Abstract : This study aims to find out the effect of financial literacy and knowledge capital market on intention to invest in Islamic stock exchange. Our study employed a quantitative method using survey techniques. Samples of this study were ninety-four students randomly selected from two departments of Islamic economy and banking within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business of State University of Islamic Studies Datokarama Palu, Indonesia. Our study found that financial literacy variables and knowledge of the capital market have a positive and significant effect on the students' interest in the Islamic capital market. Financial literacy played a more dominant role compared to the knowledge on the capital market variable. Our study highlighted an important point is that attracting a new generation in the Islamic capital market requires more attention from government and education institutions to provide them with sufficient knowledge and literacy of capital market and financial. Future studies need to study a better way to provide the young generation with financial literacy and capital market knowledge.

The growth of the area of coffee plantations continues to increase every year. Therefore, it needs to be supported by the readiness of postharvest technology that is suitable to produce the quality coffee beans. This activity aims to establish a business unit for the Production Center of Postharvested Coffee Technology (PCPCT). This unit business produces and sells the postharvested coffee machines. The method of implementing the activities starts from the establishment of business unit institutions, provision of raw materials, production processes, and the final product marketing. The results of the activity indicate that PCPCT was successfully formed. Appropriate Technology Program (ATP) has been implemented in such way until producing a mobile coffee bean peeling machine (pulper) system, a coffee ore washing machine, a mobile coffee bean peeling machine system, and a coffee bean sorting machine with a vibration mechanism (huller). The product marketing mechanism runs through media brochures, internet websites, and showrooms in the exhibition venues.

Abstract Immigration or refugee was matter that always been exist in human civilization. Since the motive to get better life, free from fear and treat. To response the problems international community through United Nations released Convention 1951 regarding to Status of Refugee. Other hand, Indonesia as transit state provide legal instrument as legal instruction for related institutions in handling illegal immigrant/refugee problems. This article described about Immigration Office at Malang on Handling of Illegal Immigrant/refugee based on Indonesia's regulation compare to Convention 1951 regarding to status of refugee.Key words: immigrant, refugee, immigrant office at Malang, Covention 1951 Abstrak Pengungsi merupakan suatu persoalan yang akan selalu ada dalam perkembangan peradaban manusia, karena persoalan pengungsi berlatar belakang naluriah manusia untuk mencari kehidupan yang lebih baik, baik dari aspek ekonomi, politik, keamanan dsb. Indonesia sebagai Negara yang terletak pada posisi silang dunia menjadi tempat strategis untuk transit para pengungsi, terutama para pengungsi/imigran gelap. Di satu pihak dalam konteks internasional telah ada suatu standart dalam memperlakukan pengungsi melalui Konvensi 1951 tentang Status Pengungsi. Part 2: Adoption and Diffiusion ; International audience ; Adoption and implementation of e-government within local government organizations are influenced by many external factors. These factors are often perceived as forces or pressures that influence local government decisions to adopt and implement the initiatives. This study uses the concept of coercive force from institutional theory to explain those external pressures influencing e-government adoption and implementation within a local government in Bali province in Indonesia. An interpretive case study approach is adopted to empirically understand the external pressures on local government adoption and implementation of e-government. Our findings show that four institutional external forces, central government, regulations, local citizens and limitation in financial resources, have strongly influenced the regency to adopt and implement e-government systems to improve their administration and services performance.

Researchers in electronic government have indicated a number of organizational barriers that hinder the adoption and implementation of electronic government. This paper proposes a research framework for analysing how organizational barriers influence the adoption and implementation of e-government at local levels. The framework is constructed based on four organizational dimensions; adaptability, involvement, mission, and bureaucracy drawn from organizational theories and e-government literature. We found that organizational barriers which are identified in major e-government literature link to the dimensions of organizational culture and effectiveness. Our conclusion is that the framework is relevant to understand organizational barriers influencing adoption and implementation of local e-government. The limitation of this study is that the framework has been developed based on the application of a theoretical lens on the e-government literature. It is now necessary to test this model in different contexts.

International audience ; This paper describes research in progress to explore the role of culture in adoption of e-government at local government levels. The majority of research in electronic government highlighted cultural issues but they do not identify specific cultural traits influencing e-government adoption and use. From our literature review we identified four major cultural traits; adaptability, involvement, mission, and bureaucratic, that is explored in this research. Based on these cultural traits and other cultural issues surrounding the adoption of e-government, we develop a framework to explore the role of culture in adopting and using e-government systems at local government organizations. Evidences suggest that the adoption of e-government at local levels is either mandatory or voluntary which is followed by supportive policies from central governments. Our conclusion is that during the adoption process, the cultural traits contribute to the adoption and use of e-government systems.

The presence of information technology in web-based digital mapping, especially using the Google API, has helped various parties make decisions regarding mapping to find out the distribution of various objects. Bidikmisi scholarship recipients are a group of university students who receive fundings Indonesian government every year. They come from various regions and economic backgrounds. However, the distribution of origin of students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarships has never been investigated accurately. As a result, information related to the geographical distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, both from an economic point of view and the quality of their education, has not yet been mapped. This study, therefore, developed a geographic information system (GIS) application based on google API to map the distribution of students receiving Bidikmisi scholarship based on region and economic geography. Data were gathered through surveys and interviews with experts and stakeholders from the State Islamic University of Datokarama Palu, Indonesia, to obtain information regarding the GIS design and also the criteria for Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. The results of the study show that 305 students received the scholarship from twelve regencies in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The origins of the students were successfully mapped throughout the province. Our study helped universities, especially in the field of student affairs and the Quality Assurance Department, to monitor the distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. Our study can be used as a reference in making quick and accurate decisions in future scholarship distribution.

This research explores Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and financial governance by using firm size as a control variable. In particular, this study provides empirical evidence that firm size is a control variable. The sample in this research is companies in the Hotel and Tourism sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2018. Data analysis using panel data. The results revealed that of the five proposed hypotheses, only two were accepted. The results show that company size does not fully control the independent variable in this research.

COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system in humans and spreads rapidly. The government has taken various ways to reduce the rate of transmission of COVID-19, including by providing a COVID-19 information center that can be accessed by anyone, but there is no grouping of regional zones with high to low COVID-19 cases. Therefore, a clustering process system for the spread of COVID-19 is needed so that it is able to provide information on clusters of COVID-19 distribution areas in Aceh with the highest case zone (red zone), medium case zone (yellow zone), and low case zone (green zone). The steps carried out in this study using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm are collecting data (input data), conducting the clustering process (determining the number of clusters, weighting rank, maximum iteration and epsilon), displaying clustering results. In this study, the authors collected COVID-19 data from 23 districts/cities in Aceh using 6 variables consisting of confirmed, in care, healed, died, suspected, and probable. The results of the clustering study on the spread of COVID-19 are as follows: One district/city in cluster 1 (red zone), the four districts/cities in cluster 2 (yellow zone), eighteen districts/cities in cluster 3 (green zone). Based on the results of this study, the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm can be used and applied properly in clustering the spread of COVID-19 in the Province of Aceh.

This paper discussed about the social solidarity that exists between local people and Bugis-Makassar trader in Oeteta, Futuleu District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This paper is to answer the question of how the solidarity between them intertwined, and how does the Bugis-Makassar trader agree in Oeteta ?, and what are the forms of social solidarity between them? To answer that, the research method used is qualitative. The research location is in Oeteta Village, Futuleu District, Kupang Regency. In general, this paper discusses the social solidarity in the village of Oeteta due to community awareness of changes and improvements in life. Therefore between the locals and the Bugis-Makassar merchants, they worked hand in hand to join forces. Likewise, Bugis-Makassar traders are good at adjusting or regulating with local residents so that a sense of solidarity arises between them. As forms of social solidarity between local residents and Bugis-Makassar traders can be seen in the social, economic and religious fields.

This study aims to provide an overview of the transparency of village financial management in Pulau Morotai Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken by using a purposive sampling method, involving 440 respondents, and spread in 88 villages in Pulau Morotai Regency. Data processing techniques used descriptive statistics with a class interval approach. The results show that the indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities, implementation of government affairs are still dominated by the head of the village who has the authority for village financial management. Indicators of budget disclosure show relatively the same as indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities. The indicators of information availability indicate that the accessibility of public information in villages located in the subdistrict capital is relatively good. In contrast, the last indicator, integrity assurance, shows that data validity still being a problem in the village planning process. This study also discusses the implications as well as suggestions for future studies.

Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan 440 responden, dan tersebar di 88 desa di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan interval kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kejelasan peran dan tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan masih didominasi oleh kepala desa yang memiliki kewenangan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Indikator pengungkapan anggaran menunjukkan relatif sama dengan indikator kejelasan peran dan tanggung jawab. Indikator ketersediaan informasi menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas informasi publik di desa-desa yang berada di ibukota kecamatan relatif baik. Sebaliknya, indikator terakhir, jaminan integritas, menunjukkan bahwa validitas data masih menjadi masalah dalam proses perencanaan desa. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
