Fiscal officer carry out their activity in accordance with the Constitution, the Civil Servants Statute, the Organization and Functioning Regulations of the institution they are part of, and other norms regulating the taxpayers assistance activity. They must exercise their service duties with integrity and professionalism, ensure that taxpayer' rights are respected, avoid slippage in the abuse of law. On this line, the Code of Ethics of the Fiscal Officer, which regulates principles and establishes objectives aimed at increasing the confidence in the fiscal authority, has been adopted.

Human and social vulnerability in the face of the pandemic once again raises the question of knowledge and of the two key dimensions of the individual (rationality and responsibility) framed in the various relationships they establish (with nature, with other individuals, with state institutions etc.). These become relationships of knowledge and awareness concerning the facts and laws of social-state organization. Being aware that the pandemic crisis left its mark on all areas of life, changing the nature of human relations, affecting the benchmarks of values, and requiring a review of the foundations of social organization, we believe it necessary to assess the current situation through a systemic approach aimed at identifying the benchmarks of the balance between individuality and sociality. Thanks to the assessment of the interdependencies between the individual and the social, the following objectives were addressed: to define the changes caused by the pandemic and analyze the social processes; to validate the decisions taken by the authorities from a logical, praxeological and axiological point of view; to emphasize the importance of norms and principles in the social organization; to determine the role of social actors in overcoming the crisis, and to assess how social relations have evolved under pandemic conditions. Therefore, the present article, applying an interdisciplinary methodology to the pandemic crisis, aims to evaluate, understand and raise awareness of the situation and its impact on the social and human situation, where solidarity, rationality, and human responsibility are being reassessed.

In the content of this article, we discuss the issue of trans-systemic legal education, with the purpose to identify the milestones of remodeling the socio-professional profile of the lawyer, employed by the law institutions. Drawing on the rule of law, we point out a two-way relationship, of reciprocity between the state (with all its institutions, in which officials, specialists work) and the person, as a citizen, and a member of civil society. The analyzes emphasize the need to implement reforms not only of a political, economic, or legal nature that will address the challenges and problems faced by the state, the law, and the citizen but also to some of an educational-systemic nature. We aim to capitalize on a dimension, not at all simple, of the contemporary human being, who not only attends to -normalization* (which would mean excluding a minimum of normality; outside social norms) and the acculturation of society, but as a participant, actively involved, which promotes or deepens the process, even neglecting oneself, his or her personal security, but also surrounding ones.

Abstract
This essay examines the perspectives on food, cooking and commensality offered by three highly dissimilar works: Virginia Woolf's novel To the Lighthouse (1927), Peter Greenaway's film The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover (1989) and, as a cultural foil for the two British works, a Chinese film, Wong Kar-Wai's In the Mood for Love (2000). Food or eating is not the central topic of any of them, save Greenaway's film. Rather, their common denominator is the interplay of visuality and its implicit or explicit social reference, for all three works engage, however differently, with the class differential entailed in scenes featuring food or eating. I use Edmund Husserl's phenomenological concept of orientation – amended in intersectional terms – to examine the cook figures and instances of representing food or eating in the three works. My working hypothesis is that such representations may reveal both the permanent negotiation of cultural values attached to culinary practices, including to the agents involved, and what they conceal socially.

Abstract
An unpublished piece of prose in the style of Romanian writer Urmuz has rekindled my interest in absurdist writings and/or absurd cases which, in Romanian culture, are associated with the likes of Urmuz, Caragiale or Ionesco. I will ponder here, with the aid of the aforementioned authors and also by comparing their work with Lewis Carroll's, the absurdist spirit of certain Romanian literary and dramatic pieces, or only of certain scenes therein, to propose a typology of the absurd as distinct from satire (the latter often a companion piece to the former). Mine is an investigation that crisscrosses texts, cultures and ages more than it offers an in-depth analysis by recourse to concepts and theories; asks questions more than it offers answers; plays more than it does sober research; and laughs – lest it should weep.

Eastern Partnership is an initiative of consolidation and deepening of cooperation between European Union and six partner states form Eastern Europe and South Caucasus: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The cooperation with Eastern Partnership states is founded on two dialog frameworks: bilateral (signing and implementing the association agreement, creating a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, the liberalization of visa regime) and multilateral (it is implemented throughout specialized platforms and initiatives).
In this article, the author sets the objective to approach multilaterally the position of Republic of Moldova throughout the set of perspectives and opportunities of political, economic and social integration in the European community, outlining specifically that Republic of Moldova has achieved the main objectives that were agreed on in Prague in 2009:signing the Association Agreement with EU, The Agreement of Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area and implementing the liberalization of visa regime in Schengen area for the owners of biometric passports.
The author's opinion states that the topicality of this study lies in evaluation of the potential of Republic of Moldova to perceive the impact of this European initiative of foreign policy and to value the membershipwithin the Eastern Partnership for the perspective of integration in European Union.

The electoral system includes an overview of juridical, articulated and prioritized norms, having as object of regulation the right to choose deputies and senators in representative bodies of power, the right to be chosen in these bodies and, in those cases where such a possibility is provided, the right to revoke the elected ones, as well as the principles of ballot, the organization, the elections and the establishment of voting results. Person's political emancipation, watched in geographical, social and historical plan, marked a higher level in the improvement of humanity, becoming one of the basic pieces of social and human values.

Abstract
A geopark is a complex protected area, combining time scales, nature, culture, man and Earth. Since its creation, Hațeg Geopark uses an innovative approach on community involvement based not only on the tangible culture, but also on the intangible heritage, geographical information, myths and beliefs. The Geopark uses popular geographical knowledge to map the local space perception, to investigate the imaginative geographies and to capture the memory of the communities. This data, combined with scientific facts, forms the Interpretation Strategy of the region. The aim of this study is to show the theoretical framework of working with popular geographical knowledge and its practical uses in heritage interpretation: strategy, infrastructure, identity and perpetuated cultural values.

The anti-communist armed resistance that occurred as a disparate and heterogeneous movement in Romania from 1944 until 1962 became a highly politicized topic after 1989. Some interpreted this history as an element of the national resistance against Soviet occupation and the ensuing forced communization. Others demonized the partisans (or at least minimized their role) and presented them as outlaws, fascists, and criminals. This essay analyzes the armed resistance and its place within the politics of memory from three interrelated perspectives: 1) as lived experience in the context of post-World War II emergence of communism; 2) it takes a concretely localized perspective; and 3) analyzes these lived experiences as they have been presented in autobiographical accounts heavily influenced by post-1989 anti-communist rhetoric. The article concludes that multiple histories of repression and resistance have so far tended to be incorporated in a master narrative and argues that an approach emphasizing localized lived experience may offer an alternative interpretative framework.

The purpose of this article is twofold: to provide a critical account of the Piteşti experiment and its significance within the history of Romanian Communism and to examine current public disputes relative to memorializing the Piteşi experiment that concern issues of legitimacy, collective memory, and identity construction. The main argument pursued here is that within the recent postcommunist politics of memory, one major prevailing trend is to reincorporate a nationalist ideology within a postcommunist rhetoric. This leads to the conclusion that such mnemonic practices indicate a strong relationship between collective memory and political culture.
