Common crime prevention measures have not yielded the expected results. It is important to examine the possibilities of using the latest achievements in crime prevention. One of the available options is digitalization. Starting from the definition of digitalization as the use of digital technologies to change the business model and provide new opportunities for generating income and value, the author emphasizes that digitalization can be used as a measure to prevent crime. In this regard, some solutions for preventing crime through digitalization are embodied in the use of digital currencies, digital identities and signatures, smart devices, and mobile applications. The author elaborates on each of these solutions, focusing on specific crime prevention measures and examples from different countries worldwide. It may help crime prevention experts perceive digitalization as a measure for reducing the volume of crime. If the benefits of digitalization are put into good use, we can expect that the volume of property-related crimes, violence-related crimes and traffic delinquency will drop in the forthcoming period. On the other hand, the implementation of these measures may give rise to the commission of Internet-related crimes, thus leading to the increase in computer crime.

In this short paper, we give an overview on how this major trend is unfolding and, specifically, how it affects cities. We take the following starting points: • Digitalization is a strong force that "happens" everywhere in the (urban) society. It has positive and negative effects – explored later in this paper –, which might be promoted or redressed by collective action or government intervention. Rejecting or denying it may come at high costs; • Digital technologies offer new tools and answers to address urban issues; • Digital technologies and their adoption bring a lot of new and unpredictable challenges; • Digital technologies raise several new ethical questions and dilemma's regarding privacy, safety and security; • As in any other major societal transition, legal and institutional systems are not prepared for the digital age. Reality is always ahead of new regulation, resulting in constantly moving "grey areas" where it is unclear which rules (should) apply – think of how to deal with services like AirBnB or Uber.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to adapt the institution of administrative procedures to social relations that are formed with the use of digital technologies. The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digitalization on administrative procedures, taking into account the latest changes in the legal regulation of legal relations arising due to information and communication technologies. To achieve it within the framework of the system approach, a set of general scientific and special methods of cognition is used. The basis of the research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge of the phenomena of reality in their development and interrelationship. Achieving certain research objectives necessitated the use of such methods as: formal-logical (dogmatic), system analysis, structural-functional, and others, which made it possible to comprehensively investigate problematic aspects of the implementation of administrative procedures in digital form. Both normative acts defining the basics of legal relations in digital form and normative acts regulating administrative procedures were analyzed. Aspects of electronic identification of subjects of administrative procedures are disclosed. It is emphasized that the digitization of administrative procedures allows to significantly simplify and speed up procedural activities as a result of ensuring the receipt of reliable information through information and communication systems, which is necessary to establish the actual circumstances of an administrative case. It was emphasized that at present the electronic form of administrative procedures cannot be without alternatives. In order to prevent indirect discrimination due to different possibilities of access to information and communication technologies for participation in administrative procedures, it is necessary to implement a set of measures aimed at overcoming "digital inequality".

The aftermath of the 2008 crisis has substantially increased the regulation of banks and insurance companies and curtailed their risk taking, which has shifted much of the risk to their clients: firms and consumers. At the same time, digitalization has encouraged the entry of new firms combining finance and technological innovation, a phenomenon known as FinTech. The emergence of non-bank financial entities has contributed to the fragmentation of financial services, and also opened up new markets. Furthermore, the growing emphasis on corporate social responsibility has made it increasingly important for financial organizations to care about their public image. Drawing together these diverse strands, this book examines how the financial sector is evolving and how the existing actors are adapting to the institutional change and to the challenges from new actors and competitors. It also addresses the issue of how financial organizations are providing fixes to the challenges at the systemic level and how a healthier, more diverse and socially responsible financial sector is beneficial to the operations of the market economy as a whole. While there are books that address each of these issues, and also books that look at organizational diversity, there are few that investigate their interconnectedness. Responsible Finance and Digitalization offers a topical overview of the changes that are taking place in the financial sector and how the financial sector itself can contribute to solving global challenges. It equips both students (at MBA and other levels) and practitioners with analytical tools to reflect on this change and to take appropriate action to ensure that their organization can successfully navigate it and create value.

The article discusses some aspects of the digitalization impact on labor relations. It is concluded that the digital economy could not but affect the labor legislation, since it is economic relations and the nature of labor organization that largely determine the content and specific nature of labor legislation. It is noted that many scientific materials on this issue affect only certain aspects of the digitalization of labor relations. This is largely due to the fact that the digital economy development process in Russia began somewhat later, and therefore the first works appeared only at the beginning of XX century. However, there is already a reason to conduct a comprehensive study of the problem at the moment. The authors offer to start by highlighting some trends in the development of labor law that are caused by the digital economy. It seems that further work shall be carried out with the definition of trends to identify the risks of digital changes and develop the most optimal proposals for legislation. Based on the trend consideration results, their positive or negative impact on labor relations is noted. It is noted that digitalization opens up new opportunities for the organization of labor and employment, but it carries a huge number of threats to the stability of labor relations at the same time.

The construction industry is one of the least digitally advanced industries. Although the industry is project-based, a project-level assessment of digitalization is lacking. The aim of this paper is to develop a digitalization index to assess the degree of digitalization of construction projects. Relying on the outcomes of a workshop with 11 participants and questionnaire responses from 113 site managers in Sweden, four activities; visualized drawings and three-dimensional (3D) models on sites; updated drawings, models, and system documents; created and updated work disposition plans; and updated time resource plans were selected, and a digitalization index enabling a simple assessment of the degree of digitalization of construction projects was constructed based on the degree of digitalization of the data management processes involved in these four activities. The approach to determine the digitalization index was demonstrated in a case study of a new construction project. For future studies, an accurate and simple assessment of the degree of digitalization of projects should increase the opportunities to study the association between the degree of digitalization and project performance. With longitudinal assessments, digitalization trends in the construction industry can be reported. ; Funding: strategic innovation program, Smart Built Environment - Vinnova (Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems); Formas (Swedish Government Research Council for Sustainable Development); Energimyndigheten (Swedish Energy Agency)Swedish Energy Agency
