Die präsentierte Methode stellt eine Weiterentwicklung des Ritzprozesses dar. Das Ritzwerkzeug wird dabei aus einem Schleifwerkzeug herausgearbeitet. Somit wird der Einfluss der Bindung bei der Analyse des Einsatzverhaltens berücksichtigt. Das Belastungskollektiv je Schleifkorn wird damit bestimmt und für die zukünftige Auslegung von Schleifwerkzeugen genutzt.
 
The presented method represents an advancement of the scratching process. The grain is attached to the scratching tool, which is manufactured on the basis of a real grinding wheel. Thus, the influence of the bond on the chip formation and wear behavior at the grain level is taken into account. A realistic single grain load can be determined and used for the design of grinding tools.

A pure divergent dislocation involving the index and middle finger carpometacarpal joints is an extremely rare injury. We present a case of 21-year-old military man, victim of a motor vehicle accident, admitted at the emergency department unable to move his left hand with major swelling. X-rays and CT scan showed a dorsal dislocation of second and palmar dislocation of the third carpometacarpal joints without associated fracture, In the Operating room under general anesthesia, patient underwent closed reduction and internal fixation with percutaneous K-Wires followed by cast immobilization during 6 weeks. Physiotherapy was started progressively after k-wires removal. At two months follow-up, results were excellent and patient has recovered all of his range of motion and hand activities, at one-year follow-up he was able to perform all military exercises such as pumping and climbing.

Objectives: To carry out an epidemiological study and to assess the evolutionary profile of patients with scaphoid non-union treated by anterior non-vascularized corticocancellous bone graft. Introduction: The non-union is a serious complication of carpal scaphoid fractures. Untreated, it leads to instability and osteoarthritis of the carp. The most used technique is that of Matti-Russe employing a corticocancellous graft. Materials and methods: We report in this retrospective study the experience of the department of Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology II, Mohamed V Military Hospital, Rabat, in the treatment of non-unions of the carpal scaphoid by anterior non-vascularized corticocancellous graft in nine cases collected between January 2012 and March 2016. We identified six cases of stage IIA and three cases of stage IIB. All our patients were operated by the Matti-Russian technique followed by an immobilization by plaster cast cuff on three months. Results: All our patients achieved a union within an average of three months. The Mayo Wrist score was excellent in 66.6% of cases. Our results were very satisfying in 90% of cases, satisfying in 10%. Conclusion: The treatment of non-unions of the carpal scaphoid without necrosis or osteoarthritis, using anterior non-vascularized bone graft remains the most widely used technique. The presence of initial instability is a factor of poor prognosis, its correction reduces the risk of arthritis.

Gamma nail closed osteosynthesis has surpassed several methods previously used in the treatment of fractures in the trochanteric region. The objective of the research was to carry out an epidemiological study and to assess the evolutionary profile of patients with per-trochanteric fracture treated with gamma nail. Materials and methods. In this retrospective study, we report the experience of the Traumatology-Orthopedics Service II of the Military Teaching Hospital Mohamed V-Rabat, in the treatment of per-trochanteric fractures by gamma nail in 100 cases, collected between January 2011 and March 2016. Results. The average age of our patients was 68 years, with a male predominance of 67%. The most reported etiology (92% of cases) was simple drop. Stable fractures were the most common (81%), with a predominance of simple per-trochanteric fractures. The average response time was 24 hours, the average duration of the surgical procedure was 45 minutes. The rate of infectious complications was 1%; the rate of mechanical complications was 1%. The functional results were excellent and good in 95% of cases. The average consolidation time was 8 weeks. Conclusions. Trochanteric fracture is a delayed emergency which is seen primarily in the elderly. The gamma nail represents one of the latest improvements in implants for the treatment of these fractures. We report a series of 100 cases of trochanteric fractures treated surgically by gamma nail. The functional results were very encouraging compared to those reported in the literature.
