This scientific article is devoted to the identification of current problems of legislative regulation of priority areas of innovative activity in Ukraine and development of proposals for their solution. It emphasized the need for rapid development of the state program of objectives for forecasting the scientific, technological and innovative development of Ukraine for 2023-2032, which will contribute to the formation of financial opportunities for the development of the national innovation system. Arguments are given that increasing the level of innovative development of Ukraine in the war and post-war period will contribute to: simplification of review and agreement procedures; aligning the content of legislative acts regulating the determination of priority areas of innovative activity; operational development of the state target program, which would determine the most promising directions for the development of scientific, technological and innovative activities. The obtained results allow us to conclude on the expediency of deploying a single national strategy for the development of innovative activity, which would allow clearly defining its objectives, priorities, resources, mechanisms of implementation and control, etc., as well as the "Strategic plan for overcoming the economic crisis in Ukraine for 2023-2025".

Using general scientific methods such as cognition and reflection of legal philosophy, the article is devoted to the study of peculiarities of legal protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care in Ukraine. In this connection, the definition of orphanhood is formulated, as well as the socio-legal protection of children, the main stages of the socio-legal protection of children are defined, the general principles of ensuring the family rights of children in the system of their protection are established. It was also emphasized that the social and legal protection of orphans and children left without parental care should take into account the state approach and take place in the conditions of a new adoptive, foster and adoptive family. It is concluded that, the optimization of state activities in this area lies in the formation of an effective system, the basis of which is the mechanism of socially coordinated interaction of regional authorities and society as a whole.

The purpose of study is to develop scientifically based recommendations for introducing amendments and additions to existing legislation, as well as the development of new regulatory legal acts and measures, aimed at systematic counteraction to criminal offences against human health. In paper have been used a systematically structural method (to investigate the concept of harm to human health). Using the statistical method by degree of coverage of units a one-time statistical questionnaire (statistical observation of a certain part of the units of the statistical population based on the principles of voluntariness of responses and the possibility of incomplete return from respondents of filled statistical forms) was held. The results of the study the following points are proposed: to consider the protection of human life and body at the international level to be interconnected associated categories forming an organic unity, which require equivalent protection; to modify an existing criminal legislation in terms of criminal offences against health of a person; to offer a range of proposals to detail signs of bodily injury and take them into account during the developing of new Rules of forensic medical determining the severity of bodily harm.

The aim of the research is the reflection of law as a postmodernist cultural phenomenon, the methodological analysis of understanding simulating reality of law, the corporeity of law and its verbal structures in the interaction conceptual field. The nature of law in post-non-classical cultural space has changed significantly, has gained relativity, dynamism, and has expanded subject's opportunity. The hermeneutic procedure of law performance features democratic character, it is designed for public use, which is free from power dictatorship and able to understand the reality vie the algorithm of access, creativity and participation. The advanced visualized culture actively forms the concept of new personal freedoms – the freedom of consumption, freedom of use, freedom of self-expression and self-realization. Perhaps, it is this feature of individual and public opinion that makes it possible to develop law and the triumph of legal justice on the whole.

The authors of the research focus on the role and significance of values in forming the basis for the information security of a modern democratic state. In the course of the research, the authors applied general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, analogy, etc.), philosophical methods (dialectical, hermeneutic), and special legal methods (normative-analytical). Information security includes not only the protection of information resources of the society, state and people, but also ensures the preservation of value aspects, historical memory, cultural traditions, and a particular people's specific national way of life. The most important objective of information society institutions is the protection of the country's information sovereignty. Information wars are the continuation of economic, political, as well as cultural and religious conflicts on our planet. In this research, the authors come to the conclusion that one of the aspects of information wars is value confrontation. That is why it is necessary to consider information security not only in the legal, communication-technical and political aspects but also in the axiological context. ; Los autores de la investigación se centran en el papel y la importancia de los valores para formar la base de la seguridad de la información de un estado democrático moderno. En el curso de la investigación, los autores aplicaron métodos científicos generales (análisis, síntesis, analogía, etc.), métodos filosóficos (dialécticos, hermenéuticos) y métodos legales especiales (normativo-analíticos). La seguridad de la información incluye no solo la protección de los recursos de información de la sociedad, el estado y las personas, sino que también garantiza la preservación de los aspectos de valor, la memoria histórica, las tradiciones culturales y la forma de vida nacional específica de un pueblo en particular. El objetivo más importante de las instituciones de la sociedad de la información es la protección de la soberanía de la información del país. Las guerras de información son la continuación de conflictos económicos, políticos, culturales y religiosos en nuestro planeta. En esta investigación, los autores llegan a la conclusión de que uno de los aspectos de las guerras de información es la confrontación de valores. Es por eso que es necesario considerar la seguridad de la información no solo en los aspectos legales, de comunicación, técnicos y políticos, sino también en el contexto axiológico.
