Creación de un espacio psíquico durante el embarazo en tiempos de crisis ; Creation of a psychic space during the pregnancy during a crisis
El propósito de este trabajo es presentar algunos resultados de la investigación "Transformaciones en las representaciones paternas", que consistió en un estudio exploratorio llevado a cabo con cuarenta y una madres que cursaban, en promedio, el séptimo mes de embarazo y concurrían a sus controles prenatales en un hospital público del Gran Buenos Aires. La investigación fue realizada en los meses de noviembre-diciembre del año 2001, momentos en los que reinaba una profunda crisis político social en nuestro país. Las entrevistas llevadas a cabo permitieron escuchar a las mujeres embarazadas, y conocer el lugar que ocupaban los fantasmas y entretejidos imaginarios en este período crucial del desarrollo del bebé en el cuerpo de la madre, siendo éstos importantes factores de influencia sobre el mundo representacional del niño. En esta población encontramos una sumatoria de factores de riesgo psicosocial, que aumenta la "fragilidad o vulnerabilidad" materna con relación a la gestación y futura crianza de un niño. Si pensamos que el embarazo de por sí es un estado de vulnerabilidad, este puede ser aumentado por la presencia de otros factores de índole psicosocial que inciden en la construcción de las representaciones de hijo y de madre, creando un estado de desvalimiento y riesgo biopsíquico. Por último, se relatan dos experiencias que significaron una modificación del encuadre de investigación en función de las necesidades que surgían en un contexto de urgencia, relacionadas con la crisis social que se vivía en esos momentos. Se subraya la necesidad de crear un espacio de escucha y no caer en el desconocimiento de la incidencia de lo social, o seguir una lógica de segregación. ; The purpose of this work is to introduce the results of an exploratory study carried out with 41madres that studied in their seventh pregnancy month, who attendant to their prenatal controls in an state hospital located in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. The interviews where made on november-december, 2001. During this period the country was going through a deep political and social crisis. Due to the interviews we were able to listen to the pregnant women, and the place that occupied the ghosts and imaginary interwoven that take place during this crucial period of the baby's development in the mother's body. This are important factors that influence on the child's representational world. In this population we found a sumatoria of psychological and social risks factors that increase the maternal "fragility or vulnerability" connected to the gestation and to child's future upbringing. As the pregnancy is a vulnerable state by itself, it could be even increased by other psychosocial factors that influence in the construction of child's and mother's representations This produce a helplessness state and a biopsychological risk. At the end of the work, two cases presented that forced us to introduce changes in investigation led to the requirements of an urgency context, related to the social crisis of the moment. It's important to focus on the creation of a space where the patients could be listening and not to forget the influence of social factors neither making segregation.
