 2009), el concepto masculinidad hegemónica de Raewyn Connell (1995), y la perspectiva Gramsciana y las identidades subalternas como sujetos de cambio político (Green, 2002; Danielli, 2006). Se examinan en esta tesis, en especial, las formas de participación, los repertorios de protesta, así como las diferencias fundamentales percibidas en cuanto al activismo de hombres y mujeres, los obstáculos a los que se han enfrentado y siguen enfrentando las mujeres para la integración plena en las organizaciones sindicales. Este análisis se ha llevado a cabo a través de una metodología cualitativa, haciendo uso del método biográfico, de las narrativas de mujeres sindicalistas de diverso espectro ideológico y pertenecientes a diferentes organizaciones sindicales en distintos momentos históricos: el Tardofranquismo, la Transición y la época actual, tanto en sectores profesionales feminizados como masculinizados. Durante el periodo estudiado, las mujeres han tenido protagonismo y un papel activo, tanto desde la perspectiva de las esposas de sindicalistas amas de casa implicadas en la militancia de sus maridos durante el tardofranquismo y la transición, como de sindicalistas trabajadoras en el mercado laboral visible y remunerado actual. A pesar de tener la misma motivación para la acción social y la militancia sindical que los hombres, los impedimentos básicos a la participación de las mujeres en el sindicalismo, siguen estando relacionados con el modelo masculino hegemónico como patrón universal de acceso al poder y toma de decisiones, tanto en el ámbito laboral como el sindical, espejo multiplicador de las desigualdades del mercado de trabajo. Specific mentions in labor relations academic literature has usually been vicar, mainly present through their husbands, fathers or bothers. In general terms and except for some rare occasions, as secondary actors. This social and historical attribution of lack of agency in women has been maintained until today. There are very few visible women in power positions in Trade Unions in Spain today. This fact produces negative consequences for women welfare and their labor rights, due to the insufficient representation in collective bargaining ambits. Thus, it is predictable that precarious labor market situation for women will not improve, unless equality conditions related to the presence and decision making in Trade Unions ameliorate The primary objective of this thesis is to make visible, emphasize and analyze the participation of women in Trade Unions, as well as to recover and vindicate the role played by women in workers¿ movement. The time frame of this research is from the late Francoism until now, and the geographical frame corresponds to the Sherry Area, in the South of Spain, in the province of Cádiz. The representativeness of this territory in labor movement has already been studied, as it responds to the national dynamics in terms of social, economic and political processes. At the same time, there are wide nets of autonomous unionism structures in the wine industry and the different productive and services sectors, since the decade of the sixties (Foweraker, 1991). The foundations of the theoretical frame that sustain this doctoral research are four conceptual approaches which contribute to explain, from diverse and complementary perspectives, the inequality of women in society and organizations in general, and particularly in Trade Unions. Joan Acker is taken as preeminent author and her conception of inequality regimes (Acker 2006b; Healy, Tatli, Ipek et al., 2018). Other approaches also shape the theoretical analysis: intersectionality as a theory and instrument itself, initiated by Creenshaw (Davis, 2008; Nash 2008; Hebson and Holgate, 2009); Raewyn Connell¿s concept of hegemonic masculinity, and finally the Gramscian approach and subaltern identities as subjects of political change. (Green, 2002; Danielli, 2006). This thesis specially examines the forms of participation, the protest repertories and the fundamental perceived differences regarding women and men activism. It also pays attention to the obstacles women had and have to face to fully integrate in labor organizations. This analysis has been developed with a qualitative methodology, using the ethnographic method and the narratives of women belonging to diverse ideological spectrum in different historic periods: the late Francoism, the Transition period and the present time, both in masculinized and feminized sectors. During these periods, women have had an active role and were main actors in the struggles, considering two separate perspectives: as wives of men unionists, involved in the militancy during late Francoism, and as women unionist workers in the visible and wage labor market. In spite of their motivation for social action and union activism being equal to that of men, the essential obstacles for women participation are still linked with the hegemonic masculine model as universal pattern to access to power and decision-making spaces. The Trade Union ambit is a multiplying mirror of labor market inequalities. Trade Unions still respond to a sexual division of work, where the phenomena of undervaluation, underrepresentation and horizontal and vertical segregation are general dynamics, in spite of social, political and legal changes in gender issues. Telling fictional stories and engaging with the fictional stories of others is an important and pervasive part of human culture. But people not only tell and engage with fictional stories. They also reflect on the content of stories, and on the way these are told. Grappling with the many issues such reflection uncovers has long been a concern of professional academics in language departments and other academic programs with a focus on language. Philosophers should be included on this list. The concept of fiction gives rise to a number of intriguing and complex philosophical issues, and the philosophy of fiction has now become an acknowledged part of mainstream philosophy, with a history that goes back at least to the early debates about the role of poets and dramatists found in the works of Aristotle and Plato. The issues in question broadly relate to fiction as a mode of representation—a way of describing individuals and events—that is strikingly different from representation concerned with truth, the latter long a dominant theme in philosophy. Not only is faithfulness to truth in the ordinary sense not a requirement in fiction; fiction may even depart from truth in the things it talks about, which typically include nonexistent individuals and even members of nonexistent kinds (Holmes and hobbits, for example)—see the entry on fictional entities. There are also more indirect reasons for taking fiction seriously as a philosophical topic. The last few decades have seen a surge of interest in interpreting prominent yet (arguably) philosophically problematic areas of enquiry—areas as far apart as mathematics and morality—as involving something akin to fiction, a position known as fictionalism about those areas. On such views, we should not believe the central claims of the area because of their commitment to entities like numbers and objective moral facts; instead we should treat them the way we treat a distinctively fictional claim like "Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective": something we know not to be literally true (after all, there never was a Sherlock Holmes) but accept as true in some derivative or at least nonliteral sense (unlike "Holmes was a plodding policeman", say). The continuing rise of fictionalism presents us with a new reason for treating fiction as a significant philosophical topic, since it is a position that is difficult to motivate independently of an understanding of what is distinctive about fiction (Armour-Garb and Woodbridge 2015). (For more on fictionalism and its ties to fiction, see the entry on fictionalism.) One fundamental question raised by the notion of fiction is a conceptual one: What makes something a work of fiction as opposed to a work of non-fiction? A first attempt at saying what fiction is might portray it as a kind of writing whose product is a written text (a work of fiction) that misrepresents how the world actually is, although not in order to deceive intended readers. This opposes it to non-fiction; even if a work of non-fiction misrepresents the world, it is not intended by its author to be recognized as something that misrepresents the world. It doesn't take much to see that this rough characterization is in fact far too rough. A work of fiction needn't be a written text, but could be a picture (or series of pictures) or a representation in some other medium like film. And the characterization lets in too much: a newspaper article attacking some political position by engaging in the relentless use of irony, say, is not a work of fiction but a work of non-fiction that uses irony. The problem of saying how fiction differs from non-fiction is just one of the hard problems faced by the philosophical study of fiction. Another problem is that of specifying the sense in which a fictional sentence can be true despite misdescribing how matters stand in the world. (A sentence like "Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective", for example, is not true if it is construed as a claim about brilliant detectives our world has known, but counts as true if it is stated as an answer to a quiz question "Who was Sherlock Holmes?" By contrast, "Sherlock Holmes was a plodding policeman" would count as false in this context.) But in what sense can the sentence be true, given that the world does not contain any such person as Sherlock Holmes? One promising thought is that when we hear the sentence as genuinely true we regard it as elliptical for something like "In the Holmes stories, Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective". On this suggestion it is the truth of the latter prefixed sentence that provides the sense in which "Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective" counts as true. But even if this is right, what still needs explaining is what it is for such a prefixed sentence to be true. What makes "In the Holmes stories, Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective" true (but not "In the Holmes stories, Sherlock Holmes was a plodding policeman"), when there never was such a person as Sherlock Holmes? In addition to the problem of how to understand the notion of truth in a work of fiction, there is also a deep puzzle about the way we respond emotionally to such truths. When we engage with fiction, we often do so at a highly specific emotional level—we may not only be enthralled by elements of the plot but also affected by what befalls particular characters. Thus, we may find ourselves feeling pity for Anna Karenina as we near the end of Tolstoy's novel because we are aware of Anna's suffering. But the claim that we pity Anna Karenina is deeply puzzling: we know there is no Anna Karenina, and that it is only true in Tolstoy's novel that Anna Karenina is suffering, so how can there be genuine pity for Anna? This is the so-called paradox of fiction, one of a batch of puzzles that have been raised in the philosophy of fiction about our engagement with works of fiction. These are by no means the only philosophical questions thrown up by fiction. In fact, the paradox of fiction immediately suggests others. Taken at face value, a statment like "Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant detective" seems at best to be true in a work of fiction rather than true outright. By contrast, a statement like "Many readers pity Anna Karenina" seems to be true outright. (The same goes for other statements relating fictional characters to the real world, for example "Conan Doyle created Holmes", "Frodo doesn't exist", and "Holmes is more famous than any real detective".) This raises the thorny issue of the ontological commitments of talk involving fiction. If it is genuinely true that many readers feel pity for Anna Karenina or that Doyle created Holmes, then presumably there are things—Anna Karenina and Holmes—about whom this is true. But how is the claim that there are such objects consistent with the obvious truth that Holmes and Anna Karenina don't exist? And what could such nonexistent objects be like? We leave detailed commentary on such ontological and metaphysical questions to the entry on fictional entities. The present entry is devoted to the nature of fiction and its "truths", including our emotional engagement with these truths—topics that can be discussed independently of whether one is a realist or an antirealist about fictional entities. Before we begin, it is worth noting that the study of these topics is not the province of philosophers alone. Just what is fiction, for example, is a question that also engages narratologists and historians of fiction (see, e.g., Gallagher 2006, Walsh 2007), although they approach the issue from different academic perspectives, often with somewhat different aims in mind. The article gives the author's definition of the concept of criminal violence and analyses its main types: physical and mental. The problems of the criminal law assessment of violence are considered as a sign of certain circumstances precluding the criminality of the act. The attention is focused on the fact that violence is an important category of teaching about the circumstances precluding the criminality of an act. It emphasizes that: violence acts as a legal basis for the existence of such circumstances; its existence gives the right to "unlimited" defence; it serves as the basis for bringing to criminal responsibility persons who have exceeded the limits of causing necessary and sufficient harm. The author draws attention to the importance of the criminal law assessment of subjective signs of violence. It is indicated that they are: the intent, purpose and motivation (motives) of committing actions. The sole purpose of such actions should be the goal of stopping unlawful acts and eliminating the danger. In the article, motivation is considered as a set of motives of actions similar in nature and content. It can be hostile, instrumental, negativistic and mixed. Establishing the type of motivation significantly affects the qualification of actions and the responsibility of the perpetrators. It is pointed out that crimes that are committed when the limits are exceeded, which are determined by the rules on circumstances precluding criminality, are related to the so-called "impulsive" crimes that are often committed in a state of emotional agitation (affect). This significantly affects the qualification of actions of the perpetrators, and in some cases leads to the release of the latter from criminal responsibility. Methods. When writing the article, the dialectical method, the methods of logical and historical analysis were used. They allowed analysing the existing criminal legislation and its historical development in the relevant field. Such a sociological method, such as the study of documents, makes it possible to back up the findings with the results of a study of judicial practice materials on the subject matter under investigation. Results and conclusions. Criminal violence in the General part of the doctrine of circumstances precluding the criminality of an act has the following meaning: it is an important category not only of the Special, but also of the General part of the legislation on criminal liability; is a category of teaching circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act; significantly affects the qualification of actions of the perpetrators in cases that are determined by the rules on the circumstances precluding the criminality of the act; in analysing the types of violence, both objective and subjective signs are important; together with the wilfulness of violent actions, the purpose and motivation (motives) of such actions matter; motivation of violent actions can be hostile, instrumental, negativistic and mixed; it characterizes the legal basis of certain circumstances precluding the criminality of the act; its use is the basis for the subject to "unlimitedly" use force for protection; it serves as the basis for bringing to criminal responsibility in case of exceeding the limits in certain circumstances, precluding the criminality of the act. ; В статье дается авторское определение понятия криминального насилия и анализируются основные его виды: физическое и психическое. WOS:000466802100019 ; A search for a new high-mass resonance decaying to a tau lepton and a neutrino is reported. The analysis uses proton-proton collision data collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC at root s= 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb(-1). The search utilizes hadronically decaying tau leptons. No excess in the event yield is observed at high transverse masses of the tau and missing transverse momentum. An interpretation of results within the sequential standard model excludes W' boson masses below 4.0 TeV at 95% confidence level. Existing limits are also improved on models in which the W' boson decays preferentially to fermions of the third generation. Heavy W' bosons with masses less than 1.7-3.9 TeV, depending on the coupling in the non-universal G(221) model, are excluded at 95% confidence level. WOS: 000488071200025 ; Evidence for the light-by-light scattering process, gamma gamma -> gamma gamma, in ultraperipheral PbPb collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of 5.02 TeV is reported. The analysis is conducted using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 390 mu b(-1) recorded by the CMS experiment at the LHC. Light-by-light scattering processes are selected in events with two photons exclusively produced, each with transverse energy E-T(gamma) > 2 GeV, pseudorapidity vertical bar eta(gamma)vertical bar 5 GeV, diphoton transverse momentum p(T)(gamma gamma) gamma gamma) = 120 +/- 46(stat) +/- 28(syst) +/- 12(theo) nb, is consistent with the standard model prediction. The m(gamma gamma) distribution is used to set new exclusion limits on the production of pseudoscalar axion-like particles, via the gamma gamma -> a -> gamma gamma process, in the mass range m(a) = 5-90 GeV. WOS:000488071200027 ; A search for long-lived particles decaying to displaced, nonprompt jets and missing transverse momentum is presented. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 137 fb(-1) of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC in 2016-2018. Candidate signal events containing nonprompt jets are identified using the timing capabilities of the CMS electromagnetic calorimeter. The results of the search are consistent with the background prediction and are interpreted using a gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking reference model with a gluino next-to-lightest supersymmetric particle. In this model, gluino masses up to 2100, 2500, and 1900 GeV are excluded at 95% confidence level for proper decay lengths of 0.3, 1, and 100 m, respectively. These are the best limits to date for such massive gluinos with proper decay lengths greater than similar to 0.5 m. (C) 2019 The Author. WOS:000477924000010 ; A search is presented for dark matter in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of root s= 13 TeV using events with at least one high transverse momentum (p(T)) muon, at least one high-p(T) jet, and large missing transverse momentum. The data were collected with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC in 2016 and 2017, and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 77.4 fb(-1). In the examined scenario, a pair of scalar leptoquarks is assumed to be produced. One leptoquark decays to a muon and a jet while the other decays to dark matter and low-p(T) standard model particles. The signature for signal events would be significant missing transverse momentum from the dark matter in conjunction with a peak at the leptoquark mass in the invariant mass distribution of the highest p(T) muon and jet. The data are observed to be consistent with the background predicted by the standard model. For the first benchmark scenario considered, dark matter masses up to 500 GeV are excluded for leptoquark masses m(LQ) approximate to 1400 GeV, and up to 300 GeV for m(LQ) approximate to 1500 GeV. For the second benchmark scenario, dark matter masses up to 600 GeV are excluded for m(LQ) approximate to 1400 GeV. (C) 2019 The Author(s). A general search is presented for a low-mass ???+ resonance produced in association with a bottom quark. The search is based on proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb?1. The data are consistent with the standard model expectation. Upper limits at 95% confidence level on the cross section times branching fraction are determined for two signal models: a light pseudoscalar Higgs boson decaying to a pair of ? leptons produced in association with bottom quarks, and a low-mass boson X decaying to a ?-lepton pair that is produced in the decay of a bottom-like quark B such that B ? bX. Masses between 25 and 70 GeV are probed for the light pseudoscalar boson with upper limits ranging from 250 to 44 pb. A search is presented for excited electrons and muons in ??? final states at the LHC. The search is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb ?1 of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, collected with the CMS detector in 2016. This is the first search for excited leptons at s = 13 TeV. The observation is consistent with the standard model background prediction, and the most stringent exclusion limits to date are set on the excited lepton mass and the compositeness scale, at 95% confidence level. Excited electrons and muons are excluded for masses below 3.9 and 3.8 TeV, respectively, under the assumption that the excited lepton mass equals the compositeness scale. A search for the pair production of heavy fermionic partners of the top quark with charge 5/3 (X 5/3 ) is performed in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC. The data sample analyzed corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb ?1 . The X 5/3 quark is assumed always to decay into a top quark and a W boson. Both the right-handed and left-handed X 5/3 couplings to the W boson are considered. Final states with either a pair of same-sign leptons or a single lepton are studied. No significant excess of events is observed above the expected standard model background. A search is performed for events consistent with the pair production of a new heavy particle that acts as a mediator between a dark sector and normal matter, and that decays to a light quark and a new fermion called a dark quark. The search is based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 16.1 fb ?1 from proton-proton collisions at s=13 TeV collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC in 2016. The dark quark is charged only under a new quantum-chromodynamics-like force, and forms an "emerging jet" via a parton shower, containing long-lived dark hadrons that give rise to displaced vertices when decaying to standard model hadrons. The data are consistent with the expectation from standard model processes. Limits are set at 95% confidence level excluding dark pion decay lengths between 5 and 225 mm for dark mediators with masses between 400 and 1250 GeV. Decay lengths smaller than 5 and greater than 225 mm are also excluded in the lower part of this mass range. The dependence of the limit on the dark pion mass is weak for masses between 1 and 10 GeV. An overview of the stylistic resources of the Ukrainian language would be incomplete without the texts of the main ideologist of the Ukrainian nationalism, Dmytro Dontsov, since some terms-notions in Dmitriy Dontsov's journalistic texts receive new connotative coloring due to the author's definitions. The article analyzes the phenomenon of transition of the linguistic units of one style to another in the linguistic reality. It has been revealed that the terms in the journalistic texts of Dmytro Dontsov are emotionally colored due to the author's definitions and the use of numerous tropes (metaphors, antitheses, comparisons). New semantic shades of terms in the works of D.Dontsov contribute to better ideological understanding of the basic political realities. The case study proves that the terms chauvinism and fanaticism are considered in all sources as negative only, so it is worth analyzing the interpretation of these concepts not only in the scientific literature, but also in journalism, which influences the formation of the reader's position and is an effective factor in the creation of political thinking. In addition, it is impossible to give definitely negative assessment of the terms that are still functioning in the Ukrainian politics. The study has revealed that the attributive modifiers for the terms chauvinism and fanaticism used in the texts of the Tribune of the Nation do not coincide with the attributive modifiers fixed in the dictionaries and the political science and philosophy research papers. The author argues that the retrospective review of socio-political terms, which after the collapse of the USSR Empire returned to the cultural heritage of an independent state, is obviously an important issue. It is proved that the emotional texts of Dmytro Dontsov are the basis for the formation of a state-building outlook of the citizens and the basis for the theoretical understanding of the contemporary socio-political problems.
