Objective: to know the contributions of Therapeutic Residential Service in the process of reconstruction of law and subjectivity of the subjects, ex hospitalized people of the psychiatric hospital. Methods: The study was descriptive and exploratory with qualitative methodology approach. Data collection was conducted in 2010 with 16 residents of Therapeutic Residential Services in the city of Caxias do Sul / RS. Results: The residents of the therapeutic residential are subjects protagonists of their stories and have the opportunity to produce their subjectivity in different contacts provided by the experience in residential and society. The human and material resources available on site to provide the residents the exercise and enjoyment of citizenship, and ensuring law and protection aimed to people in psychological distress. Conclusion: psychosocial reconstructs the subject who was institutionalized and the therapeutic residential appears as one of the main tools of this process.
Objective: Knowing the technologies of the working process predominant in the relationships between professionals and users with sights to reach the comprehensiveness. Method: It is a qualitative study performed with 26 professionals of a Psychosocial Care Unit - Centro de Atenção Psicossocial - (CAPS) in a municipality of the Rio Grande do Sul state, during October 2006. The data were collected by means of a semi-structured interview and, subsequently, subjected to the thematic analysis. Results: The soft, soft-hard and hard technologies are present in the CAPS daily practices, being that the welcoming, bond and listening were identified as being soft ones; the structured skills as being soft-hard ones and the medical charts and the psychotropic drugs as being hard ones. Conclusion: The use of technologies in the CAPS working process might be mixed with comprehensiveness as the relationship between the health care staff and users is configured in an interactive space.
Este estudo é uma revisão integrativa da literatura, que analisou a produção científica acerca da audição de vozes e os fatores relacionados em população adulta não psiquiátrica. Incluiu artigos originais publicados até 2018 nas bases de dados eletrônicas: Sci-Verse Scopus; Web of Science; PubMed e LILACS. Adotaram-se os termos: "voice hearing" OR "voice hearer" OR "voice hearers" OR "hearing voices" como estratégia de busca, resgatando-se 1029 títulos. Identificaram-se 44 artigos para leitura na íntegra, 18 preencheram os critérios para inclusão. Evidências disponíveis mostraram uma variação de 0,8 a 41% de audição de vozes em populações não psiquiátricas. Observou-se que a audição de vozes, assim como outras experiências reconhecidas como psicóticas são vivenciadas por muitas pessoas, com intensidades, frequências e repercussões diferentes na vida de cada uma. Níveis de ansiedade, depressão e trauma na infância, em especial abuso sexual, têm sido discutidos como potenciais fatores relacionados. A presença marcante na literatura do fator traumático como preditor dessas experiências ressalta a necessidade, e evidencia a urgência da superação dos enquadramentos sintomáticos para construção de explicações mais individualizadas para o fenômeno de acolhimento e escuta das histórias de vida em sua singularidade. Além disso, possibilita vislumbrar ações precoces para prevenção de trauma na infância como possível intervenção protetora.
Objective: To evaluate the challenges and the potentialities of the network of mental health from the Family Health Strategy. Methods: It is a descriptive and exploratory study, with qualitative methodological approach. The data collection occurred in the period of April to May 2012 in Family Health Units in the city of Pelotas/ RS. There were performed semi-structured interviews with six managers, which were recorded and transcribed verbatim. Results: The challenges are highlighted by: lack of support from management, excessive use of psychotropic drugs, some professionals do not know their users and lack of communication on the network. The potentialities are: the recognition of the involvement of professionals with the actions of mental health and the concern of managers with the practices of mental health within their services. Conclusion: The care involves many social actors that need to work in network to mitigate the challenges and strengthen the potential to affect the care.
Objective: to know the developed strategies by crack users to deal with arising risks of drug consumption. Method: qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study. Data collection occurred in 2011, in a downtown city of Rio Grande do Sul, with five users of crack who made use of the drug for at least one year. Data was recollected through semi structured interview with the aid of a recorder. Results: the main risks pointed to crack users are psychological and physical. To reduce the risks, they mentioned the individual use, keep the self-care, condom use, marijuana after crack use, the control of quantity of drug used and pipe care. Conclusion: the most part of users knows the risks that come with the drug consumption, but not everyone adopts strategies of harm reduction.
Objetivo: analisar as implicações psicossociais decorrentes da pandemia da COVID-19, relatadas em atendimento online, pela ótica dos conceitos de biopoder, biopolítica e de governamentalidade de Michel Foucault. Método: pesquisa qualitativa do tipo documental, com a análise dos registros de prontuários de usuários atendidos em um chat de escuta terapêutica, entre abril e outubro de 2020. Resultados: os dados foram organizados em duas temáticas: Governamentalidade na pandemia de COVID-19 e a produção de implicações psicossociais de ansiedade e medo e Disciplinarizações e sujeições na pandemia de COVID-19: subjetividades marcadas pela tristeza e angústia. A primeira demonstra que a "arte de governar" no Brasil produziu instabilidades e incertezas que influenciaram na produção do medo da contaminação/morte/e não acesso ao tratamento e ansiedade. Na segunda temática, percebe-se como o controle disciplinar e a regulamentação biopolítica se combinam. No Brasil, um país extremamente desigual, tem-se produzido sujeição e subjetividades marcadas pela angústia, sentimentos de desânimo e tristeza. Conclusão: os processos excludentes foram aprofundados na pandemia, com exercício de uma biopolítica que precariza a vida e produz sofrimento psíquico. ; Objective: to analyze the psychosocial implications arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, reported in online service, from the perspective of Michel Foucault's concepts of biopower, biopolitics and governmentality. Method: qualitative documental research, with analysis of medical records of users assisted in a therapeutic listening chat, between April and October 2020. Results: the data were organized into two themes: Governmentality in the COVID-19 pandemic and the production of psychosocial implications of anxiety and fear and Discipline and subjection in the COVID-19 pandemic: subjectivities marked by sadness and anguish. The first demonstrates that the "art of governing" in Brazil produced instabilities and uncertainties that influenced the production of fear of contamination/death/and non-access to treatment and anxiety. In the second theme, we can see how disciplinary control and biopolitical regulation are combined. In Brazil, an extremely unequal country, subjectivity and subjectivities marked by anguish, feelings of discouragement and sadness have been produced. Conclusion: the exclusionary processes were deepened in the pandemic, with the exercise of a biopolitics that makes life precarious and produces psychological distress. ; Objetivo: analizar las implicaciones psicosociales derivadas de la pandemia de la COVID-19, relatadas en el servicio online, desde la perspectiva de los conceptos de biopoder, biopolítica y gubernamentalidad de Michel Foucault. En Brasil, país sumamente desigual, se han producido subjetividades y subjetividades marcadas por la angustia, sentimientos de desánimo y tristeza. Conclusión: los procesos de exclusión se profundizaron en la pandemia, con el ejercicio de una biopolítica que precariza la vida y produce sufrimiento psíquico.
Objective: The study aims to understand the perceptions of workers of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) on staff meetings. Methods: Study of qualitative approach, using the methodological theoretical evaluation of the fourth generation. The data were collected in a Santa Catarina's CAPS in 2006, 2011 and 2014 through semistructured interviews, field observations and data recycling groups. Results: The daily frequency of spaces of team meetings enables a process of interaction in which knowledge and information is shared, and the group democratically decides the necessary referrals and plan together the next actions taking co-responsibilities over safety in the work process. Conclusion: Team meetings are considered a strategic space for workers to organize the work process.
