International audience ; Turkey-Iran multilateral relations and the internal political developments of the two countries are of crucial importance for the regional security and for Armenia. Taking into account the challenges that have emerged in the region over the course of the last century and the political changes, that generally affect the interstate relations of the two countries, it can be stated that they are fragile, but at the same time balanced.

New and narrowly specialized expert/analytic institutions were established in the last decade, which was prompted by geopolitical and regional developments, new conflicts, crises of different types and other problems, as well as the need to overcome barriers between practical politics and academic science, and to influence the decision-makers. International audience ; In foreign countries Armenology in general has a number of important functions for Armeniancy, but in some cases it is distorted and made to serve anti-Armenian and anti-Armenological purposes. Today there are such "Armenological" centers abroad whose activity is different from others and has an adverse context. They can be described as anti-Armenological or pseudo-Armenological centers since they are engaged in anti-Armenian, anti-scientific and anti-propaganda activities. Such institutions have been founded and operate in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and also in some other countries by their initiation and sponsorship. The main purpose of those centers is to serve their political anti-Armenian interest in the information area. Thus, anti-Armenian centers disguised under the name of "Armenological" have strategic meaning for Turkey.Taking into account that fact it should be mentioned that the real Armenological centers have great significance in conditions of current information warfare for unmasking and confronting the Turkish-Azerbaijani encroachments against Armenian history, culture and other fields of Armenology which is one of the important problems of contemporary Armenology. It concerns not only the protection of interests of Armenia and the Armenian Diaspora in the international sphere but also the informational security of the Armeniancy. Thus, as it is noted, the achievements of Armenology should become a reliable stronghold for the further strengthening of Armenian statehood and against anti-Armenian pseudoscience and propaganda.
National audience ; In the works of modern specialists of Diaspora studies an idea is often expressed that diaspora is not only a part of the people living in foreign countries that preserves to a certain extent the spiritual, cultural identity and strives to maintain ties with historical homeland, but first of all it also constitutes a supranational network that has a huge socio-cultural, socio-political, economic and intellectual potential. With this in mind, many countries have had a vast experience of benefiting from the knowledge of their diaspora's intellectual communities and activities of individuals that are highly regarded in government structures. National audience ; The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of modern Turkish think tanks. A number of geopolitical and economic factors have been identified as prerequisites for their development. It is shown that the history of Turkish think tanks goes back decades, and today they are considered to have a certain influence on real politics. This is due to the interest that government agencies have shown in them in recent years. The article touches upon the topics of think tanks and government relationships, HR and intellectual "products" issues.
International audience ; There are various visions of Turkey's future in the "camps" of influential Turkish parties and due to this the discussions round the multi-polar, contrary ideologies (neo-Ottomanism, neo-pan-Turkism, neo-Kemalism, Turkish Eurasianism) continue and are reflected in the social life in Turkey. Those new ideologies are also important for the success of the parties in the domestic political competition.
