English: A reason for this research is the 70th anniversary from the death of the first theorist of the reading Nicolas A. Roubakine (23th of November 1946), with which expires the period of protection of the copyright on his works and their transition into the public domain. The real aim of the analysis is identification of the actual problems in the field of the mass communication and reading, which can be solved with the method of the bibliopsychology, created by Roubakine at the beginning of ХХth century. The methods answers to the requirements of theoretical study with application of the methods deduction and extrapolation in the system "problem - decision", accompanied by a secondary research conducted through selective monographic method, document method, scientific critics of sociological researches, secondary data analysis and overview of scientific publications, available in the libraries worldwide. They are lead fifteen sharply conflict zones in the sphere of the reading, those regulation and management requires bibliopsychological approach. During the process of the study are determined two unpopular contributions of Nicolas Roubakine towards the theory of the communications - he creates the communication formula with "The 5 W" decades before Harold Lasswell and formulates the method of bibliopsychological archeology a half century before the appearance of the discipline media archeology. The possibilities of the bibliopsychology aren't still used, although it is a subject of study of other sciences as library science, bibliography, psycholinguistics, linguistics, psychology. The modern attempts for development of this scientific discipline are insufficient. Very often the attention of the researchers is directed towards other sciences because the examined subject is considerably more complex.

Russian: Исследование защищает тезис, что дигитальные книги производят редукцию характеристик коммуникационного средства "книги" и превращают себя в "не-книги". Здесь прослежены два аспекта: первый, это обреченность провала коммерческой (платной) дигитальной книги; второй относится к концу дигитальной книги как категории "книги". Симптомы неуспеха коммерческой дигитальной книги проявляют себя в снижении рыночного прироста е-книги, в изменении определения книги от товара в услугу, в ее бесплатности, в родительском и читательском отпоре. Ключевые факторы этого отпора мы видим в компрометировании познания и учебы и в нарушении читательского права. Можно указать и на причину провала дигитальной книги как категории "книги" – фактор манипулируемости и содержанием, и форматами. Вывод таков: инвестиционние политики нужно направлять к изданию печатных книг, а дизайнерские инновации нужно ориентировать на физические издания и выложить их на бумагу и в печать.

International audience ; To what extend books and reading can be included in the project of the "asymmetrical civilization"? The point is, that the book by nature is politically active, because of the fact that along with many other functions the reforming function is inherent to the book. Often it has invisible, but definite role in the personal, public and global projects. In global aspect it turned out that reading will present the overall surprises.

International audience The aim of the paper is to show that the easy-to-read concept and to make an objections. What is Easy-to-Read? The aim of easy-to-read publications is to write simply and understandably, but at the same time in an adult and varied manner. Easy-to-read books may be fiction and non-fiction: novels, short stories, thrillers, poems, technical books, etc. Some books are written directly in easy-to-read, some are adaptations of classics. what are the information needs of people with learning disability? Many people have difficulties in using and understanding important information and literature. Literacy studies show that in many countries 25 or even 40-45 percent of the adult population are not able to read news information or an ordinary book with good comprehension. You will find disabled persons, functionally illiterates, immigrants, etc. What makes a text easy-to-read, how to write an Easy-to-Read document, how to make layout of publications pictures, illustrations and symbols, Who are you writing for? Easy-to-read books are easier to read and easier to understand than other books but the degree of difficulty varies from one book to another. Use a project to develop "Easy to Read Guidelines" of the European Union and to translate them into all European languages and the Swedish model for easy-to-read can play an important role in over-bridging the information gap between they who easily can surf in the information society and they who cannot.

International audience ; The EU's scientific potential is increasingly flowing into the world of new scientific knowledge. The object of this paper is the communication interpretation of the Open Science policy, covering not only access and storage of scientific information and preservation of scientific information, but communication aspects also. Purpose of the study: Establish modern trends in the scientific ecosystem oriented towards facilitating the publication and communication of scientific results. Tasks of the study: Compare new solutions in science communication models in the most popular platforms, and explore what is the alternative to traditional scientific journals. Methodology/approach: The qualitative systematic review (qualitative evidence synthesis),scientific criticism of sociological surveys, methods of analytic and synthetic processing of primary and secondary resources, secondary data analysis and overview of scientific publications available in the libraries worldwide, have been used to obtain data about the impact of new EU solutions: the European Road Map for development of the European Research Area (ERA),the European Strategy Forum for Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, etc. A comparative analysis of innovation in publishing platforms was conducted with special attention to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Gates Open Research platform. Results: The creators of the Gates Open Research platform defend the view of the rapid and socially beneficial effect of new and publicly-accepted scientific knowledge.The cutting-edge solutions are: transfer power from the hands of editors to the hands of the authors; minimize barriers or gatekeepers on the path of the new scientific outcome for society; assessment of the research not in view of the venue of publication but on the basis of the intrinsic value of the completed study; minimize the funds invested in publishing and dissemination. International audience ; This paper revises the category of the emergent reader in the light of the media theory of reading. The purpose is to find a solution to the long-occurring problems of the readers from the age of the television and the digital age, among which are easier reading refusal, reading incomprehension and susceptibility to manipulation when reading. Methods: Systematic and critical analysis was applied to the studies of the new theory of the First Thousand Days of Life, as well as to the effects of the pre-literacy and emergent literacy programs. We also took into account the findings and the recommendations for future research on the developing readers, formulated in the "Stavanger Declaration Concerning the Future of Reading" published in January 2019. The results show that reading foundations are laid much earlier before it was ever thought-a circumstance that is underestimated by parents, politicians, educators and even researchers. Taking into account the increasing risks in the global reading medium, we propose the development of policies for expert trainings on "future image" of the child, professional mentors on home and family reading and personal tutors for reading culture.

This study addresses the gaps in knowledge regarding the unique energetics of the reading
voice in its role as a medium for the development of stalwart future readers. We take into
consideration Maryanne Wolf's reminder about the special need to "foster" readers due to
the fact that reading is "unnatural". The purpose of this study is to identify the position of
reading aloud as a basic media practice in parenting strategies dedicated to cultivating future
readers in order to prove that the energetics of the human voice can serve as a communication medium. This study is committed to finding a solution to a specific scientific problem: could the media modality of the environment involving reading aloud from birth be the crucial factor for developing unfailing future readers? The multidisciplinary reading research analyzes the results of a quantitative sociological 32-item survey which assesses the level of awareness and perceptions towards parent-child reading of 71 families in Bulgaria. The analysis focused on parental attitudes towards pre-reading skills before the child learned to read in the conventional sense. From a new perspective, the study looks at the role of the human voice as a medium of unique energetics for family communication. The study demonstrates that the reading voice adds unique energetics to the parent-baby environment by elevating it with non-verbal rhetoric as well as maintaining it in mode of attention and affectionate sound register. These findings can inform decision-making to improve family media literacy on the protection of children's key right to a highly energetic cognitive environment that nurtures avid readers.

Abstrakt: In dem Digitalzeitalter bedeutet Lesen nicht mehr eine bloße Aufnahme der Buchstaben, sondern eine ganzheitliche visuelle Wahrnehmung. Dieser Artikel stellt ein Modell vor, das auf der standardmäßigen digitalen Bildung durch Video-Bildung und der Videospiele-Kultur aufbaut. Dieses Modell kann der so genannten medienübergreifenden Transliteralität zugeordnet werden. Das Forschungsobjekt ist die Verbindung zwischen den Akten des Spielens und des Lesens als Erscheinungen eines Medien-Verhaltens, die als "positive Interdependenz" definiert werden kann. Die verwendete Forschungsmethode für die Primärdatenerfassung ist eine Befragung an aktive Videospieler in Bulgarien, die ihre Haltung zu den Themen "Buch", "Lesen" und "Schreiben" zielgenau erforschen sollte. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass die Mehrheit der Videospieler aktive Leser sind und feste Gewohnheiten und Vorlieben mit klardefinierten Interessen auf diesem Gebiet aufweisen. Der größte Anteil der Befragten weist eine sehr stabile positive Grundhaltung gegenüber dem Lesen auf. Zwei Probleme ließen sich dabei ebenso erkennen – ein Unverständnis des Begriffes "Schreiben" sowie eine Verachtung der Gaming-Kultur seitens der Non-Gamer und eine Unterschätzung des Potenzials der Gamer als Lesergruppe. Die angewendete komplexe Herangehensweise bei der Erforschung der Verhältnisse "Spielen – Lesen" und "Videospiele – Bücher" – eine Kombination aus Medientheorie und einer empirischen soziologischen Forschung – steigert den theoretischen Wert dieser Forschungarbeit und bestärkt ihre Nützlichkeit und ihre praktische Anwendbarkeit.
