is article displays two cases of resistance that question the predominant role of the State as the locus in which diverse social imaginaries are constructed. On the one hand, it deals with the case of Cabinda's Angolan enclave, where the border acts more as a channel than as a barrier, causing the transnational focus gains weight in front of the state. On the other hand, it deals with the emergency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States as a political forum for symbolic legitimation of the 'Latin American family'. Departing from the similarities and dierences that arise in these two circumstances, it is possible to analyze actions that diverge from the dominant International Relations explanation, which presents a dichotomy between the inside and the outside of borders, and in which the State is cast as the primary actor. ; En este artículo se muestran dos casos de resistencias que cuestionan el papel preponderante del Estado como locus en el que se construyen los diversos imaginarios sociales. Se aborda, por un lado, el caso del enclave angoleño de Cabinda, donde la frontera actúa más como 'canal' que como barrera, lo que hace que la dimensión transnacional gane peso ante lo estatal y, por otro lado, la emergencia de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (Celac), como foro político de legitimación simbólica de la 'familia latinoamericana'. A partir de las similitudes y diferencias que surgen en estos dos escenarios es posible analizar acciones que se apartan de la explicación dominante de las Relaciones Internacionales, que presenta una dicotomía entre el adentro y el afuera de las fronteras y donde se coloca al Estado como actor principal. ; Neste artigo mostram-se dois casos de resistências que questionam o papel preponderante do Estado como locus em que se constroem os diversos imaginários sociais. Este artículo contiene 16 páginas, 5 figuras, 1 tabla. ; In pigs, ejaculate is expelled in fractions, mainly the sperm-rich fraction (SRF) and the post-SRF (PSRF), which differ in both sperm content and origin. In addition, intra-ejaculate variability between fractions in terms of sperm reproductive characteristics has been previously reported, the highest sperm quality being observed in the first 10 mL of the SRF (SRF-P1). As seminal plasma (SP) composition has been purported to influence sperm physiology, the aim of this study was to profile pig SP metabolite composition and to find putative differences between the ejaculate portions (SRF-P1, the rest of SRF [SRF-P2], PSRF) and entire ejaculate (EE). To this end, ejaculates (n = 8, one per boar) were collected in fractions and SP was analyzed using 1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy. We identified 19 metabolites present in all ejaculate portions and the EE, and reported correlations between the metabolites. Additionally, and for the first time in mammals, we found intra-ejaculate variability in the SP metabolites, observing different relative abundances in choline, glycerophosphocholine and glycine. Regarding their influence in sperm physiology, we hypothesize that these metabolites may explain the specific reproductive characteristics of each ejaculate portion. The creation of the Integral General Medicine specialty and the doctor's and nurse's family Program it was a political decision of the Cuban state, from the Commandant's idea in Boss Fidel Castro Ruz. A new concept it was made, the generality became into a specialty: the integral general medicine, a concept associated to the idea of the family's doctor. It was carried out a wide bibliographical revision in printed books and databases of available scientific bibliographies (BVS-BIREME, PubMed, LILACS, SciELO, EBSCO) as well as in Academic Google with the objective of get deeper in the history of the Integral General Medicine specialty from the perspective and the Commandant's thought in Boss Fidel Castro Ruz. It could verify that the Integral General Medicine specialty was created with the objective of creating a different kind of doctor, capable to catch up with new levels of health and to offer the population bigger satisfaction. It exists an insufficient knowledge and an insufficient bibliography where the history of the emergence of the Integral General Medicine as a specialty. ; La creación de la especialidad Medicina General Integral y del Programa del médico y la enfermera de la familia fue una decisión política del Estado cubano, a partir de la idea del Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz. Se creó un nuevo concepto, se convirtió la generalidad en una especialidad: la Medicina General Integral, un concepto asociado a la idea del médico de la familia. Se realizó una amplia revisión bibliográfica en libros impresos y en las bases de datos de bibliografías científicas disponibles (BVS-BIREME, PubMed, LILACS, SciELO, EBSCO) y en Google Académico con el objetivo de profundizar en la historia de la especialidad de Medicina General Integral desde la perspectiva y el pensamiento del Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz. Se pudo constatar que la especialidad Medicina General Integral Integral fue creada con el objetivo de formar un médico diferente capaz de alcanzar nuevos niveles de salud y brindar mayor satisfacción a la población. Existe insuficiente conocimiento y bibliografía en la que se desarrolle la historia del surgimiento de la Medicina General Integral como especialidad.

"Introduction: The incidence of cardiorespiratory arrest (CRA) in aircraft is estimated at one per 5-10 million flights. The early initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can double or quadruple survival rates after CRA, and is associated with a better prognosis in terms of decreased brain damage and better quality of life. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effectiveness of basic CPR procedures carried out by the flight crew in a clinical simulation performed in a real environment, during the landing of a military training flight. Methodology: The clinical simulation was carried out with 20 members, grouped in ten pairs, of the Méndez Parada Military Parachuting School at the Alcantarilla Air Base (Murcia, Spain). At an altitude of approximately 1,100 feet, each pair simulated CPR on a Little Anne® manikin fitted with a SimPad® PLUS. The results obtained were recorded by SkillReporter ™. Results: The mean duration of the procedure was approximately five minutes. During the flights, the compression depth achieved with CPR was correct in only six of the ten cases. In only one case was the "patient" checked for consciousness and respiration. In 50% of the simulations, the forehead-chin manoeuvre was not performed (i.e., the airway was not opened). Conclusions: The lack of standard recommendations in current guidelines on CPR during aircraft landing may provoke discrepancies in the management of this critical situation and reduce the quality of the treatment provided.
